Nothing to fault in this hotel. Perfect in everything.. We had a suite with separate bedroom and included a kitchenette equipped with spotless utensils and crockery. Staff was really wonderful and helpful trying their utmost to meet our wishes. we ate both evenings at the hotel and highly recommended. One night order the candlelit dinner and the presentation and experience was 10/10... The fact that it had a pool and spa was a bonus so you can enjoy the stay 100% at hotel. Highly recommended and will go again on another visit to Bad Kissingen...

SPOTLESS ROOMS AND HUGE IN SIZE. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were very nice and super friendly. We did 3 different Spa treatments which were all wonderful. The Spa was on the 4th floor with having to walk up the last flight of stairs for those with step problems.

Dappers Hotel & Spa looks like what it is - an old hotel, its grandeur of once somehow not there anymore - everything was in good order, but overall, it has seen better days. The reception was nice and friendly. My room was tidy, clean and well-kept, though somewhat outdated. My dinner at the restaurant was good, as was the breakfast the next morning. All in all, everything is good. Not bad, but far from perfect. But good enough for a professional traveller, who just needs a bed, a good supper and an evening go to a sauna. I am on the road 100-120 days a year, and as such, I reckon this place as fair value for money. I can, however, understand it perfectly, if people booking a Kuraufenhalt in Bad Kissingen might get dissapointed.

Location 10mins walk to center. Off-road parking secure. Bfast excellent. Rooms comfy, cosy tastefully decorated.. wasnt able to use all facilities & spa due to single night stay. The city was awesome, beautiful, spring blooms evefywhere

Very pleasant hotel in a handsome building. My room was very fresh and clean, had a small cooker with sink & kitchenware, and a balcony with view of the town. The hostess at dinner was able to accommodate my low-salt requirement with delicious meals. So peaceful at night. Hopefully this hotel will not lose its original real wood furnishings to the particle-board remodels that are (so unhealthy and) becoming so common.

This hotel is old, looks old & smells old. I had the biggest suite in the hotel and the bathroom was small. Internet connection was un-usable and nobody took care of my multiple complains about it. Only positive: they have an excellent chef in the restaurant.

Very, Very, Very bad service. I am an English Teacher and one of my students said that her found a cheap wellness weekend in Bad Kissingen and so I went to Hotel Residence von Dapper. The wellness area was small and the personal was unprofessional. I liked the water from B.K. so I made do. The second time I came for the water with a date and we liked the remolded pool and small small sauna, but the food was terrible at dinner time and on the last evening I even got food poisoning, the receptionist could not help and even refused to take the cost of the bad food from the bill, I lost 2 weeks work for sickness from this hotel. I wanted to go to B.K. for the water one last time and tried to give this hotel one last chance, so I booked a 3 day weekend and when I got there they lost my reservation and the owner-manager refused to come out and confront me and try to rectify the situation, he just cowered in his back office like a cheat. Very, Very, Very bad hotel and service. They do not care for the guests just the money they je... you out of Charles E. HUff

Nice hotel, large room with an extended open living room. The room comes with a good and comfortable bed and a seizable bathroom. We used the indoor pool with various underwater massage sprays. Nice. There are a choice of saunas and one can only use it unclothed. Nice food selection offered in the morning. On the downsize the lady at the reception who checked us in was downright rude and not polite. She either had a problem with be on duty but definitely a bad experience for us.

Old hotel, smells musty. I am not used to sleep with this smell so it was not easy for me. I would read the reviews earlier, my mistake.
During check-in, they could not find the reservation of my colleague so they offered us to stay in the same room. Like a joke! After online booking, it is recommended to call the hotel for double-check.
