If you go here as a hotel guest ask for towels and coat at the reception. Tipp: don't forget to take a 50 cent piece with you for the locker. From my point of view a stay is highly recommended

Pool an sauna area is great as well. We passed a nice weekend with moderate usage. Probably it's a little bit to small if many guest come here at the same time

It's not just "time to eat" you can feel everything is handled with love. Delicious! The rooms are cozy and tidy. If you come as a couple ask for a room with a double bed. We also had a balcony view in the green

Don't be fooled by the little uninviting outside appearance of the hotel. Trust me: The inner values are worth a stay. We came here for wellness but we stayed because of the great food! Breakfast: just great

Great hotel for family vacation

It was better before. Too laut everywhere: in halls, in the restaurant, in the spa-area, and even in sauna 🙄

Many employees speak English and were helpful. No A/C and room was a twin mattress unlike a typical U. Not many English channels on TV. Did not get an opportunity to visit pool or spa

Lovely hotel with great service and beautiful rooms. We arrived early and did not expect to check in, but just wanted to park the car. However the sweet receptionist told us our room was ready and we could check in

Very rare that happens nowadays (even if the room probably is ready) so an extra star for that. I think most of the hotel guests were germans and except for the receptionist everybody spoke german to us

Very pleasant hotel for the elderly. Very friendly staff, but a bit overloaded. Elevator available, limited to one person. Creaky wooden stairs and floors. Simple dinner, nicely presented

Hotel and room very stylishly furnished. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Male head waiter was a little lazy. Cleaning staff smoked in the building! Non smoking hotel? Therefore only 3 stars

we ate both evenings at the hotel and highly recommended. One night order the candlelit dinner and the presentation and experience was 10/10

The fact that it had a pool and spa was a bonus so you can enjoy the stay 100% at hotel. Highly recommended and will go again on another visit to Bad Kissingen

Nice hotel, large room with an extended open living room. The room comes with a good and comfortable bed and a seizable bathroom. We used the indoor pool with various underwater massage sprays

Nothing to fault in this hotel. We had a suite with separate bedroom and included a kitchenette equipped with spotless utensils and crockery. Staff was really wonderful and helpful trying their utmost to meet our wishes

SPOTLESS ROOMS AND HUGE IN SIZE. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were very nice and super friendly. We did 3 different Spa treatments which were all wonderful

A very nice hotel with a prime location across from the Rose Garden and the Old Town. It was very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. There was also an excellent breakfast buffet

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Rose Garden, making it very easy to find. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. We were riding our bikes, and there was even a lockable bike garage
