A fairly well experience Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent. All in all, a very good experience.

Where warmth meets friendliness... it's a perfect fit. I feel very, very comfortable there and will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel with great service and beautiful rooms. We arrived early and did not expect to check in, but just wanted to park the car. However the sweet receptionist told us our room was ready and we could check in. Very rare that happens nowadays (even if the room probably is ready) so an extra star for that. Very nice. Loved the spa. Excellent breakfast. Short walk to city center Only negative was receptionist at check-in did not adquately explain that we could unload luggage at front. We ended driving car parking area in back and manually wheeling it uphill to parking entrance. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Many employees speak English and were helpful. No A/C and room was a twin mattress unlike a typical U.S. hotel. Breakfast was always good. Not many English channels on TV. Did not get an opportunity to visit pool or spa.

Absolutely fantastic place. In the middle of a quaint town there's this jewel of a hotel with it's own park like garden. Very nice place with delicious cousin, beautiful room, kindly service. The only point that nobody from staff I met in the morning speaked English, but free wi-fi helped )). And the price was about 110 EUR for the one night single room with nice breakfast. The veiw from the room was also perfect!

SPOTLESS ROOMS AND HUGE IN SIZE. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were very nice and super friendly. We did 3 different Spa treatments which were all wonderful. The Spa was on the 4th floor with having to walk up the last flight of stairs for those with step problems.

This hotel is really cozy. The Salzgrotte is something special and I loved being able to use it along with the sauna and steam room. The breakfast is cute, they've got a lot of options and the scrambled eggs were perfectly delicious.

There is no heating in the room which makes it a bit difficult in winter. The shower shield is also broken partly. One other thing that is not ideal is the cleaner didn't clean the room or even change the towels after the first night, this should be changed

Hotel Villa Elsa is a modern hotel in close proximity to the city center. All the staff were friendly and professional. They have a large breakfast that has something for everyone. A great value in Bad Kissingen.

The room was big and everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small terrace with a view to the street. It was great for early morning coffee. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Definitely will stay again when visiting Bad Kissingen.

The hotel is centrally located, you can easily walk to the city center and also to the Kurpark. The breakfast is also very pleasantly prepared and offers all sorts of choices. However, the rooms are old-fashioned and the bathroom in particular could use a renovation.

At first I only wanted to stay 1 night in Bad Kissingen. But since I felt so good here, I stayed two more nights in Bavaria. It was a perfect match. Food, staff, elegant furnishings and central location. Just everything and there was hardly anything to complain about. I'll be back at the end of the year. I would also get to know Bad Kissingen in winter.

Since 'Bad Kissingen' is a spa town, there wasn't any traffic near the hotel although it's in the middle of the town. So you can get to other places quite easily but still sleep at night Coming right to the hotel, it is quite old-fashioned with a lot of decoration which makes it look beautiful.
