I’m not familiar with the algorithm that determines whether a hotel deserves 5 stars or 4, but it’s clear to me that this hotel is not far from earning 5 stars.
We got a huge room with armchairs and a large TV screen. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t needed.
A spacious shower and a large bed.
The dining room was a bit crowded. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty.
The price for dinner is a bit high relative to the quality of the food, but it includes two drinks per person.
The spa is excellent, with a small indoor pool, saunas, and good showers.
Parking is either on the street or in the hotel’s lot for an unjustified fee.
Service in the restaurant was excellent; reception staff were friendly. There is no bellboy at the hotel.
The location is excellent — not far from a collection of restaurants and a pleasant, beautiful pedestrian street.

This hotel is amazing, I didn’t expect so much for the price (around €100 per night). Spacious room, reasonable breakfast and spa facilities included in the price. I stayed for a business trip but it felt a little bit like holidays too.
My only recommendation is to improve a little with the shower heads from the toilets, because it was a little noisy and not holding up on the position I wanted. (I hope it was only in my room).

An excellent, classic Spa hotel, with perfect breakfast and very good service.

Very Nice Room, very Comfortable very good facilities, and excellent meals with all the trimmings. Staff were very friendly and competent. All the decor was tasteful and My Wife and I liked the Sauna and pool areas very much.

Very nice hotel in the middle of everything in Bad Wildungen. Excellent service (Reception and Restaurant). Large breakfast buffet with wide range of options. The room looked a bit dated and it was not as it could. Happy to come back to this place!

i don't know how can they call themselves a 4 star hotel, the staff was rude and unfriendly, amenities outdated and when it came to dinning and breakfast there wasn't anything special, aside of booking thru jochen schweizer, which was a huge mistake, as we were suppose to have everything included, just to learn after our stay that we had to pay over 300 euro for our weekend stay, a complete ripoff, international traveler stay away!

First of all the hotel was so expensive. I expected better rooms and better service. The rooms where big but at the same time very old. With a 90's style. I Couldnt find a plug in the bathroom for my hair straightener. Also the water sink in the bathroom couldn't stain the water.
There no enough light in the room. It's so dark and also dusty.
Since it is a 4 star hotel, I expected a big spa with big swimming pool. But unfortunately it was really small. And you cannot really swimm. You can set in the water (as bathtub).
But the breakfast was good and they had a fresh nice food.
For summurazing, it was a bad experience. And feel so sorry about all the money I spent paying the hotel

Internet and TV are missing. I have never seen something like that in 21 century in a modern hotel like this.
