Very nice, very clean hotel. Situated in a nice quiet area in Germany. Excellent amenities, good restaurants and very friendly staff.

Lovely hotel with great service and beautiful rooms. We arrived early and did not expect to check in, but just wanted to park the car. However the sweet receptionist told us our room was ready and we could check in

Many employees speak English and were helpful. No A/C and room was a twin mattress unlike a typical U. Not many English channels on TV. Did not get an opportunity to visit pool or spa

Very rare that happens nowadays (even if the room probably is ready) so an extra star for that. I think most of the hotel guests were germans and except for the receptionist everybody spoke german to us

A modern hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Clean, nice, friendly staff. Spa and massage services are of a high standard. Spacious rooms and mountain views.

we ate both evenings at the hotel and highly recommended. One night order the candlelit dinner and the presentation and experience was 10/10

The fact that it had a pool and spa was a bonus so you can enjoy the stay 100% at hotel. Highly recommended and will go again on another visit to Bad Kissingen

Nice hotel, large room with an extended open living room. The room comes with a good and comfortable bed and a seizable bathroom. We used the indoor pool with various underwater massage sprays

Nothing to fault in this hotel. We had a suite with separate bedroom and included a kitchenette equipped with spotless utensils and crockery. Staff was really wonderful and helpful trying their utmost to meet our wishes

SPOTLESS ROOMS AND HUGE IN SIZE. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were very nice and super friendly. We did 3 different Spa treatments which were all wonderful

Very pleasant hotel in a handsome building. My room was very fresh and clean, had a small cooker with sink & kitchenware, and a balcony with view of the town

One other thing that is not ideal is the cleaner didn't clean the room or even change the towels after the first night, this should be changed

The Salzgrotte is something special and I loved being able to use it along with the sauna and steam room. The breakfast is cute, they've got a lot of options and the scrambled eggs were perfectly delicious

We were very surprised that, unlike many hotels, breakfast, and the pool and sauna are included in the room price. The breakfasts are big and very tasty. The pool and sauna are also very clean

I stayed at the hotel two times. So after those two trips my feetback: I liked the rooms, they were spacious. The refrigerator was awesome because I went at a time where it was hot outside and inside

The reason was, for the safety of children and pool but you can or could open the fitness room on its own. So sadly for me, opening hours. Had a good variety and again everybody can find something

Hotel Villa Elsa is a modern hotel in close proximity to the city center. All the staff were friendly and professional. They have a large breakfast that has something for everyone. A great value in Bad Kissingen.

If you go here as a hotel guest ask for towels and coat at the reception. Tipp: don't forget to take a 50 cent piece with you for the locker. From my point of view a stay is highly recommended

Pool an sauna area is great as well. We passed a nice weekend with moderate usage. Probably it's a little bit to small if many guest come here at the same time

It's not just "time to eat" you can feel everything is handled with love. Delicious! The rooms are cozy and tidy. If you come as a couple ask for a room with a double bed. We also had a balcony view in the green

Don't be fooled by the little uninviting outside appearance of the hotel. Trust me: The inner values are worth a stay. We came here for wellness but we stayed because of the great food! Breakfast: just great

Great hotel for family vacation

It was better before. Too laut everywhere: in halls, in the restaurant, in the spa-area, and even in sauna 🙄

It's extremely well located, extremely well maintained, extremely clean, very helpful staff, a great spa section, a breakfast buffet rarely seen in Germany with a dinner buffet, while not superior, I found to be more than acceptable

We were able to charge our batteries there, too. Our room was very spacious, with a balcony and a view of the beautiful Rose Garden, even though we had booked a cheaper room overlooking the courtyard

A very nice hotel with a prime location across from the Rose Garden and the Old Town. It was very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. There was also an excellent breakfast buffet

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Rose Garden, making it very easy to find. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. We were riding our bikes, and there was even a lockable bike garage

Hotel and room very stylishly furnished. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Male head waiter was a little lazy. Cleaning staff smoked in the building! Non smoking hotel? Therefore only 3 stars

Misleading name! 😡😤😠 Confused a dark-skinned employee with Obama! 👨🏿‍🦲 This hotel is NOT the White House !!! The food was way too inferior for the White House standards! Nice personel

At first I only wanted to stay 1 night in Bad Kissingen. But since I felt so good here, I stayed two more nights in Bavaria. Food, staff, elegant furnishings and central location

So you can get to other places quite easily but still sleep at night Coming right to the hotel, it is quite old-fashioned with a lot of decoration which makes it look beautiful

There were many different types of sermons and bread, spreads, a lot of healthy fruits, joghurt and even bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs with tomato and bacon in it

Great place, hotel is beautiful, personnel very kind, breakfast very tasty. Just a bit too hot during the night. The town is full of life also if was Sunday and clean

We were greeted at the reception and after doing all the paperwork for our stay, we were shown our rooms. In the next morning we had breakfast which was great

Very friendly and cosy place. It was a little surprise how the room look like and you may feel in a little time travel but it was all very clean and suitable for the purpose. Therefore I rate it with 4 stars.

The house is a bit older, but the garden is big and quite and the staff and owners are super friendly. Towards families with small children as much as towards oldtimer owners or everyone else

Breakfast is not super fancy, but scrambled eggs get freshly prepared for each person and there is a wide range of cereals

A tastefully furnished villa, clean rooms, friendly service (especially the attention to detail at the breakfast buffet was very courteous) and an ideal location (the historic city center is only a stone's throw away)

My stay at Pension Villa Nordland was very comfortable and they catered for everything. Lovely breakfast every morning a nice quiet town to go walking along the river in the morning

I recently booked a long weekend for a quiet break and chose to stay in Bad Kissengin as if was central to places I wanted to visit (Frankfurt and Nuremberg)

I would recommend this place if you want to get away for a quiet break they wil look after you
