You don't have to say anything more about the sauna itself, as everyone knows what a great sauna landscape awaits guests there. The steam rooms are also great. And then the restaurant ... great to look at dishes at affordable prices, which are served quickly and in a friendly manner and taste great...

We weren't guests in the hotel, but in the sauna. The infusions are great. Very friendly staff. The relaxation rooms are comfortably furnished.

Wonderful, large SPA area, relaxed, friendly atmosphere, good food and beautiful, large rooms. We had the water suite, which left nothing to be desired. With great pleasure again and absolutely to be recommended :)

The rooms were made available to us free of charge because we came as a group to help in the disaster area. We didn't expect anything, we were happy to be able to stay overnight and take a shower. Instead, we were able to enjoy the full service, from a delicious breakfast to always made, clean rooms and everything you can expect from a good hotel. A big thank you for everything!

Very nice. Right in the middle of the town. Very helpful and gracious staff. Spoke enough English to gets our needs met. This is the place I prefer to stay at when in Andernach.

Beautiful and lovingly furnished Hotel. Since we had our wedding location in Andernach, slept a part of our guests together with us in the Hotel. We have booked all of the rooms and the Suite. Our guests and we were very impressed. The Breakfast was very tasty and was constantly replenished fresh, everything was decorated very nicely and there was even our wedding party and us, a personal greeting...

We were there yesterday, and about the cleanliness, the facilities and the positive Flair very surprised. Many 4 star Hotels do not reach this level. Easy free Parking in the car Park, a good Breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere, the great shower and the location of the hotel was rounded off with the visit positive. Happy again

Good hotel, friendly staff very good restaurant. For some reason the toilet always needs flushing 4 or 5 times after a number 2 and having stayed in practically all the rooms over the years its the same in almost all rooms. If you're not OCD about it like me then you will be fine.

Rooms are out dated. Wi-Fi was flakey. I did have a nice view on a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was limited also. Staff were friendly. Room was cold and there was no heating, thin duvets too.

Hotel building is old but on riverside. Parking available free of cost. In summer months ask for ventilator as there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is just about ok. Staff is less but alert and helpful. Restaurant is facing the river. The ferry station for the Geyser trip is 800 meters away...very close . Charming family run hotel, comfortable spotless rooms, well equipped and Rhein views with terraces. Excellent breakfast and service start to finish. Great location and minute from aights. They even ironed a shirt for me at Kate notice which was very welcome and didn't charge. Good priced minibar and smooth check in.

This hotel is very well located alongside the Rhein river and very close to my workplace. Parking is problematic in the surrounding because not easy to find free places close the hotel. My room was very small and without chair, thus not possible to work in the room. Wifi signal is veryweak.

Fantastic gem in Andernach centre. The staff was very nice and serviceminded. You felt they would always go the extra mile for you as a guest. One outstanding thing with this hotel was the cleaning standard, it was one of the best cleaned hotels I have ever visited and this makes a massive difference for the experience and then it is less important that the furniture and carpets may seem slightly dated

On arrival it was difficult to find a parking space close to the hotel, but what parking there is, is inexpensive. A very helpful and friendly welcome, and we were given a room with a great view of the Rhine. Breakfast was good. We would be happy to stay there again.

Outstanding hotel, exceptionally clean room top marks to house keeping. Modern with a good view of The Rhine. Private parking was additional 10 euros but well worth it, secure parking garage which for us was a must travelling with bicycles. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Very good breakfast.

Its a very beautiful property located at a very nice location just facing the Rhine river. The top floor panoramic restaurant has an amazing view with good food and drink options. The room was also nice with nice view and all basic facilities except the small refrigerator. Breakfast was also very good.

Very good location, a stone's throw from the banks of the Rhine. Room clean and tidy. Food in the sky lounge was very good. The employees are very courteous and nice. I can recommend it, but has a certain nobility, could be too noble for some.

We were at the Hotel Einstein in mid-August 2021 to see the exhibition. The hotel is very modern and is close to the Rhine. With a glass elevator you can go up to the bar. Beautiful en comfortable hotel in the centre of historical village. Rooms are new, clean and quiet. Restaurant El Pero serves nice italian food. Hotel has a parking in the basement, which makes it perfect for a night stayover on your way to the south

The design of the room is absolutely fantastic. To stay in this beautiful Ambiente is real fun! The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city a d the rooms are still really quite besides the required sounds of church bells. The breakfast is of wood quality and provide a reasonable variation. The staff are professional and very friendly. Overall I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Kevin at reception was exceptional at helping us with all requests and recommendations! All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The Italian restaurant was a special experience. Would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for a boutique hotel.

Its a conveniente hotel but some rooms are really small!! Additionally the stairs are narrow and dangerous specially with luggage. I dont recomend for old people

Service is really nice in the morning, the only time that hotel personnel is available. Fine location. Room is OK, but is not a hotel you should come for the room, but location and a service that you don't expect...exactly because you think this hotel can't provide it. A good surprise if you can't book a hotel that you wanted and think "where have I/we ended it up?"

Having to stay in Andernach for two nights due to a customer my company had to serve, I decided to stay as close to the city centre as possible. The location is incredible. Just a three minute footwalk from the next parking garage, which in addition is incredibly cheap, and a 4 minute footwalk from where I had to work, it was just situated perfectly. Rooms are perfectly clean, newly renovated, bathrooms...

Price-performance fully in order. Bathroom not completely free of mold, the breakfast was sufficient and the operator couple friendly.

Slightly irritated because the reception is not manned all the time, but it still worked out great. The light in the bathroom, or in general the bathroom could be brighter. Worth seeing is the nuclear power plant nearby, which was in operation for just 30 months. Don't worry, it's been quiet for decades.

We feel very comfortable here, it is close to the center (150m) and still quiet.... the Rhine is right in front of the door.... Breakfast is sufficient and delicious and the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Thank you for Have a nice weekend, we'd love to come back.....

Reasonable hotel for quick travel

The staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean and functional. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet, but it is better to go early. The hotel is less than a ten minute walk from the train station. Some people complained about noise, but my room was very quiet.

Because of the corona it was like a ghost hotel. No staff, no guests, but the key handover was well organized. The breakfast was very rich, fresh and delicious. The park around the hotel invites you to linger and escape from everyday life.

This place seems to be a bit overpriced. In the room we stayed at (and in other rooms I've seen) there were only single beds, it was impossible to move them next to each other (so that we could sleep with a kid).

We were for the umpteenth time in the Hotel zur Mühle. The room was very nice and with a balcony. The food, Service and friendliness is just great. The Massage fact, our body very well. You can recommend this Hotel always. It would be nice if a small fridge would be on the room. This would be for many a drink in a cool matter. Also a small swimming pool is also available. The location is right on the Rhine in a very desirable area of Bad Breisig. The hotel has a cozy restaurant with outdoor seating, and the room was spacious.

Wonderful stay. Out second time here. Proprietors are simply wonderful and accommodating. We had some extra needs and they were simply great. We left our cycles and baggage here for a weekend so we could do some other things. They are just great, the rooms are nice and the restaurant has great food. Superb location, our room overlooked the Rhine River just 20 meters away.

Everything could have been perfectly fine (room, food, staff) - but a bunch of loud drunks in the night ruined our sleep - and we had to switch to another hotel. The noice didn't come from inside the hotel, so it's not directly the Hotel's fault, however the attitude ("I heard nothing", "No, you cant just leave") made sure we wont return here.

Had a room with a balcony, which gave us amazing views overlooking the Rhine. Bed was comfy and breakfast had plenty of choices.

Excellent breakfast! Staff I dealt with were great. Rooms are okay. A bit outdated. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable. Pool (cold) and sauna are small compared to the size of the hotel. The free parking fills up fast during peak season, but you can pay to park in their garage.

This was a wonderful hotel that I wish I could have enjoyed for longer. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The main selling points of the hotel are the location and view. Book a room with a balcony and “Rheinblick” and it will make up for the somewhat outdated interior. Staff are friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay, can recommend.

Very used hotel, that has seen better days. Smell of moist in the corridor, but not in the room. Very quiet room with excellent beds. We slept very well. Wish they will remove the bathtub. Very problematic to step up into it, not to mention down from, in a safe way. The water preassure is not the best. The ramp to the parking garage deserves credit for being wide enough to handle my car. Kept wondering...

Driving along the Rhein river and found the hotel, good value and looks over the river peaceful for February but imagine it can get very busy due to its size. Would visit again plus easy parking on site.
