We enjoyed our stay in the hotel with few minor disappointments. First good things:
1. hotel location is great right in the middle of the island. You can easily hike run the whole island.
2. Breakfast was great, however there is a room for improvement specially not repeating exactly same items everyday.
3. Hotel was overall very clean and the surroundings like the rooftop, corridor, parking space was good.
Things we didn't like:
1. Room service was really poor. They didn't make our room. We stayed for 3 nights. We did put the DND sign to green. Still it didn't help. Maybe we have to explicitly ask for it. Even in that case they should tell us during check-in.
2. With the cost towards higher end, a complementary water bottle and a cattle is expected.
Rest everything was fine.

We had a lovely stay, except for when we went to breakfast. The head waitress was so rude when we went to a table. Instead of say “Good morning, could you possibly sit at one of these tables” she in a rude manner said you cannot sit there, you can sit over there. And when we approached her about her tone she was very dismissive. Like move on you wasting my time..

The staff were lovely, but unfortunately, the management is unprofessional and dishonest! Due to an error by the booking center that wasn't our fault, management forced us to pay an unjustified and completely unfair surcharge. Avoid this place. The value for money at this establishment is truly terrible!

Food and staff were great. However there was no air conditioning in the room and no fans either. You couldn’t sit outside in the evening to cool off because of the mosquitoes. So slept very poorly. The sheets have wool in them which made it very itchy to sleep. Kids in near by rooms were very loud and I wish staff would have told them to quiet down. There is no way they didn’t hear them.

Very bed not correct and rules Hotel,staff working there doesn't respect their clients, telling all information. I'm talking about Romanians (Costina,I think her name and other one)who is working there!I wish they lost work there ! If u want be a good and respectable place,teach your staff to work their real work! I'm ready to post ever if u don't put out that staff !

Terrible management, only $ focused. The 'spa' is tiny and only open for a few hours per evening, when it's way too cramped and covid-dangerous. When u ask for longer they say 'no'. The room are superweird, with the toilet basically open in the middle of the room with half a door and zero privacy. Never again!

Zimmer modern und schön gestaltet, Betten sehr komfortabel, Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, kinderfreundlich. Im 1.OG hört man teilweise Trittschalldämmung von oben.

Lovely family-run hotel in center of Reichenau. We stayed for a week, and had a good time, sailing on the lake and the kids were happy playing in the hotel grounds.
