Great house with magnificent view of the ocean. This villa is perfect if you are in Cyprus for relaxing and resting. The villa is fully equipped and there is nothing left to wish for. We even received a birthday cake and a birthday song sung by Svetla and her children. How cute! We will definitely come back!

A very interesting building in the local landscape. A pool is present and Larnaca is just a couple of minutes far away. We have paid 844$ for two bedrooms, 13 days in October via Airbnb. I have been to Ktima makenzy numerous times for different occasions. The place is gorgeous and gives a luxury but modest atmosphere. There is always a good service and they host amazing events. Food is excellent and the team is ready to assist for any matter that could occur. I highly recommend it for wedding nights getting married in their small church!!

Good location good transport in out to the airport. Great staff. Mr Savvas and his wife are busy renewing everything. So what ever you read below will not apply for the near future.

For a very small amount of money You have a small apartment all for You where You can even cook if You want to. The airport is nearby but it is not noisy. By foot You can go to the main beach in 15 minutes or so. You have also a beach nearby but it is nothing special. I would recommend a car to have a tour around the island. From the airport You have a bus stop that is very useful.

Well recommended,in a quiet location of Makenzie Cyprus. Very clean apartments, staff and George the manager very friendly and helpful,while giving you all the privacy you need ,the best beaches only a few minutes walk and 5 mins drive from the airport, close to the bus route that will take you into Larnaca and Dekelia for just 1.50 euro,planning on returning next holiday.full marks from me.

Very good location, just minutes walk to Makenzy beach, salt lake and Larnaca promenade. We had two room suite for the family, it vas very nice and cozy though small.

We have stayed there from 6th of May to the 13th of may. The staffs are so helpful and welcoming. Always happy to help with a smile 😃 The restaurant Jasmine Garden services the great dishes. We have tried around the locals but nothing can bit the Jasmine Garden restaurant food. Thanks for the amazing service.

Overnight stay Checked in early but didn't need to wait long for the room. Room very nice with twin beds in one room and a double in the other room. Lovely shower very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant tonight very nice not overly priced and freshly made. Would highly recommend.

It is about 5 kilometers away from Larnaca Airport. There is a public bus to the airport for €2. The room is small, exquisite, comfortable, warm and tidy.

Family run by Micheal his lovely wife and mum this apartments block is more like a community with the same customers returning again and again. 10 minutes from the airport (20euros) and about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Larnaca. There are plenty of restaurants around closer and the beach is about 5 minutes walk away. The sunloungers on the beach cost 7.50 for 2 with an umbrella with more restaurants...

I Chose this apartment/hotel complex because of its closeness to the airport and walking distance to the beach. Great apartment not far from Mackenzie and Castellos beaches. Very comfortable, has everything you need for good rest. Hosts are very polite and nice. The cook nice breakfast. If you need a bike, you can rent it right there. The guy who have a rental is very helpful!

I booked with stayfotlong and was really worried about the booking. It was all good in the end thanks to the hotel staff. Nothing was too much trouble. There is no snack bar and I didn't see the gym. Came back so relaxed. Thank you constantiana

We stayed last weekend just for one night. Large room with all the facilities you would need. In addition, the hosts were excellent and provided extra blankets on a cold March night. It’s close to good restaurants, excellent value. Great location

I wanted an accomodation directly on the beach. Nothing else was important. The apartment has a little kitchen, fridge, everything is okay.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It was very clean. It could use some updating. There is a two burner stove top, but not pits, pans or cooking utensils. There is only shared public parking . The staff was very friendly. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a very reasonable price.

After a tiring whole day tour, we were greeted by wonderful restaurant staff at 10 pm. The dinner and breakfast were good. The reception staff was very helpful. The location is also good. Very near to airport.

I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much. We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca. The staff is fantastic, friendly And helpful. I feel home every time I come back here . The only downside can be the music from the near by hotel which usually stops by 11 pm. Thanks to all the amazing staff and my favourite Ana.

A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road). It is also quite expensive for a holiday hotel - although Larnaca hotels are more expensive than the resorts

Larnaca is one of my favourite cities in Cyprus and this newly renovated hotel had everything for a nice holiday. The view from the balcony is a holiday by itself let alone the closeness to the beaches. Beakfast is OK but needs more varieties. Rest is near to perfect.
