Good service, clean and calm. I was stayed 2night. Service was good. Clean and calm. Especilly breakfast was very good. Staff was kindly.

A very quiet hotel, located between Singen and Constance. The road is under construction recently, so there are often traffic jams, but other than that it's good 👍

I was traveling alone and everything was just perfect for me there. The located also in a recovered small town, so it's a perfect place to find some rest and peace.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for 2 nights over the weekend to finally have time without children again :) We were really super satisfied. The room was nice and cozy, we had a view of the lake from the balcony, we got our breakfast in the room (another 5 * for that) and we really felt at home. A good traditional german hotel ,great breakfast with good food and drink,beer garden ,weather permitted,quiet location,comfortable rooms and friendly staff.Two points to note,english word is not good but you can get by and there is no evening or night life in Reichenau except small cosy restaurants.If you want peace and quiet this is the place.

Food and staff were great. However there was no air conditioning in the room and no fans either. You couldn’t sit outside in the evening to cool off because of the mosquitoes. So slept very poorly. The sheets have wool in them which made it very itchy to sleep. Kids in near by rooms were very loud and I wish staff would have told them to quiet down. There is no way they didn’t hear them.

I liked the hotel overall alot. It's in a beautiful setting, staff is friendly the rooms are modern and clean. We even were upgraded to Suite which is spacious. The only downside is that the room was that modern, that it felt sterile.

Terrible night sleep. At the beginning of summer temperatures in the room were at 28-30 degrees Celcius (82-86 Fahrenheit) it was impossible to sleep. Terrible. There is no airconditioning ventilation

Excellent German food, friendly and impeccable service in a traditional, warm atmosphere. Although located somewhat on the outskirts of Konstanz, well worth the short drive. Not my first visit, definitely not the last visit either!

Travelled to Dettingen/Konstanz for a friends wedding. The room was HOT but comfortable enough. Breakfast was reasonable with a cold buffet served in the morning, though not particularly cheap. There isn't a great deal of choice in the local area but for a small town the hotel was good.

The accommodation here is simple and very clean. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant food is really excellent. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and excellent dinners. It’s also very well located very near the ferry, lake and bus into town. It’s in walking distance to a fantastic thermal pool and spa. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice big room, good bedding, unfortunately towels old, frayed and not changed. Bathroom Average. Hot, no Aircon and if you open the window, we had the road, it was very noisy traffic even at 1-2am in the morning and the buses start early too! And someone from the restaurant downstairs was smoking in front of the hotel. TV controls don't work and only 2 channels !

Family and friendly atmosphere of the staff in facility. Surprised - by the free ticket for a public transport provided through the stay in a hotel. Thus, no necessary looking for a parking place in the Konstanz.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were 4 adults and 3 kids and the apartment had plenty of space. The apartment is pretty modern. The balcony is a plus to enjoy a sundowner in the evening. After a long day of walking around, you enjoy the evening at the apartment. It's nice to stay outside Konstanz in nearby distance. Very clean and contemporary suites. Newly built after fire. Suites are very comfortable and well sized with stocked kitchen and facilities. Sauna is in original cellar area (low ceilings). The restaurant was not open but breakfast room was available. Pet friendly.

Hotel by the lake, overlooking the Wallhausen marina. Lovely view, simple hotel but with what you need. Nice rooms, large and with a nice bathroom. It features an excellent restaurant with a quality menu and reasonable prices, a must try. The free parking is very useful, an advantage in the area.

Nice, modern hotel with an attached restaurant where breakfast is served in the morning. The hotel is located directly at the train station. With the window closed, the trains could not be heard. The lakeshore is just a few minutes' walk away. The on-site team is very friendly and courteous and responded quickly to my emails when I made the booking.

Super friendly receptionist. A modern and comfortable hotel, the room had a huge shower and was squeaky clean. There are locked boxes for the bicycles. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for two days during the main season.

Spent a weekend here and absolutely loved it! Really easy to find by car, but you're also able to reach plenty of great places on foot. Stunning lakeside location with comfy benches for relaxing by the water. There's also a huge grassy area for lounging or playing sports, plus a pool table. Had an amazing weekend in the Jugendhotel! Great location, delicious breakfast with view over the beautiful lake and superb accommodation. And of course an amazing host who was ready to help with any queries you might have, Highly recommend it!

We spent a weekend with my husband in the Guesthouse and we really enjoyed it. The location is great, we reached a lot of amazing places just walking and the view of the rooms to the lake is an spectacle. The breakfast is delicious and the team running the place is super friendly and open to help if you need anything. We are looking forward to be back the next season !

Lovely quiet area by the lake, with easy parking. Owner is very accomodating and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bunk beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was always great, with a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. Closest ferry was a 25 min walk or a 5 min drive. Area close to the ferry has all the amenities one may need. Highly recommended.

Very nice, quiet guest house were here for the Seenachtsfest, you didn't notice the traffic on the nearby street, and there is a bus stop almost on the doorstep, with a bus to the main station in the city going pretty much every 15 to 20 minutes. A quiet little place backing onto THE PARK AND THE LAKE.. The afternoon drinks with a light menu in the courtyard overlooking the lake was perfect prior heading off for dinner. Our host was welcoming and ensuring we had all we needed. Breakfast was simple but had all we needed.

Neat rooms, friendly staff, attractively decorated. Breakfast was good but could be better. Why are meat products only replenished when they are really finished and eggs too, only they have to be cooked first so that takes a while!

Good hotel room and absolutely fantastic staff. They helped with recommendations on transit and what to do as well as ordering a pizza over the phone for us with our limited German and the pizza place only speaking limited English. Aqua hotel has very friendly staff that make one feel at home and offers a kids friendly environment. They offer a very good breakfast buffet with a lot variety (including avocados every morning!). The front desk is very nice. The hotel is not in the city center but they will give you a bus voucher which takes only about ten minutes and can be used for two days. Although we didn't use it, hahaha. There are Aldi, Lidl and gas stations around. Parking is free, which is very good. The room is big and the breakfast is OK. Recommended for self-driving. I love Lake Constance so much!

This is our first time at Lake Constance and we chose this hotel by chance. The rooms are very modern and clean. You sleep very well there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A big plus is the very good breakfast. Even better is the dinner in the restaurant as part of our half board. We can eat ala carte every evening. Very tasty. We will definitely come back again.

There were no more rolls until 10am for breakfast at 9:30 and the milk was cleared away at 9:55... Clean and large rooms. Service from all the staff is very good. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of food. There is a parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Indoor parking is available for an additional fee. Highly recommended.

Positive: The room was decent sized, fairly clean. The free breakfast was not bad. Negative: Can't lock the bathroom door, clogged shower, slow receptionist. The breakfast can get quite busy and people run into each other a lot due to not great flowline planning.

Alexander was very helpful and hardworking. The staff were friendly. Front desk seemed understaffed as they were overwhelmed with long line of customers non stop throughout the day. Breakfast was good. Bus stop right in front. Lake and restaurants 5min walk. No pool, only gym. Security could be improved.

The family room is spacious, the hotel breakfast room is large, the parking lot is in the public area opposite and needs to be paid, the breakfast is quite rich, the hotel is convenient for travel, and it is very close to the Swiss port.

Clean comfortable room, in-room A/C, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff, good value for the money. So why only four stars? We were on the sixth floor (the top floor) and it was very warm. Our room A/C struggled to cool it down and it never did get as cool as we wanted. The hotel regulates how low the thermostats will go and I'm sure they do it in the winter as well. Would I stay there again...

Located a bus journey into Konstanz. They only run every 30 mins at the weekend which can be a little annoying. Nowhere to eat near the hotel, but many options in the town. Hotel was clean with good sized rooms. Great breakfast buffet.
