I had a great stay. The new rooms are very nice and spacious. Very quiet location. Amazing breakfast. Will go back even if a little pricey.

Very nice long weekend stay here. My husband birthday - excellent nice and friendly service stuff. Big surprise with cake and Champagne. Good food, clean rooms. Huge Wellness and Spa area we left relaxed and satisfied. Can only recommend to stay here

Great big hotel. Rooms a bit outdated but ok and clean. Good sauna and pool area. More for tourists but also good if you are there for business. Amazing fresh breakfast. Lots of offer and you can even ask for your special omelette.

Huge place with a lot of opportunities for spa, wellness, eating etc. etc. Not good for vegetarians or vegans, and also the rooms are somewhat old-fashioned.

However the sweet receptionist told us our room was ready and we could check in. Very rare that happens nowadays (even if the room probably is ready) so an extra star for that. Another hotel where you have to bring your own wash cloth or use your socks instead if you don't. Our room was very small/narrow for the money we paid and did not have air conditioner nor fan. Very nice. Loved the spa. Excellent breakfast. Short walk to city center Only negative was receptionist at check-in did not adquately explain that we could unload luggage at front. We ended driving car parking area in back and manually wheeling it uphill to parking entrance. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Many employees speak English and were helpful. No A/C and room was a twin mattress unlike a typical U.S. hotel. Breakfast was always good. Not many English channels on TV. Did not get an opportunity to visit pool or spa.

Very nice place with delicious cousin, beautiful room, kindly service. The only point that nobody from staff I met in the morning speaked English, but free wi-fi helped )). And the price was about 110 EUR for the one night single room with nice breakfast. The veiw from the room was also perfect!

Location 10mins walk to center. Off-road parking secure. Bfast excellent. Rooms comfy, cosy tastefully decorated.. wasnt able to use all facilities & spa due to single night stay. The city was awesome, beautiful, spring blooms evefywhere

Nice hotel, large room with an extended open living room. The room comes with a good and comfortable bed and a seizable bathroom. We used the indoor pool with various underwater massage sprays. Nice. There are a choice of saunas and one can only use it unclothed. Nice food selection offered in the morning. On the downsize the lady at the reception who checked us in was downright rude and not polite...

The hotel is centrally located, you can easily walk to the city center and also to the Kurpark. The breakfast is also very pleasantly prepared and offers all sorts of choices. However, the rooms are old-fashioned and the bathroom in particular could use a renovation.

From the warm check-in to the perfectly cleaned room to the great breakfast, everything was just right here. We came with a baby and everything was well prepared for the little one. Many thanks to the whole team. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is one of the top addresses in Bad Kissingen. Unbeatable value for money. The rooms very spacious and clean. The staff incredibly friendly. The breakfast is very tasty and the offer is very extensive. We will be back.

The place was lovely. I enjoyed my stay. Some suggestions would be to keep room slippers and small utility set in the rooms. ( toothpaste etc). Environment was too good. The breakfast was lovely .

Very reasonably priced, outstanding accommodations! If you find yourself anywhere near Bad Bruckenau, Schweinfurt, or Munnerstadt, I HIGHLY recommend staying here. In house dining was phenomenal, and the history of the building alone makes it with visiting. Compared with other popular hotels in the area, this one wins hands-down.

Very pleasant hotel for the elderly. Room bright and clean. Very friendly staff, but a bit overloaded. Parking space 5 euros. Elevator available, limited to one person. Nice old facility. A nice old hotel in a central yet quiet location in the middle of Bad Kissingen with nice, large rooms, friendly service and very good food. I felt very comfortable and was able to recover really well. In addition, the competence in the field of physiotherapy as well as in the bathing department and the salt grotto. A hotel with charm and everything that goes with it.

Misleading name! 😡😤😠 Confused a dark-skinned employee with Obama! 👨🏿‍🦲 This hotel is NOT the White House !!! The food was way too inferior for the White House standards! Nice personel. I was handled extensively by the owner. Obama Nobel Peace Prize.

At first I only wanted to stay 1 night in Bad Kissingen. But since I felt so good here, I stayed two more nights in Bavaria. It was a perfect match. Food, staff, elegant furnishings and central location. Just everything and there was hardly anything to complain about. I'll be back at the end of the year. I would also get to know Bad Kissingen in winter.

Since 'Bad Kissingen' is a spa town, there wasn't any traffic near the hotel although it's in the middle of the town. So you can get to other places quite easily but still sleep at night Coming right to the hotel, it is quite old-fashioned with a lot of decoration which makes it look beautiful. Good hotel for the fare price. Feels like a travel in the past. There is a "sunny terrace" on the 2nd floor with loungers.
