Excellent place.... Great food

The tavern is a very well restored traditional house, turned into a rather spacious and well fitted out tavern. The food is a bit hit and miss, the ofton we were served was dry and the grilled meats rather bland. The owner boasts about the amount of truffle he harvests from the woods, but does not use it in anything on his menu.

One of the best top restaurants to visit in cyprus! I stayed in Ambelikos in the middle of July. It's old traditional stone houses so it was cool inside even in the midday, and also there is a fan on the ceiling in each room. A really cosy, relaxing and peaceful mountain Agrotourism stay. Amazing views from the balcony in the room with parking right behind our room (leave your bags in the car as check in is down lots of steps!). On the mountains , good location on the way to Troodos mountains. Fully renovated and very good services. The breakfast was also very good with many options.

In November we made two different reservations, beginning and end of the month, they gave us almost the same room, i.e. it was 223, then 225, the rooms have air conditioning and heating, all controlled by the management, if they want, they can set this provision for you!! The location and house are one of the nicest places Ive stayed on holiday. Stella is an amazing host and I would highly recommend her dinner - it is such a cultural experience - a top highlight of my holiday!

Lovely little hotel in a picturesque village. Ideal starting point for mountain hikes and for exploring the region. Very cozy and tidy and service is exceptional. Rooms are very comfortable with power showers and exceptional heating for the winter.

We stayed here last weekend and absolutely loved it. Cannot recommend the apartment and wonderful hosts enough and look forward to returning soon for another visit. We felt welcome and was like oe a home from home. Great location and the hosts were adored by our children, especially our son.

We actually visited Antigone's House just to see the shoemaker's museum but ended up spending a couple of hours with Andreas as he told us about living in the house as a child and then how he restored it and created the museum in memory of his father. The museum contains the tools of the traditional shoemaker but also the records of the shoes that were made there, an important historical resource for...

Mushroom festival in Spilia took place from 3 to 5 December 2021 - nice atmosphere, nice people, delicious mushrooms, local delicacies. We were satisfied and returned home in a good mood.

Recommended 100%. Beautiful cozy place where you really feel at home. The house is very clean, it has everything you need even for a long stay. No towels only. The hosts are wonderful and attentive people. Every day they came with homemade treats. Silence and beauty. You can write a positive long grid about this place. But better come and see for yourself. We were very pleased.

We stayed here only 1 night. The hotel is right at the centre of Troodos and it's a very comfortable place. We booked a suite and it had a stunning view. The food at the restaurant were we had dinner was good and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food.

Only dined in the restaurant after being in the mountains. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Negative: waiters weren’t really on the ball - friendly enough, but they seemed to forget we were there and forgot half our order and we had to (eventually) get their attention to get the rest of our food. However, overall was nice.
