Reviews
Dr Petra is an example of what’s best in medical practice.
Thanks so much and see you all next year. Derek
Nice spas, not overcrowded. Pleasant atmosphere and in the evening you are in good hands in the bar at Andy Kiss. Thanks!
Of course, it is primarily a clinic that is mostly used by the older generation. But even as a wellness hotel, it's okay if you don't forget the core: the clinic. The swimming pool is clean and quite comfortable. Unfortunately only water to drink and no service (telephone) and no music in the background.
The sauna area is sufficiently large and friendly and modern.
Unfortunately, no infusion staff or infusion topics, which would provide amusement. I'm sure that this would give you extra points with the wellness guests.
The room is quite modern. The lack of climate control bothered me. It was too warm for me personally. And no exhaust air in the bathroom calls for a room deodorant diffuser
The breakfast is plentiful and of decent quality. No upscale food but everything fresh and nicely decorated. The service here is also very nice - almost family-like.
Unfortunately, dinner is buffet style. Quite good on offer, but of course not as high quality as freshly prepared or presented in the long term. The service was nice and competent. For example, rosemary potatoes were unfortunately overcooked due to long standing times and the beef was cooked gray. That's a shame.
As usual here, you are assigned a seat. So breakfast, lunch, evening... always the same place. Sitting outside was not possible during breakfast and dinner. Seating is available outside, at least at Foreign Affairs, and can probably also be used for eating at lunchtime.
Deduct something in room service.
It was probably wake-up time at 8:45 a.m. because there were loud conversations with the clattering of the loud vacuum cleaner... People work here quickly and loudly. Sleeping in is therefore not an option. The lack of shampoo at the sink could also be improved. What is not allowed are open bottles in the room bar. A water bottle was apparently filled with tap water. The cap hadn't cracked and the first sip proved: no carbonation and a strange taste. Stomach problems included. Too bad.
Bar is nice, and here too: hospital guests and patients dominate. But it doesn't detract from the whole thing. It's just the climate and therefore not much of a "holiday mood" over the weekend. As a clinic guest, on the other hand, it is certainly worth a princely rating (I cannot judge medical care).
Such a clinic concept is therefore exemplary. But I wouldn't describe it as a pure wellness hotel. It is a very nice clinic hotel with wellness options even for non-clinic guests. That's already excellent!
Keep it up!
Staff did not have our booking on their screen. The printout of the booking confirmation caused great astonishment among several ...
According to a receptionist, bookings via the portal are bad ...
Then you wanted to see a negative Covid test despite vaccination - house rule!?!
This can also be communicated to guests in advance. So again through the village and 45 minutes later a second attempt. No room available. Then the car had to be in the underground car park and the parking lot number at the front desk. At the third visit to the reception you had no idea what the parking lot number was supposed to do with a room, just waiting for the announcement.
No plan, no word of apology, no service that has anything to do with the star category or price range.
Well suited for 2 days of pool time, 2 beautiful pools (each indoor & outdoor pool) and sunbathing lawn were very popular. The distances were kept well, the staff is very friendly, breakfast is good. The clientele is rather older, we (42 years) are probably (still a little) too young for that ... For clinic guests it would be 5 *, for us only 4 * ... (WLAN was not so good). The foyer is wooden and rustic, the rooms and corridors have been tastefully renovated. Wacky underground car park for only 5 € / day :) We relaxed well!
