I didnt stay at the hotel,but Ive tried the Spa. Its amazing!! I couldnt recommend them enough, great service and environment. I highly recommend arriving an hour earlier to your session to chill and relax then go ahead with the therapy.

Very relaxing 9 days - on beach which is refreshing and spacious. Hotel very clean with attentive staff. Food very good. Location gives seclusion and Limassol a bus or taxi drive away. Rooms very comfortable. Good value for money compared to Spain and Portugal despite longer air travel.

Our experience at St. Raphael resort was lovely. The reception team was so kind specially Ivans, very professional. The bellboy that help us also was kind and welcome us with lemonades. We usually go there in winter. Since the first visit in this hotel, roughly 15 years ago, it's not much changed. Even familiar faces of waiters or servants can still be found, and there is something personal and special about it. When you don't want new discoveries or surprises, but want to relax in a good old place according to your own program.

We stayed here for almost a week. Overall, nice and friendly staff during normal circumstances. Decent food options and presentation. Perhaps the staff can be trained and be empowered to make decisions on the requests that are outside the normality. To conclude, this hotel is good however, we would not repeat our stay here.

The resort is built for you to relax and enjoy. There is a big variety of pools and places to hang out, and basically you don't need to get out of the hotel too much. Service is great.

Our room without sea view but with two showers and a separate living room and rooms with sea views are much less. The sauna is normal, there are some trainers, masseurs tolerable. I enjoyed it. I really like clean and modern rooms and comfortable beds, although some believe that they should be better kept and that the rooms should be better soundproofed, but what for. It is great ... Very good hotel and especially the service! I was there with my family and I highly recommend it !!!

We were at Arsinoe Beach in April 2014, arrived on April 30. Hotel 3 stars. We had breakfast, dinner. I must say, they are fed hearty, tasty and varied. And this is not only my opinion. The service staff is friendly, all Russian-speaking. We liked. We think to come to this hotel next time. P.S. The hotel has been closed for 2 years now. And, in September of this year, the hotel building was destroyed
