A second visit to this relaxing, luxury suite hotel. We were late arriving at the hotel but had wine and a cold platter left in our suite. A holiday where you will want for nothing. All staff so friendly. Every member of staff work so hard to make your experience the best it possibly can be. Best value for money. If your looking for a calm peaceful getaway where you can do as much or as little as possible with no effort then this is the place for you.

Yet another wonderful trip where we are made to feel so welcome by the hotel staff. Special mentions have to go to Miruna and her wonderful reception team and also Marios who manages the restaurants to a superb standard. Slightly disappointed this year with the standard of some of the entertainment acts.....although some were really good! Can't wait to see you all again next year.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star. The staff were kind and pleasant, the drinks were good and so was the food. However the hotel itself is run down and needs updating. Exposed electrics, ceiling falling down in the indoor pool, really strong sewage smells on the gym/indoor pool floor. We have visited the hotel many times as we find the service, location and rooms very good. In our last visit (18/1/25) Rooms were very clean, food was nice and service was excellent. Music at night was also a charming addition in our overall stay.

The hotel is amazing. A lovely location. A beautiful pool area with many sunbeds. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. All the public areas are extremely well maintained . Hotel is located in quiet and clean area. There is a sea in 2 min by walk, but there are mostly stones high above the water, so you can spend around 10 min to the nearest beach where you can swim. We had a wonderful couple of days here! The All-Inclusive option is a great value for money, with numerous food and beverage options through the entire day. We stayed at the hotel for two nights with my 13-year-old daughter. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but we would not return. The hotel is so noisy, with many young children under 10 years old. Food is great, service is great, location is excellent and right on the beach. It's pretty quiet and the grounds of the hotel are very well maintained and presented. The only slight downside is the rooms could do with a refurbishment but that said, they're clean with a very comfy bed.

Our stay was exceptional in every way. The room, service, and facilities exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts several pools, with one standout being the serene, adults-only spa pool. The main disappointment was our room with view onto main road, very noisy in the evening and early morning therefore you have to keep your windows closed. All-inclusive hotels are worry-free, with food, drinks and fun. Families with children can also take care of their children in the children's center, which is great. It is very important to be able to have a good lunch break at any time. There are many outdoor swimming pools, but only one indoor swimming pool, which is too small to swim in. Most magical and perfect holiday I ever had. I don’t know where to start. The entire hotel and location is gorgeous with sea view and private beach. The food and drinks are next level. Nice hotel with some really lovely features. Sunbed allocation is great. Biggest disappointment was the beach, you have to climb over very sharp and slippery rocks to get in the sea. I'm a confident swimmer but didn't make it further than knee high as I was worried about falling. Worth bearing in mind if sea swimming is really important to you.

Wonderful stay here in October 2021. Pool and facilities are great, food great albeit a little samey after a few days. The private beach is nice but a little dirty (litter) and the sea had quite a lot of weed. Housekeeping of the room and replacement of tea, coffee etc was inconsistent.
