It’s not new, but clean and cozy.

I recently stayed at E Hotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The entire place is in dire need of maintenance and renovation. The rooms were dirty, the beds uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The front desk staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to any issues raised.
The only bright spot was the bartender, who was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, that alone can’t make up for the rest of the hotel’s shortcomings. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address these serious issues.

I paid for a villa for 1 week. We were 2 hours late getting into the room, waiting in a very hot lobby with a 1 year old. Once we got to the room there was no dishes , cups, water, the floors were disgusting dirty (which took them 5 days to clean after asking). Hot tub didn't work, shower drain was clogged. Pool was filthy and all tiles broken inside. No water in the room meaning we had to buy at the bar which was 5 euro for a bottle and the nearest shop miles away. The main man at the reception was just clueless really with no organisation and wasn't much help. I love Cyprus and I had a good time but thank God I hired a car as there is nothing to do around the area. I won't be visiting this hotel again.

It was our second stay but will be our last. The hotel is badly managed and maintained. The room wasn't clean, towels were dirty and smelly and remained so after replacement. For lunch we ordered a la carte and we got a completely different salad than what was on the menu for the Summer Salad's ingredients with no comments. Complaints weren't taken seriously. No survey was made so there's no process for this. When checking out, they tried to bill us for a coffee order which was never made by us and the date on the bill was before our arrival date. Also here no real apology. The AC in the room was not functioning correctly (only full power) and the remote was not working. It was fixed once but the next night the power went down in our room and the remote became useless again.
It's a pity because the place is generally nice. You lost a family of repeating customers.
