Very pleasant and well maintained. The room was excellent and the bathroom made to a very high standard. The hotel was very good value for money. A leisurely ten minute walk from the town centre.

Everything was good. Thr menu is not really my style but apart from that it was excellent.

Nice and quiet hotel, tasty breakfast and from some rooms you can see the Alps. Too bad the Wi-Fi is very unreliable, making it impossible for me to work.

Pleasant accommodations. Friendly staff. Clerk speaks English well. Only odd thing is that reservations for dinner must be made by 10am and there are only two choices. However, the dinner I had was very good.

Clean, comfortable hotel in the countryside, but near to many trails and lakes. Easy free parking. Good location for hiking, but a few km to restaurants in Lenggries (3km) or Bad Tolz (6km). Helpful & friendly owner. Owner provided gluten free bread once he realized that it had been requested. Wifi worked in the room. A stove-top, kettle & refrigerator was included in the room.

Beautiful apartment with a high-quality atmosphere. We slept very well. The breakfast was prepared in the region. Large! The food is very polite and friendly! We will be back! (Sauer)

We had a nice apartment in the house next door. Everything was very clean and tidy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and in good weather you can have breakfast on the terrace. With a view of the countryside and mountains. We would be happy to come back.

Hotel room was right off the stairs with keys that were difficult to use. Room was clean, but water from shower would overflow onto floor. Breakfast that was provided was limited on options. The town was very nice and we loved the access to the river.

Not bad in Bad Toelz… Great location and a great place to stay when in Bad Toelz. Our room overlooking the Main Street was a plus especially when it started down pour rain.

Old rooms, curtains don't keep out the light, windows don't keep out the noise, neither do the doors. Bathroom also old with shower in tub, medium water pressure, no amenities. Sheets and towels clean, floors could use a good cleaning. Mattress firm with huge gap between beds. No minibar, no AC. Wood doors with only one click lock from inside. Church bells at 6 a.m. Limited breakfast choice, but OK...

Very clean, well located property.

Authentic Actually a wonderful German hotel in a small town. Very clean, and the woman who runs the restaurant is wonderful with us stumbling Americans. Mostly Germans on holiday or biking. Was there because a friend wanted to return where he spent his youth as a military brat. But be warned, no air conditioning, like everywhere else summers are warmer. Cool at night with windows open, no bugs.

Smaller hotel, which is too expensive for all existing conditions .... Few parking spaces in front of the hotel and the street is mostly blocked. Breakfast is only available from 7:30 a.m., too late, especially for business travelers. WiFi does not work ... By and large in, but there are recommended hotels in this price range.

It was a relaxing day. Friendly and helpful hosts. Nice garden, nice ambience, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast, the only drawback from our point of view, the coffee was a bit too thin, but the cappuccino tasted good.

This is basically an old people's home. Which made it very, very quiet at night. Pleasant welcoming staff though. The wifi in public areas is only 4 mb/s.

The place is clean, good location, and best of all, the staff. They are by far the most helpful, accommodating, and friendly staff I have ever seen in a hotel in Germany. Be it at breakfast, at the reception, etc. Special mention to the lady who was there the night of the 21st April 2023. We arrived at around 22h00 to meet my parents. The person who booked for them probably didn't inform the hotel...

Great hotel with all you need! Spacious rooms with balcony big toilet and extra bed for kids. Personnel is friendly and they help whenever you need. You get what you pay. Easy to find with parking lot. Breakfast is basic in a good way and all is fresh and home made. Dinner offer is also really good and for a good price. There is a bar and a great kids room.

A very nice hotel! The rooms are all newly renovated and clean! There is plenty of room for baggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful! There is a small safe in the room. But there are no water cookers in the rooms. The city is just a few walking minutes away! Parking is located just behind the building for 4 euros per day.

It's a good experience staying in Tolzer Hof, supportive staff, Good setup in the room with mini fridge, bathing tub, laptop table, sofa set & balcony with two seats Nice breakfast with many Verity's But the bad thing is Wi-Fi is very bad, 1 day work next day not, morning works, evening not works, we don't no when works & when not works, alternate arrangements need to be done,

Stayed for 13 days the staff is absolutely wonderful towels were changed out and room was taken care of but the dame WiFi is complete garbage one second I have full reception the next second nothing, I understand something are not going to be perfect but I need the WiFi for work and to stay connected to my family.

Nice place... We (VOG) stayed here November 2001 to perform at a few venues in and around BT and returned in 2003. Service was pretty good and the bartender was a gentleman with one arm who was pretty good at what he did, even preparing a light meal. I was familiar with BT, coming here on TDY in April 1980 to Flint Kaserne for a supervisor course in my MOS while stationed in Schweinfurt. Flint Kaserne...

No Stable internet connection. free and paid both. Towels were not changed even on request. Staff was mostly nice and friendly. Food was quite good.

Quite superb . Spotlessly clean . Rooms very well appointed . Sauna and swimming pool , which I didn't get to use . A very good breakfast. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. I will return !

Everything about our 4 nights here was outstanding. Best hotel/B&B stay I have ever experienced. George, his wife and staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and fulfilling - the breakfast buffet is especially noteworthy for it's quality and selection.

Picturesque hotel situated in the quiet town of Bad Tölz. The hotel is spotless and kept to a very high standard. Bedrooms are quite spacious and all have a balcony. There's a wide variety to suit all people's tastes for breakfast. Wolfgang & his staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

An incredibly beautiful pension and one of the addresses where you are sad that you can't give 6 stars or stay another night. Everything in the house is designed with great attention to detail and looks invitingly homely. The innkeepers are extremely friendly, the rooms are beautifully designed in a modern country house style and you have a super well-kept dreamlike garden with a swimming pond, loungers...

We spent a weekend here and were very pleasantly surprised - the hotel is really lovingly run. In particular, the garden is a dream, the breakfast was delicious and the owner gave us a really warm welcome. With regard to the location, we recommend arriving by car, as it is somewhat more difficult to get to the nearby hiking areas by public transport.

I needed a room quickly and found it. The room is as described and everything is fine for me. Breakfast is nearby, it's only 200 meters away. In Tölz most of the people are nice and helpful and the same here. :-)

Lovely, quiet villa just a mere 10 minute walk to Tölz’ city centre. Located in the town’s beautiful spa area, far away from traffic. The room is huge, all spotlessly clean and with plenty of closet space for those staying longer. Check-in happens through two codes sent to you per email or sms, the keypads work fine. This hotel would have been a grand experience a few years ago -- she is a little tired now but still lovely. Not realising that the hotel is in one building and reception and breakfast was in another was a bit confusing - but we had the help of some other guests to help us find it!

We used this for a transit between Milan and Munich but would stay longer on a future trip. Lovely hotel in a charming town in picturesque rural Bavaria. Would be a great base for walking in woods or mountains.
