This is without doubt the best all inclusive we've stayed in. We chose this hotel for its vegan options. The beach front Seashells restaurant is fully plant based and we ate there daily

Completely took us by surprise and allowed me to convalesce in private! We saw the owner of the hotel dining in the restaurant several times, which is always a good sign

I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival and they had left wraps and drinks for us. We were also able to book a late checkout for 11pm for only €50 and they extended the all inclusive so we could have an evening meal

That was the only food related qualm we had all week, and as longstanding vegans we ate like royalty all week. Allergens are noted on all food labels. Our flight arrived late and we didn't get to the hotel until 12

The breakfasts are excellent and the Aloha pool bar is a great place to have a few drinks of an evening. Never an issue getting a sunbed, options around the pool, in the shade of the trees or on the private beach

The cuisine is amazing with a substantial amount of choice in the evening meal buffet resturant and beautifully made sushi if you like that cuisine

This was our third visit at this hotel It had all we required as well as having the room we asked for. For a 4-star hotel, it never disappoints

One of the best hotels I have ever visited! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The buffet was sufficient and there is enough food for everyone

My one criticism is the shower in the room was very basic, single head and quite small, not the best pressure - a bit like s standard UK shower of 10/15 years ago - not a deal breaker but out of line with the rest of the amenities that are of a high standard

Just popped in for a meal and some drinks. Excellent service, good variety in the menu and a well stocked bar. Priced quite reasonably for the area. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet evening meal.

Ok, started with the bottom line: excellent. We took two connecting rooms, the beds are excellent and so are the showers. All facilities are very well maintained. It's fun to be anywhere and there are many places

There is an excellent pool for everyone and there is a pool for children and there are 2 other swimming pools for adults. There is an ice cream restaurant and a bar that overlooks the sea

The hotel has huge lawns with 2 good beaches. All the staff are very careful and polite. The price level is a bit high but worth the investment they give

Beautiful hotel, great staff, amazing breakfast and service. To be honest you didn’t need to leave the resort as the kids club, and kids dining section was great, the restaurants on site were decent

Have visited the resort twice and both times have been during peak season, but the resort has never seem overrun. Cleaning was also immaculate and thoughtful

I understand that the beaches are public in this region, but I believe the hotel has a responsibility to clean the beach regularly. There are some beautiful rocks on the beach

It also has a great restaurant and rooms with beautiful sea views. I have stayed at the hotel more than four times and highly recommend it

Perhaps the staff can be trained and be empowered to make decisions on the requests that are outside the normality. To conclude, this hotel is good however, we would not repeat our stay here

I have no negative comments but the gym and a few other areas look tired (paint peeling off walls) and it needs a good going over. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice

I must say I am impressed by this therefore 10+ for attitude and for an open mind! Everyone had a laugh and the cat got his share of salmon. So happy life! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!

On top and for this they get extra points. Few cats are roaming around which they try discreetly to take them out. In the morning I had a bit of salmon. So basically jumped on the table

It was my fault not the poor animal acting on instinct. They were very nice and the cat was allowed to stay

If I had to fault them on one thing it would be the breakfast buffet while it was wide in options, was lacklustre on almost everything with exception of the small sugary donuts - those were fantastic!

The hotel was of a high standard, and our stay was excellent. They took care of all the small details. The food was delicious, and there was no need to leave the hotel as it had many facilities, including restaurants

The hotel is great. The staff are fantastic. The food was always good ,everyday. Pool great and they even own part of the beach front where you don't have to pay for beds or umbrellas. Evening entertainment top quality.

Stayed for a week with my girlfriend a week ago. Staff service was excellent and the assistant manager (didn't catch his name unfortunately) went above and beyond for us with air con and fixes our broken suitcase

Food was excellent with a wide range and lots of availability throughout the day and evening. Yes sun beds were reserved which is frustrating. However, we always got two sunbeds even coming down after 9am

This is a fabulous hotel with probably the friendliest, most helpful staff we've met at any resort hotel. Entertainment this season was extensive though is likely to be much more low key next year

Adults only, so mainly populated by couples. Mostly retired at the times we go (early and late summer) but we've been informed that during the mid-summer months the guest age drops significantly

Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool. The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time. The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time

To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system

This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station

We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately

We stayed in a basic (deluxe) room and it was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. A separate toilet, bath and shower with shutters that you could open and look out across the balcony as you lay in the bath

The design of the hotel as well as the breakfast are excellent. However, we were really frustrated with the music at night. Especially the Japanese restaurant played really loud music until midnight

I was invited for Sunday lunch which was spectacular ! Ticketed all the boxes of taste and variety. Even my 2 year old enjoyed her meal tremendously. The service was fantastic and attentive with smiles all around

You should also be prepared to pay for such a fabulous hotel: it is expensive and everything from the cost of water at the pool to having dinner in top-end restaurants means your wallet will really feel this

At this point, you know you're going to enjoy your stay here! But wait, it gets better: there is a second adult-only infinity pool below the first, and a third salt-water pool accessible from the spa

Luxurious and defined! Restaurants are top class and the service is for royalty. Parking place available and the view of the sea is incredible. The sand kisses the sea and the gardens are so amazing

Having visited the region twice in the past, we can say that it is one of the best hotels there and that we will be definitely going back

After reading all the reviews I wasn't happy to stay at the hotel but I had no choice as it was a business thing. Anyway we arrived very late (11pm) and the bar in the lobby was closed

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff! I was checked in early and all my questions were answered promptly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, which is a big plus

We asked if it would be possible to get a beer and guess what? there was no problem getting a bottle of beer and a glass of wine. Rooms ok, Small but ok considering that this is a 3 star hotel

Food was really good! Staff so helpful and friendly. The bathroom could do with a little tlc. And the noisy from workers starting early was a little annoying

Breakfast is plentiful, evening meals a little limited but always different each day. Nice quiet location , a swim in the sea is a must but alot of stones. Area not alot to do apart from restaurants and souvenir shops

Fantastic view across the bay, the sunrise photo was my first morning wake up call. Food, cocktails and staff AMAZING. I would definitely recommend it and I will be returning next year

The service staff is excellent! They are always smiling, very attentive, greet you warmly every morning, and are very quick when you need something or place an order!

Local shops and supermarkets outside side. MC Donald's is like 20 minutes walk not far at all. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Definitely give hotel 10 out 10. Ideal for families as has large pool area

A very nice experience with family. Kids enjoy the kid's swimming pool, there are another two for adults. Snacks and drinks at the swimming pool area were very good, same their prices. We liked pizzas from the menu

One of the best features of the hotel is where it's situated along the Limassol beach front with plenty of space, and they have separated the children's pool from the adult one, which makes it quieter for adults

Opposite to it bartenders and waiters are amazing and doing their best to provide a great service. Pools and sea area are clean and comfortable. Food in the breakfast and dinners is incredibly taste

Breakfast was generous, however the breakfast team looked tired; after talking to one of them, she mentioned that she was working non-stop for almost 20days, nevertheless she was very polite trying to meet the needs of the guests

Rooms and services are overpriced, cleaning service should be careful however its the maintenance team that should take care some of these matters. Note: room had small bugs in the drawers, next to bed

The sea is clean, the entrance is very shallow, ideal for children! The beach is not wide santiki 3 rows, so all the seats you can tell by the water. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant

Good location right in town near everything! A heated indoor pool. There is no entertainment for children. But both times we were vacationing with children and had a wonderful time
