Great hotel, lots of space and activities. Our family really enjoyed the stay and the good mild warm weather in the month of October. The beach and the water was amazing too. Btw great sunsets too. We'll come again for sure.

I gave 5* as that's the maximum shown here. I've been coming here for 30 years and it is Still one of my favourite hotels. It is simply Wonderful!!!! Never, ever had it let me down!!!! The staff are phenomenal..nothing is a problem. In All the years I've been coming to this hotel I still see the same staff! That tells you a lot!

Amazing place, beautiful resort, great food and nice staff. It exceeded all our expectations. Credit to the architect who designed the hotel. It's just stunning. We had breakfast but we upgraded to half board because the food was excellent. Our room, studio with seaview, was spacious with perfect beds and big terrace.

Nice, friendly staff. Food is tasty and plenty of choice. Rooms are clean and perfect for holiday stay! The only problem there is no mini fridge in the rooms and because the weather is hot any drink you take up gets warm. But otherwise it is great hotel.

We have just left the hotel, are stay there was a very pleasant experience, the staff was very helpful and very nice. Especially The staff in the restaurant they worked very hard to please everyone. Lovely friendly hotel, hard working bar and restaurant staff. Our experience was spoilt by rock hard mattresses, so request toppers asap. Also poor housekeeping. We had to request towels, bedding change (took 11 days), toilet paper and soap dispenser filling. Towels are supposed to be changed every 2 days at this hotel apparently. The location is good, you can see the sea when you go out. The room is large, with a small living room and balcony, and the sea view is very beautiful. In the morning when the tide is low, the sea and the sky are one color, which is very beautiful. The room price is a bit expensive

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best...

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We stayed for one night - sort of. Jet2 flight was cancelled at 2am so we were shipped here. Huge queue to get checked in and Jet2 had lied to the hotel saying they needed 30 rooms. When we got to our turn the poor reception guy was exasperated telling us he was at 33 rooms and we needed 3 more!??!!! Finally got in our room at 5am. The staff are super friendly, especially Jess!! She knew what she was doing, she is so kind and friendly and made this holiday the best. I’d definitely recommend her to every one. The food here is very nice too! Lots to do in the resort. The other girls were all lovely too!!

Excellent service, beautiful day wonderful food and brilliant service from Zoe Stavrus. She made her feel warm and accommodated well! We will be back :) we will definitely be returning back next year. We especially enjoy the views and our sauna and spa experience with delightful.

Me and my family of 5 came to this hotel, and could not fault it. My children absolutely loved the kids club with Erin, Jess and Becca doing the up most to make sure the kids had plenty of enjoyable activities to keep them busy. We attended a fire show on the Sunday that was brilliant and enjoyable for the whole family.

Fab family holiday with plenty for everyone to do! Kids loved the kids club, and entertainment during the day and in the evenings was excellent (the fire show on Sunday was amazing)! Thanks also to Becca, Jess and Erin for helping to make our stay so special! Really great hotel!

They have loads of things available, the daytime entertainment is good, as well as the kids club my little ones loved it! There was a fire show on Sunday too (so they have plenty to do) and it was unreal thankyou so much to Jess, Becca and Erin for making the stay even better!

A very good place on the beach.

Holiday fantastic. As good as last year. All the staff very helpful and friendly. Hopefully back next year.

A 5 star hotel. In fact of course I would have given him a maximum of 4. Place controversial. Some of the stones. The beach is not very....number of rooms too...the old fall maintenance on 3 points from 5.

The hotel went into receivership today 6th March. I would say during my stay (2days to go ) the staff have been very helpful such a shame they lose jobs on Monday. The hotel is / was run down and needs a lot of money spent on it....its also a 50 min walk into coral bay if you don't have a car.

Not a winter break spot. Bus ride or approx 50 min walk to Coral Bay *****. Not a lot open. No outdoor pools (work being done) Studio S/C little niggle with first room but sorted & moved. Shower was coming away from the wall. Definitely needs updating.

I feel as someone staying currently I need to leave a review. I saw the pictures amd thought this place looked amazing and couldn't believe the price I paid. Admittedly feb half term is cheap compared to most. I then looked up the facilities almost a year after booking and saw the hotel rated itself as 4* and the reviews were terrible. We travel all the time and mostly stay in bog standard accommodation...

The hotel is really well located! The pool is very nice and pleasant, the water is very good. On the other hand, the cleanliness really remains to be desired which is a shame!

Stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends who live in Cyprus for his 70th. Being out of season it was very cold, but there was a nice wood burner in the lounge/bar that was very nice. The apartment was amazing, very clean and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. We will certainly be coming back. The staff are very helpful and friendly

As a family of four adults and two children we recently booked a day room for €40, this was booked as we had to vacate our near by villa at 10am the room was available between 11am-6pm. Went here for a number of breakfasts.Excellent food friendly staff would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble great value for money. Will return.Plenty of parking in the street outside also has a friendly atmosphere and very central to coral bay and supermarkets.

The Neptune offers great rooms with a great location. We’ve stayed a few times now so will always recommend this hotel. Always guaranteed a nice welcome from Stavros and his team. Close to the ***** where you have a choice of some fantastic restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

My Wife and I loved staying here last weekend. We decided to get away from it all and we found this amazing Bed and Breakfast. Sally was an amazing host, and her place made for the perfect weekend get away for us.

I would like to thank the welcome we had, we did not have accommodation for our first night due to a lot of adventures, and the manager accepted us even though it was already 8 p.m. The lady at reception welcomed us more than warmly, she was available, smiling and very understanding. too bad we had to leave the next morning and not have been able to use the swimming pool.

Silent area, around fields of bananas and olives. The area is good for walking. To the beach about 20 minutes. Spectacular view on the mountains from room balcony. There are the kettle and refrigerator, but there aren't information on booking com website about it. Clean rooms. Everyday cleaning service. Non-interfering staff. There is hot water, but sometimes you have to let down more water.
