Very good location. Close to park and boardwalk! great attitude. they gave us coffee and sent us off early in the morning. The room was cleaned every day!

Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Location is good, 150 meters from the seaside. The beach is fine for a quick swim but not the nicest. The walk to the centre is 25 to 30min ( same to bus station if using public transport). Swimming area is small but pleasant. Service is good. The bed unfortunately was queen so not the most comfy to sleep with husband. View to sea is mostly blocked by trees...

I’ve stayed several times at this charming hotel in Limassol. The location is perfect, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the value for money is unbeatable. Truly deserves 5-stars .

Very good and clean hotel. The staff are also very good and can speak English. If needed they can book a (cheap) taxi for you to your next destination.

Great value for money, you wont get better or nearer to the beach for this price.

Ideally located from the beach so that it's quiet but close enough to walk to. There is a supermarket with all you need for the flat as well as a bakery, restaurants and bars. The number 30 bus is available on the seafront road to take you as far as The Mall. It has been recently renovated and has great wifi connection throughout.

Good place stay at a reasonable price

Nice, family run hotel. Interior a bit dated. Slow to fix small things like door handles. Otherwise, very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Extra tap for drinking water in the kitchen, and toilets that take paper. Very pleased with my stay, and returning next year.

Not bad, only kids runs on top so you can hear it well...

We booked for a week and weren’t sure what to expect, based on street view of nearby. But everything was perfect from the beginning. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, clean, clean. Beds were comfy and our 2br had a small ocean view. Literally dozens of great restaurants walking distance. Beach two short blocks away. #30 bus comes right out front and takes you anywhere you...

Great location,yet rather quiet. Very nice and accomodating staff. Studio has all one may need for cooking simple meals. Very pleasant and clean.

Somewhat old building where the sounds from the street can disturb, but the personnel is really helpful at this family-owned hotel. There is a big supermarket just 50 meters away and the sea is about 100 m away

Near to the sea and big Debenhams mall. Nice apartments with conditioners and kitchen. Free wifi for guests.

We had a training day there , the staff were helpful, informative and friendly. The food was delicious and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a fabulous day training 😊😎

The location was great with easy access to transportation. I stayed there for 15 nights in a studio and it was perfect, it was all we needed and more! Can't wait to go back!

I have already stayed here four times and like this place a lot. It's really cheap, but clean and convenient. It has own parking place, which is a very important thing for Limassol. Also a supermarket and a bus stop are close. It was a nice time and I'll be glad to visit it again.

Visited this place before Covid and now it's reopened its great to be back. Quiet village location far from the tourist crowd and within walking distance of 2 excellent meze tavernas (and 1 not so excellent) this is a diamond on my travel itinerary. The owner Panicos maintains the superb gardens and lawn and nothing is too much trouble even installed a cot for my grandson for the sort visit. See you...

the best value for money holiday ive had beautiful surrounding in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from the beach and harbour Maria went out of her way every day to make our stay as special as possible this is a perfect chill out and relax spot for cyprus

Located in the heart of Limassol right in-front of the beach and walking distance to the tourist area(restaurants,coffee shops,pubs and shops). Lordos river beach complex is my favorite place to stay when ever I’m visiting Cyprus - they have a lot of apartments for rent privately owned that you can rent them through booking websites.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices, nice apartments though a little dated. Very clean apartments with excellent pool. Great location right next to the beach. Not all apartments have a sea view.
