Nice apartment, clean, staff were fairly helpful. A bit noisy at times, lift was often faulty. Good facilities in room, nice pool.

Lovely, clean and well run place. Quiet location, short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Local buses run frequently along beach road. Can highly recommend it. Will stay here again when I return to limassol

Flats are modern and spacious. Big bed, floor to ceiling doors leading to big balconies. Loved looking at the sky from the bed We stayed with two small children. Cot and high chair were provided. If you need anything dont hesitate to ask the staff are very helpful. The flats are a reasonable walking distance from Dassoudi beach in a quiet residential area.

Advantages: The rooms we got were spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Free parking space in front of the building was useful as the hotel is located kind of far from Limassol centre. Accessing the highway is easy because the ramp is nearby. Aphrodite Beach was really nice, but was not in the close proximity to the hotel. It takes less than 10 minutes on foot to reach it. I just loved the vibrant colours of the place . It was so modern and welcoming. The owner was so friendly , he let us use the hotel's towels' to go the beach. The room was spacious . It had a small kitchenette and a balcony. The bathroom was clean as well. I stayed at this hotel for work reasons. The rooms are large with beautiful views of the sea. It also has an American-style kitchen. The restaurant is complete and varied, and the receptionist is very friendly. If I go back to Limassol, I will stay here.

Location is not its strong point, as the beach nearby is not good and the city center and cool, worth visiting places are a bit too far. Yet rooms are clean and with a nice terrace and comfy bed, but the shower needs some upgrade. Recepcionists are very kind and always ready to help. The lift is just too small, only 2 people fit in, if not carrying too much luggage. All in all I find it too expensive...

I’ve stayed 4 times and all I can say is that it’s a Fantastic place. Super clean, it smells cleanness and new furniture and the location is the best. Walk across to the beach or to the old port and Castell it will take you around 10 minutes. Also it has a great restaurant downstairs call The Round Up. Great food and ambience! I fully recommend this place !!!

good location, new a/c, and furniture, kitchen with all necessary appliances. room service leaves much to be desired, service ladies never knock before entering and do cleaning selectively. odd bathroom, old towels, everything needs to be asked at the reception from the adapter to the remote control.

Great location on the main street, right by the beach, close to the marina. Appartement is well furnished, nice view, free wifi but no breakfast. Parking is not the best due to the crowded location, but secure and available.

The room we rented out was very clean and modern. It’s pet friendly, we had our fur baby with us at all times, he enjoyed the front yard the most. What I loved the most is that it’s in a prime location, next to the beach, coffee shops, pubs, banks etc.. highly recommended.

Beautifull appartment with its own fenced garden near the sea (less than a minute of walking)! Dogs are allowed and all amenities within walking distance. I will definitely go back!

I was staying at this place for a business trip and I could definitely say I’ll be back! The staffs were so helpful as well as quite welcoming. The location is very good with local eateries within walking distance. I can honestly highly recommend Sunrise Arches.

Very nice apartment. We were in 312. It is excellent for 4 people - it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace. It is half an hour walk from Limassol marina, and about 20 min from old town. The host was very pleasant. I would recommend it
