Luxury Hotel Spa. Many staff are rude and poor English Food buffet is limited and sometimes tasteless. Many treatments are hoax like CO2 bath , injection or bags. Radon bath may be a lie. They don't care about guest satisfaction.

Pricy, but in this area and time everything around was pricy too. The breakfast was not the best, what I had in my life, but ok-ish :)

I stayed in the pension it's a part of the hotel connected with the hotel with long corridor with stairs not friendly for seniors. At night they do music parties . I really enjoyed the view. Místo super, v klidné části i přesto, že u silnice tak pokoj byl tichý. Moc hezký provedené, celý penzion, promyšlené a moc hezké. Kvalitní vybavení, nábytek, příjemné postele, snídani v perfektním prostředí, vše chutné, domácí marmelády. Personál také moc milý ochotný, je to rodinný podnik a ta duše je tam cítit. Nice place, solitude, peace. Pool with just warm water, jacuzzi with clean water. Homemade food. The main currency - personnel. Welcoming, kind, as it should be.

Were there with the motorbikes for 3 nights. Good breakfast (a selection of bread and rolls wasn't particularly good) but the dinner was great. We had the apartment, nice room with plenty of space. The staff super polite. With an indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room and other sports facilities, there is something for every taste. We are coming again next year.

The food here is very good. I would say the best in Jachymov. Make a reservation though as it might get bussy for dinners. Also they don’t accept cards.

I can only say positive things about this restaurant. The garlic soup I ordered was great and clearly home made. The same thing goes for the homemade pancakes. The service was also very nice and helpful. Overall easily 5 stars.

Pension near the main road and therefore noisy. The equipment is a small fridge, a TV with a minimum of programs, not even basic, there is no WIFI. Clean rooms, small beds. Just to sleep.

The environment is clean, the rooms are surprisingly spacious. The fault is that there is no internet and the TV signal (which has very few programs) sometimes drops out.
