Villa Elia is a perfect place to spend your vacation. It has a great pool, spacious clean room with AC, beautiful palm trees and delicious breakfast. Hosts truly surprised us with such level of hospitality. We really enjoyed having breakfast together with Gaynor and talking for hours about everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We'll be back!

The room was clean and cosy, with all the essentials you need. Internet was great. The location is perfect with great view. The breakfast was delicious! The garden is amazing! Gaynor and Jason are great hosts! We had such a great time! Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. It’s not new, but clean and cozy. The staff is friendly. The territory is not big, but very pretty and quiet. The view from the window is amazing! 😍 And thank the girl from Ukraine for amazing service! ☺️

Nice clean and quiet hotel, very good location. The rooms were clean and so was the pool. Breakfast buffet was below expectations but in general would recommend it for anyone that wants to relax at a nice hotel with a lot of amenities and good prices.

Gr8 staff. Loved the hotel when it opened. Good facilities. The only thing I would say is it's tired, with a bit of love this could b a good hotel again. I didn't think much of the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, brilliant staff who do anything for their clients. Gym & spa, which were used and brilliant. Food & drink, breakfast, lunch by the pool or dinner in the hotel, all good and tasty. Brilliant place, definitely stay there again, love the joint.

Not even close being a 4* hotel. There was only 1 person at the reception, not professional whatsoever. I had to ask in order to be informed about dinner location, wifi, etc. We had to wait 15' for check-in. The room was not vacuumed and/or mapped, we found hair on the toilet seat, some of the pillows dirty, non-ironed and seemed unchanged from previous customers, not a good signal on the TV with very...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and found it everything that was advertised. Its location is great, a very short drive from Larnaca airport, and a very short walk indeed from the beach. The apartment was well-equipped, the bed comfortable, and all of my requests satisfactorily addressed.

The house was very well equiped, clean and had an equiped kitchen. The host was absolutly lovely, gave good advice on where to visit and provided exellent company on our first night. The October seabreeze was very nice and no air conditioning was needed for most of the day. The house might need some maitanance here and there but overall it was a fantastic stay and the villa is highly reccomended

We rented this villa in the summer and for the price couldn't fault it. It is 15 minutes from the airport but the planes aren't noticeable. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach 5minutes walk away. Comfortable and clean.

Everything that you could imagine. If you are thinking of doing this then do it. Book it you will not be disappointed...

Hey there, Pervolia Villa is a beautiful place to visit. Beautiful warm people, chilling atmosphere. Good fresh food, 10-15 minutes walk to the village where you can sit outside a taverner and people watch. Love the place, big-up Pervolia.
