We had one of the residences, other parts of our group the regular rooms and it was all great. Service was always nice and everyone we met helpful and friendly. Also like pools and amenities, including the kindergarten.

The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The rooms are equipped with robes, slippers, and everything you might need

Professional staff, many restaurant choices, amazing menus. The food is always delicious and well prepared. We had a residence with a breathtaking view, room service was always perfect

Some restaurants were not available and the suite, while having excellent sea views, was starting to look tired and in need of upgrading. The private beach was lovely as were the extensive gardens

Wonderful spacious rooms, amazing breakfast. Very pleasant, friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and gardens with breathtaking views. The sunset on the horizon is worth sitting out to watch day after day

I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival and they had left wraps and drinks for us. We were also able to book a late checkout for 11pm for only €50 and they extended the all inclusive so we could have an evening meal

This is without doubt the best all inclusive we've stayed in. We chose this hotel for its vegan options. The beach front Seashells restaurant is fully plant based and we ate there daily

The restaurant manager said it was fully booked for that night, which was a Friday, but the Italian night didn't happen until the following week and was definitely not fully booked

Completely took us by surprise and allowed me to convalesce in private! We saw the owner of the hotel dining in the restaurant several times, which is always a good sign

Thank you so much again everyone! Apart from the very nice staff, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate! You can't even taste that much! Nobody will leave the breakfast room hungry

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The hotel staff is extremly friendly. We stayed in the hotel at the very end of the season and they were still smiling and helpful with everything

At arrivel we received a room upgrade and free drinks during our whole stay!

Besides the delay with getting the room ready everything else is beyond amazing at this hotel. The manager Jamie made sure my family was comfortable and took care of us the best possible way

I recommend a three night stay because near the hotel there is not much to do, The city is about 15 Km away so it is a little boring to stay there without a car for more than 4 days

The GrandResort is a truly remarkable place, offering a romantic beach setting and delicious cuisine. The unforgettable and incredibly friendly staff have become like friends to us

The cuisine is amazing with a substantial amount of choice in the evening meal buffet resturant and beautifully made sushi if you like that cuisine

This was our third visit at this hotel It had all we required as well as having the room we asked for. For a 4-star hotel, it never disappoints

It's important to note that from the balcony we received, the sea is not visible. When we presented the issue to the receptionist, we received immediate and courteous assistance

Just popped in for a meal and some drinks. Excellent service, good variety in the menu and a well stocked bar. Priced quite reasonably for the area. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet evening meal.

There is an excellent pool for everyone and there is a pool for children and there are 2 other swimming pools for adults. There is an ice cream restaurant and a bar that overlooks the sea

Ok, started with the bottom line: excellent. We took two connecting rooms, the beds are excellent and so are the showers. All facilities are very well maintained. It's fun to be anywhere and there are many places

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to take care of us, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect

The hotel has huge lawns with 2 good beaches. All the staff are very careful and polite. The price level is a bit high but worth the investment they give

Beautiful hotel, great staff, amazing breakfast and service. To be honest you didn’t need to leave the resort as the kids club, and kids dining section was great, the restaurants on site were decent

The hotel is in the main boulevard of Limassol, we got 2 rooms connected with a door with 2 showers and bathrooms. The view is amazing! The hotel has a nice breakfast and a nice pool outside, and indoor pool and gym

Restaurant: Great breakfasts, fresh juices and fried eggs are the best, very nice stuff. Sparkling wine (rose) is of an excellent quality

Sunday roast: Meat from the lunch was served during the dinner. Nothing wrong with that, but it was obviously not fresh and very dry Swimming pool: Great heated swimming pool. The best stuff at the pool bar

Bare in mind we paid all-inclusive. Alcohol or soft drinks are not available after midnight (you have to pay regardless of your all-inclusive package), so we had to fill up our mini bar from a nearby shop

Coffee should be uncovered and available through all meal times. If you're going for just a long weekend, you will. miss out on themed restaurant nights as they run from Monday to Thursday

We arrived quite due to flight delays from Gatwick, unfortunately, there was no hot meals available, mini was empty, only one bottled of water is provided refillable only on ground floor and we were on 3rd floor

Staff were great, the reception, the restaurant staff, bar staff, house keepers, porters they were all lovely, approachable, and welcoming. The service at the adult only bar was great, and the ambience was nice

There's hotel rule, that people shouldn't come to restaurant with wet swim wear, however, no one enforced this rule. We witnessed people complaining about wet seats in restaurants

The reception looks grand, but upstairs leading to rooms, needs some renovation. Tvs is the room 2033, don't work. Pls get smart tvs if you can since you have a great WiFi connection

The hotel was of a high standard, and our stay was excellent. They took care of all the small details. The food was delicious, and there was no need to leave the hotel as it had many facilities, including restaurants

I have been at a conference and I extended my stay here for a few more days. Top location, amazing pool, diversified restaurants. Staff always next to you paying extra attention to details

As for the dior shop in the grounds, I mean come on a dior shop in the hotel grounds wow, but if your going to offer a customer a drink in your shop you offer all your customers that purchasing a drink in your shop! Just because someone is wearing thongs( flip flops) for english people doesn't mean I can't buy the shop

Breakfast has a big variety, many pools and great beach front. The hotel has a high level gym and tennis courts. There is also a nice kids club that fits until age 5 in my opinion. I highly recommend this hotel

I went for a drink and a friend wanted dior glass, so yes, we drove down as part of a day for glass. As i walked in, I felt aircondition as if coming out of the ground going to the entrance so began luxury

Hence, she bought her dior sunglasses a dior scarf because hey it matches and a dior bag because hey it matches her husband bought a dior jacket. My sister bought a bag because hey she worked hard

Balcony spotless, amazing view (even the ashtray was completely spotless!!!) Staff caring, attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfast excellent and all sitting areas around the hotel absolutely squeaky clean

This is a fabulous hotel with probably the friendliest, most helpful staff we've met at any resort hotel. Entertainment this season was extensive though is likely to be much more low key next year

Entertainment was great too the Tui rep's Ged and his team are so active with all , the bar personnel are so lovely, restaurant and staff are amazing all round exceptional

Adults only, so mainly populated by couples. Mostly retired at the times we go (early and late summer) but we've been informed that during the mid-summer months the guest age drops significantly

Location was great close enough to the city center Rooms were a little old, outdated and not the cleanest. We did change rooms after check in as the first family room sofa was horribly stained

Be aware in summer they host weddings you may not sleep until very late as the music comes right to your room. The staff were very friendly

This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station

Cleanliness is key especially during times of Covid. I have visited various 3 stars across different countries and consider this well situated (5 min walk from the beach) hotel a higher class 3 star

Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool. The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time. The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time

I was invited for Sunday lunch which was spectacular ! Ticketed all the boxes of taste and variety. Even my 2 year old enjoyed her meal tremendously. The service was fantastic and attentive with smiles all around

You should also be prepared to pay for such a fabulous hotel: it is expensive and everything from the cost of water at the pool to having dinner in top-end restaurants means your wallet will really feel this

Luxurious and defined! Restaurants are top class and the service is for royalty. Parking place available and the view of the sea is incredible. The sand kisses the sea and the gardens are so amazing

There is plenty of complimentary water, Nespresso and soft drinks which is replenished daily. The staff were helpful and friendly

The design of the hotel as well as the breakfast are excellent. However, we were really frustrated with the music at night. Especially the Japanese restaurant played really loud music until midnight

Ideal location near bus stops, beach and shops! Hotel rooms very clean and breakfast served was plentiful and fresh. Pool was large size with spacious area around. Behind pool was short cut to main road and supermarket

I especially want to highlight the nice tiles on the floor — they look fresh and stylish, unlike what you often see in other hotels. The breakfasts were also great — very tasty and varied

After reading all the reviews I wasn't happy to stay at the hotel but I had no choice as it was a business thing. Anyway we arrived very late (11pm) and the bar in the lobby was closed

Breakfast is plentiful, evening meals a little limited but always different each day. Nice quiet location , a swim in the sea is a must but alot of stones. Area not alot to do apart from restaurants and souvenir shops

Fantastic view across the bay, the sunrise photo was my first morning wake up call. Food, cocktails and staff AMAZING. I would definitely recommend it and I will be returning next year

My mall shopping also on this bus route , stop located outside the hotel on the main road. Water sports available on the beach front too. Sun worshippers paradise, quite and tranquility combined

Took a quick 4 day break to Cyprus. This Harmony Bay Hotel was amazing. The room was fantastic, everything there, kettle, fridge, toiletries

Pluses: the experience, live music, pool area, service, cleanliness, location with good parking, drinks Minuses: quite expensive laundry (36 euros), cockroaches coming in from the outside in the summer, lack of queen bed rooms

Amazing welcoming and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and rooms Excellent, nice and spacious. Only thing was bit traffic noise at front. Right outside is the beech which has actives to do ,food and bars resturant to go to

Local shops and supermarkets outside side. MC Donald's is like 20 minutes walk not far at all. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Definitely give hotel 10 out 10. Ideal for families as has large pool area

Large portions and everyone is helpful. Breakfast is included and basic but lots to choose from hot or cold foods

Unfortunately, there are no sun loungers available, but pool/beach towels can be obtained for a one-time deposit of €10. We also have to report that our room was not always cleaned

The WiFi is horrible so don’t expect to get any work done. Food for breakfast a bit plain and sadly not a lot of regional cuisine I’d loved to see but the regular that also loves British breakfast will be happy

The breakfast is your classic standard, but the dinner is absolutely exceptional. Created by a Michelin star chef, and you can taste it! Didn't bother eating out, the food here was too good not to have more
