Just popped in for a meal and some drinks. Excellent service, good variety in the menu and a well stocked bar. Priced quite reasonably for the area. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet evening meal.

Our third time visiting Parklane with our children aged 7 and 6 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is great, the rooms are very clean, specious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We arrived at 2.00 am and were placed in the hotel by Jet2 after our flight home was delayed. I think the hotel staff knew this and we were made to feel like free loaders. It took me 6 hours to even get coffee making facilities to the room. The hotel itself looks very nice and maybe a different experience if you are holidaying there.

It is a fantastic hotel and overall service—a real hidden treasure in the heart of Limassol. We stayed here for almost a week. Overall, nice and friendly staff during normal circumstances. Decent food options and presentation. Perhaps the staff can be trained and be empowered to make decisions on the requests that are outside the normality. To conclude, this hotel is good however, we would not repeat our stay here.

In all we are very happy with the rooms, cleaning and the service. Pool was super deep, up to 3 meters! Beach was super close, great gym and spa in the hotel. On our honeymoon and this has been by far the worst hotel, but was saved by the manager on duty. We came in with 4 BAGS and no one held the door. Expected from a 4 star hotel. We were given a room a “double” bed which is a twin bed stuffed with a towel in the middle and a fitted sheet. This broke both our backs. Far from a comfortable stay!! This was a business trip and the hotel is perfectly placed for the office. I was here 5 nights and have to say its very much a business area, not for tourists which is OK. The marina is very modern and expensive. Its a 45 min walk each way. The rooms are OK nothing amazing. Clean and functional. The shower was amazing! Room service food was OK again nothing amazing. Great hotel, though small. The room is clean!!! with side sea view, with Jacuzzi, Internet, satellite TV, coffee maker, gorgeous cosmetics and all that.... In every five is a Suite in this hotel standard. But most importantly is the staff that is on selection, friendly and professional. Had dinner in the restaurant of kapris, all top class too. The food, service, atmosphere. Highly recommend.
