Excellent breakfast! Staff I dealt with were great. Rooms are okay. A bit outdated. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable. Pool (cold) and sauna are small compared to the size of the hotel. The free parking fills up fast during peak season, but you can pay to park in their garage.

Had a room with a balcony, which gave us amazing views overlooking the Rhine. Bed was comfy and breakfast had plenty of choices.

This was a wonderful hotel that I wish I could have enjoyed for longer. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms did lack outlets but I believe that is because it is older. The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. I was happy I could easily rent a bike at a low cost for the day from the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic! So many choices and all so fresh. It was wonderful too to enjoy eating while viewing the Rhine. (Sadly on the second day of our stay they hosted the breakfast temporarily in the hotel large banquet space - this was not so nice!). The only downside of the hotel is that it is busy! It is not small - it's a huge hotel and thus breakfast, the lobby, and other common areas were always full of people. Check-in and out are not quick processes so allow for some extra time.
Despite minor inconveniences, I would gladly return to this hotel and this time stay longer!

The main selling points of the hotel are the location and view. Book a room with a balcony and “Rheinblick” and it will make up for the somewhat outdated interior. Staff are friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay, can recommend.

Very used hotel, that has seen better days.
Smell of moist in the corridor, but not in the room. Very quiet room with excellent beds.
We slept very well.
Wish they will remove the bathtub.
Very problematic to step up into it, not to mention down from, in a safe way.
The water preassure is not the best.
The ramp to the parking garage deserves credit for being wide enough to handle my car.
Kept wondering why they kept placing saucers for cups on the desert buffet instead of dessert plates.
The buffet was fine every day, but it is too bad the broccoli in particular, with the other vegetables, are over cooked.
Could be a German way of cooking we never learn to appreciate.
It is a conference hotel, but for a group of over 90 people a microphone was not made available for the speakers of the group.

Driving along the Rhein river and found the hotel, good value and looks over the river peaceful for February but imagine it can get very busy due to its size.
Would visit again plus easy parking on site.

I love this place! The rooms are outdated and need modernising but they are clean and good enough for the price. The area is the star, a beautiful part of the world with the Mighty Rhine the star of the show. Also the pool and sauna are lovely. The breakfast is incredible and the breakfast staff are lovely people who care about their visitors. We will stay here again.
