A trip to Troodus shouldn't be missed, in summer a cool retreat from the beachside heat. This hotel a gem, the appearance of a ski-lodge (which I think it is in winter. Exceptional staff on the desk and in the restaurant. We had a lovely room with a balcony, excellent views

Can't rate rooms or hotel, only restaurant. Feels like old, but cozy, bit vintage vibe. Pricey and meat is dry. Overcooked. But soups were nice. Nice fireplace.

Amazing place in the heart of troodos! Cozy and really warm rooms and lounge area! Offers massage but only on weekends and also a fitness area! I would love to come back for sure

We stayed here only 1 night. The hotel is right at the centre of Troodos and it's a very comfortable place. We booked a suite and it had a stunning view. The food at the restaurant were we had dinner was good and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food.

Only dined in the restaurant after being in the mountains. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Negative: waiters weren’t really on the ball - friendly enough, but they seemed to forget we were there and forgot half our order and we had to (eventually) get their attention to get the rest of our food. However, overall was nice.

Great coffee and clean loos

We were greeted with a smile, the rooms are very clean, the staff was very friendly, it is close to the center and the breakfast was excellent . I recommend it.

it was an amazing experience. it was the 2nd time we visited in 2 weeks. the food is amazing, the place is amazing, the staff is amazing. highly recomend it. it is 1 minute from the centre of troodos and it is amazing. the location is the best as well!!!!!!

Small, family run hotel situated in the heart of the forest. The hotel was really clean and the people who own it are extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast and the environment id extremely cosy.

The location of the hotel is really nice and surounded by trees. The decoration and vibe of the common areas is vintage and very well chosen. It gives a very positive and heartfelt atmosphere. The breakfast is decent and includes a variety of options. The rooms are very basic, but clean. It also includes a restaurant and a bar.

Visited the place last month in July. The hotel looks fantastic with an old architecture that travels you back in time, and that's the great thing about it. The downside of it was on a windy night the windows were not possible to close properly and as a result they were bunging making noises that ruined our sleep. The location was great in nature, but that bunging of the windows messed up our experience...

Great place if you know what you're getting into. Expect it to be modest and humble. It's not posh or fancy. We got a nice room with a balcony and lovely view of the mountains. The bar downstairs is very cosy at night with the log fire going! We got expresso martinis and were very suprised to how nice they were. Would definitely visit again. However, dont expect nothing fancy!

This is a lovely mountain hotel. Although basic it is perfectly dequate budget mountain escape. It has a lot of character and the shows the scars of time. I arrived at midnight but the staff stayed up late and helped me with directions to find the place. The beds were comfortable and bedsheets crisp and clean. A nice hotel if you're on a budget. The rooms and the hotel in general are somewhat dated and could use some renovation (especially the rooms). I really liked the breakfast room. Also, the girl at the front desk was super helpful and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Be prepared for a steep hike back to the hotel from the center of the village if you're on foot.

I'm giving 5stars to this hotel, firstly because of the frienfly enviroment i found there...The owners are very friendly and always willing to help as much as they can! The hotel is always clean and tidy. Secondly, for those people seeking a quiet and relaxing hotel, theres no way they wouldnt love this place!

Lovely family run hotel with delicious home made food, cosy room which is perfect for two and a nice view from the balcony. There are also amazing nature trails and views nearby, the owners directed me to all the places worth seeing!

Location is great. Hotel is well maintained and nice designs but for the money paid, room was tiny, shower was a small square box just enough to stand straight. All in all cute but not value/quality ratio is quite bad

We stayed for 2 nights in august and it was for another time such a great choice for a relaxing weekend. The hotel offers top quality service in one of my favorite villages in Cyprus. We visit SEMIRAMIS hotel for one night but was not enough. We had a pleasant welcome from a young lady. Rooms smell very nice. Very clean. We stay at the Hotel for 3nights. Is a small family business like a guest 🏠. The people make you fell like your Home. Chara is the manager of the hotel. She suggested us walking trails and waterfall's in the area. Also, she told us if we like to have dinner at the restaurant we have to order in advance. So we had dinner in her lovely terrance. Semiramis is a lovely hotel that assures a very pleasant stay.! Hospitality and services from the owners were awesome. Do not forget to try their homemade dishes especially the Mousakas, tasty & delicious.! I will come back again for sure soon.

Our experience at the hotel was great! Nice clean rooms and nice breakfast. We asked for soup at the evening and they made it specially for us. Stefano was very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel with amazing surroundings, we were welcomed by stephanos the owner on our arrival. The rooms are large with everything you need, air conditioning, TV, comfy beds and a gorgeous balcony. Our food was prepared by stephanos's father and was delicious! Was happily surprised by the hospitality of the wonderful owners Chara and Stephanos. Made me feel like home straight away. The rooms are spacious and clean, fully renovated, with good taste. This new hotel in platres is where you want to stay for a warm relaxed and cosy mountain vacation. The rooms are very comfortable and warm and with a nice balcony. I loved the old retro style that goes all over the hotel areas but with new and good appliances like bathroom is fully renovated. The back yard is really beautiful as well. Basic hotel that is very dated but just what you need for staying in the mountains and using it as a base ir quick place to stay but wouldn’t stay here if wanted to relax at the hotel! We stayed here as wanted to be super close to do mount Olympus walk the next day! Great beds and amenities in the bathroom and nice soft towels! Basic breakfast but was good and included in price!! I would give 6 stars for location if I could. I enjoyed the stay,the walks between huge trees around the place and history lessons this hotel offers. It gives you the nostalgia feeling... Very much recommended for the bird watchers...

It was a one day get away on the 25th of March 2024. For a 4 star hotel i was expecting a bit more on multiple fronts. The location is good and i assume in summer when the weather is better, this hotel will be more popular than what we observed. The negatives were unfortunately more than enough. What potential this place has. Absolutely amazing building and location. This place can be a 400 euro a night hotel but unfortunately it has been left to decay. As a person in hospitality i can see what this place can become. What a shame

Very nice place that deserves more love from management. In some areas it smells like my grandma's closet, no wifi signal in our room, balcony door not closing properly thus cold air entering the room all the time etc. Investing in maintenance and continuous improvement will only benefit this hotel (message to top management).

Best experience in an hotel on Cyprus! The couple owning the hotel are really welcoming people and make you feel like home. The cuisine is as well very good.
