Great time!
The hotel has very smart rooms, well designed and with a cozy atmosphere. Very friendly staff in a perfect location. Highly recommend.

I have spent the majority of 3 weeks at this hotel for a business trip. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was walking distance from the train station (Bielefeld HBF) as well as close to many great restaurants.

I arrived with an early check-in because I had some Zoom meetings to join only to find that there was a problem with the internet. However, when I reported it to the front desk, the agent was extremely professional and in no time had the hotel technician check it out and she accompanied him in order to translate. They did find a problem but immediately moved me to the next room that had no issues. I was overly impressed by this. Most hotels just shrug their shoulders and tell you nothing can be done.

So for the room, it was excellent and a unique modern design with really cool lighting features. The bed was more than comfortable and of course everything was spotlessly clean. I would also rate the breakfast buffet as a 5 Star as it was very fresh, very well presented and again nice staff.

If you're arriving by train, it is a very short walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and a short walk to the pedestrian mall and the old city. Bielefeld has an over-whelming number of retailers and restaurants.(more than some of the much larger cities).

We arrived on Friday at the hotel and there was a small mix-up with our room as we were meant to be staying at the Leger Express. However, this was no problem at all for the staff and they went above and beyond expectation to ensure that we received great service and enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded with rooms and they happily welcomed us to their breakfast keeping the rates that were originally quoted upon reservation. We very much appreciate the kind staff who welcomed us that evening, especially the gentleman who raced to set up a crib for us! We will be back again one day and will gladly let all our friends know of the hotel for their future travels. Thank you.

Nice overall BUT the slowest Internet e v e r .. actually useless. Definitely something to improve!!! C‘mon it’s almost 2022 ! .. hello personal hotspot ✌🏻
