Excelent relax, friendly staff.

Very cosy restaurant with welcoming and warm-hearted staff members. Service was quick and accurate. Food was delicious and the portions were, well, big, for normal pricing. Menu was wider than most of restaurants is this region. All together I would recommend this place very much. One of the better ones around here. Definitely give it a try.

Our lunch was amazing. We had three different dishes, all of them were very good, the staff was very friendly.

The long weekend was great. Reservation by phone - very pleasant gentleman interview. Comfortable accommodation (wooden furniture has a spirit), completely clean, including the bathroom without a speck of dirt! it would be very impressive during the 60s. pretty meh experience. the breakfast was pretty bad and the walls are thin and you can hear conversations from the room next to you. the mattresses are hard and everything smells like cigarette smoke, but it could be worse. i would recommend another hotel however.

great location in the centre of the town, ski to door, close to ceoss country trail starting points. definitely recommend Radnicni sklioek restaurant (3 min walk) for lunch or dinner (excellent food for a reasonable price, friendly staff)

So far the best accommodation in Boží Dar. Rooms very cozy and clean. Staff extremely helpful, kind and funny. As for the restaurant - great home cooking, especially the game was absolutely great. Other big advantages are accommodation with a dog and parking directly behind the hotel.

Hotel Berghof, a guarantee of peace, family atmosphere and wonderful staff. We visited this hotel on the weekend from 11.11. Until 13.11. 2022. We had a dog and a two-year-old son with us, and guess what? We made the best choice we could. Dogs are welcome, literally - the receptionist immediately greeted SR and our Lili very warmly. In a quiet place with parking, quite quiet all around, here and there a siren sounds, but still everything is fine. The guesthouse has connecting corridors, you can easily reach Jitřenka or the Běhounek hotel. Free wifi everywhere. Every day the room is tidy and clean. The rooms are older, but clean and tidy. Access to the spa procedures is made difficult by the staircase with 28 steps in the connecting corridor.

Luxury Hotel Spa. Many staff are rude and poor English Food buffet is limited and sometimes tasteless. Many treatments are hoax like CO2 bath , injection or bags. Radon bath may be a lie. They don't care about guest satisfaction.

Do not take full Board. Buffet Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Soup for lunch and dinner four days two kinds and with lots of vinegar. The second dishes it is possible time paid but not tasty. About hotel discount rooms not very good, I already wrote about it.

I would like the accommodation more if more attention was paid to cleanliness. Pleasant service. Microwave not working. You can take coffee or tea, but after opening the cabinet, you'd better think twice. It would definitely be worth investing in an air conditioner. It's only on the top floor and it was very hot. And for people who have problems with stairs, it is difficult to climb so many stairs...

Beautifully uncomplicated, very basic, communal kitchen quite contaminated. The owner friendly and helpful, ideal for visiting the film festival or otherwise if you just need somewhere to stay. The location is central, you are in no time at the Kur-Promenade, on foot of course.

Receptionist is very nice. Slightly disorganized - Wellness package was chaotic. Cleaning habits require attention. Due to technical reasons, we were sent elsewhere for our breakfast. (This made it slightly unpleasant for us) On the plus side, relatively cosy, and centrally located.

Nice place to stay. The hotel seemed to be an ex-apartment building. Nevertheless, the stay was comfy and the staff were nice. One star reduction due to a noisy beds and some other small blemishes, one or two car parking just outside was kind of a problem. Had to park further away.

The hotel location is good. The room is large. Also take note that the lift is small.

This hotel was perfectly clean and (mostly) comfortable with a great location in the center of town. With that being said the amenities left a lot to be desired. They gave me one pillow, three hangers, and no washcloths. It says that they have ac but it gets pretty hot at night and you can’t put the thermostat any lower than 21°C. Wifi is extremely slow and it’s difficult to get into the pool and sauna...

It was very easy and struggle free here, staff is competent and kind. The rooms are very pretty and clean. Unfortunately the shower head was broken and the tv didn't work well that's why I only give 4/5 stars.
