I have been to Ktima makenzy numerous times for different occasions. The place is gorgeous and gives a luxury but modest atmosphere. There is always a good service and they host amazing events. Food is excellent and the team is ready to assist for any matter that could occur.
I highly recommend it for wedding nights getting married in their small church!!

Very good location, just minutes walk to Makenzy beach, salt lake and Larnaca promenade. We had two room suite for the family, it vas very nice and cozy though small.
We have stayed there from 6th of May to the 13th of may. The staffs are so helpful and welcoming. Always happy to help with a smile 😃
The restaurant Jasmine Garden services the great dishes. We have tried around the locals but nothing can bit the Jasmine Garden restaurant food.

Overnight stay
Checked in early but didn't need to wait long for the room. Room very nice with twin beds in one room and a double in the other room. Lovely shower very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant tonight very nice not overly priced and freshly made. Would highly recommend.
Great stay, great staff and food was exceptional.
It is about 5 kilometers away from Larnaca Airport. There is a public bus to the airport for €2. The room is small, exquisite, comfortable, warm and tidy.
Wonderful little hotel close to the airport. Friendly and obliging staff. Bus to the airport stops 2 minutes away. Very clean with all you need.

After a tiring whole day tour, we were greeted by wonderful restaurant staff at 10 pm. The dinner and breakfast were good. The reception staff was very helpful. The location is also good. Very near to airport.
I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much.
We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca.

A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road).
It is also quite expensive for a holiday hotel - although Larnaca hotels are more expensive than the resorts
Larnaca is one of my favourite cities in Cyprus and this newly renovated hotel had everything for a nice holiday. The view from the balcony is a holiday by itself let alone the closeness to the beaches. Beakfast is OK but needs more varieties. Rest is near to perfect.

We stayed for our summer holiday in August 2024 as a family of 5. Hotel was clean, the 18 rooms makes it feel quiet (which we loved).
Food was very good, staff friendly and the location fantastic. Lots of nice restaurants near this location both walking and short distance in car.
The beach was perfect for a young family. We would definitely stay their again!

This hotel is a gem - what a find! Small & stylish with perfect views! Very, very clean & tidy, Elvi & team couldn't do enough for their guests. Breakfast - superb & plenty of choice! We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. All the staff were very friendly and helpful including the owner. We loved the massive bed and the coffee machine. The hotel was right on the beach which was lovely. The restaurant did have some gluten free seafood dishes which were very tasty. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Apart from being cheap, there are no advantages. The facilities are old and look like a 180-180 starving hotel in China.
The room was generally OK, and the breakfast was very rich. However, on the third night of our stay, there was a sound of running water next to the wardrobe. Good affordable hotel near the coastline. Each room has a bathtub! Breakfast is solid but a little bit annoying after few days because of similar options. Some facilities in the room are old-fashioned but it is ok considering the price and location. I recommend this one!

Check-in was pleasant. There was an issue with HVAC, so I was assigned a larger room which was nice. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options. You can get to shops and restaurants in about 10mins. There is also public transportation nearby if you want to see more of the city. Overall, I'd stay again for the price.
