I stayed at this hotel halfway down the Rhine from Mainz to Koblenz. It is a long-established and very comfortable hotel. In addition to the elegant interior facilities, it has a sauna and a pool

Lovely hotel on the Rhine though my room did not have a view. The hotel bar is cozy and well managed. Good location for exploring the middle Rhine. Maybe 5 minute walk to train station

Can't get any better area by the Rhein. Luckily we have reserved a space for our car. Their car park is a few blocks behind the hotel. Just check in first then park your car. The room is a what I expected

As ever, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay, right beside the Rhein, and it feels like walking into another world

I had the impression that the staff was overwhelmed and stressed. Perhaps staff shortages or a lot of new hires. With a Michelin restaurant on site I would have expected better breakfast management and staff training

The service was great - the waiters in particular were very nice. The food was good but quite salty. The rooms were comfortable however it would be bettter if there were AC or fans.

We stayed at the Hubertus as part of a school trip and enjoyed our stay. Simone and all the staff at the Hubertus made such an effort to make us feel welcome. Great location, right in the heart of beautiful Boppard

Small simple Hotel. Possibility for the Bicycle include. Very well-suited, if only to sleep on the trip. Rich Breakfast and nice staff.

It is situated in a very narrow street close to the market square so parking could be a problem other than that all good

Ok to stay a night if passing through. In my previous stay I enjoyed it especially the breakfast. Looks like the breakfast was reduced maybe due to corona. Stayed here now 4 nights and was a little disappointed

Nice view if you are on top. Breakfast is very divers. Dinner is very disappointing. The area is very nice and the hotel had a beautiful garden. A lot of parking space. Rooms are ok.

Great place to stay for a day, surrounded by nature. The city is a bit far away, but you know. We had no hot water all morning, so we were there overnight and couldn't shower

Amazing place! Nothing could have been better- the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfy, quiet, and clean, and as for the location - it's a CASTLE, it's in the best spot for the best views (they wanted to make sure no one was sneaking up on them, we just want to see the beauty of the area)

There’s 3 saunas and a nice pool. Breakfast is quite cheap compared to what they offer. However, it felt like on the second day the bread wasn’t fresh, like it were the leftovers from the day before

I stayed in an attic room because I wanted to try it out. The view of the Rhine River was amazing. The room was clean and quiet, so I was able to relax. The food was delicious, and the view was great.

Really cozy and nice hotel. You can stay in the old buildings. Spa area is great, pool's bit small. Restaurant offers great food at medium prices.

Beautiful location, excellent facilities and friendly staff. I travelled by bike with my family and they offered us a locked place to store the bikes overnight which is a big plus

Be sure to be on time or reserve a table for breakfast during weekends so that you can sit by the window and enjoy the view. Plenty of fun places to explore in a 1 hr radius. Good restaurants in the nearby city Koblenz

Wir haben hier zu Abend gegessen. Habe den Pfälzer Saumagen mit Sauerkraut und Bratkartoffeln genommen. Sehr lecker, vorallem das Sauerkraut war sehr gut

we ate outside here right by the river, food was good and it was right next to the dock for our boat so we could watch for it to arrive

The staff is very friendly and was able to work with our limited German. Our food was great, definitely some of the better food we have had on our trip. The potato croquettes were amazing

We stopped in here for an early lunch as it was one of the few places open for business at 11:00. It has a great location next to the church overlooking the Rhine

The food is Great after coming down the Rhine River from Mainz. Alot of shops to get gifts for friends and family. The RHINE WINES are available in most hotels and all restaurants

+ great SPA area with Pool and 4 different saunas, and a steam room + Quiet room with great views, including a reading lamp and blanket + lovingly designed outdoor area + Massage is very relaxing + great, quality and craftsmanship, and well-prepared food + great Service 0 the room was clean and tidy

Nice hotel though long waiting time in restaurants. Well equipped hotel with inner and outer swimming pool, fitness room and sauna...

The buffet had a large selection of different dishes. Spa was awesome even though some facilities were closed because of corona. Our room had a theme which was diamonds

The Covid regulations were implemented well and as all guests were required to show they were vaccinated, tested or recovered during check-in it helped to feel safer

Would be great to get the opportunity to choose the theme, but was ok. Room itself was big and amazing

We've been there only for the night but the room was welcoming with water and some candy on arrival, quite spacious and neat looking. The beds where perfect. If I go to Koblenz I will go back to this hotel

I was with the club from 11-13 Oct at The Hotel hamm, protect a guest. We found a very nice, clean & quiet rooms. The Breakfast was very good & plentiful. The staff was super friendly & knowledgeable

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and definitely worth the money. Beds are somewhat soft so you sink in a bit.

The room look exactly the same as the photos. Parking is nice if you go by car. I really recommend it

Nice hotel for christmas market visite

Hotel has a bar restaurant on the ground floor which is convenient with other food and shopping options nearby. Busses for all destinations across Koblenze stop at the station so you can get anywhere

We both had great sleeps and enjoyed a great breakfast and wonderful dinner (excellent Weiner Schnitzel!!) there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we go to Koblenz

Fantastic, family hotel near the train station and an easy walk into the old town. Horst and his team made us feel like family. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with fantastic showers

May not look like much from outside. The dining area is beautifully done. Our room (44) was large with air conditioning and very very quiet. It was like sleeping in a comfortable cave. the bed provided comfortable sleep

Hotel Brenner is an independent hotel. No higher than five floors and a small lift. The lift is just about larger than a typical shower stall

The towels were thick and absorbent. There was plenty of surface area for all your toiletries. I can only say good things about the water pressure and water temperature. Taking a shower was a pleasure

The hotel is extremely well priced for what it is, it has a ton of character. I absolutely LOVED my stay here and would not hesitate to recommend the Brenner to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful part of Germany

The hotel is centrally located between the Koblenz Hbf and the Altstad. I spent four wonderful nights here. All my expectations were exceeded. I would not hesitate returning if I am ever back in Koblenz

I didn't use the television since the Wi-Fi was stable with very high speed that I was able to stream media. At night the room stayed comfortably warm with the radiator. Room lighting was nice as well

The hotel is really nice, the bar, the rooms, the restaurant, everything is very, very nice. The food is delicious and there really is something for everyone. The staff in every department was really nice and helpful

A fantastic concept, and considering that not everything has been finished yet, I'm already looking forward to the small construction sites being finished. They're not a problem at all, by the way!

At the moment there are still cuts to be made, as not everything is finished. The bar staff also needs to get used to it a little better. But this is made up for with a lot of friendliness and good humor

The rooms are well equipped and big enough. If you don't like sleeping completely flat, you should get a second pillow straight away. The food and drink selection are excellent

The attached thermal baths are easy to reach and offer everything you need for a wellness day. We will definitely vacation there more often

With a beer garden, cute underground parking, and lots of beautiful art, it makes you feel like you are at your own home. Rooms are so beautifully decorated. It also have a lovely restaurant offering yummy food

Staff are very nice and kind, rooms are excellent and with good view over the city, great location, elevators got a good size to transport road bikes, (its important to keep your bike protected and clean to respect the higiene of the place) I enjoy of a great sauna after the ride, had a good peaceful night of sleep and in the morning the breakfast are amazing

A good hotel, quiet, the Mosel River is nearby, you can walk along the path along the bank in the evening. A good restaurant, excellent German beer. The rooms are modest but cozy. Everything is strictly German

An amazing place close to city and near Mozel river! It have a nice facilities around - hair dresser, restaurant. Huge likes - free hotel parking (very nice one with wide parking places)

Large, clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. We even extended our stay by two days. The breakfast is great, with a large selection and great espresso drinks

Stayed in September 2013 for our one year anniversary. The hotel is amazing! We had a huge room with a bathroom hidden behind the bookshelf, a nice balcony to have a bottle of wine on and gorgeous views all around!!

I stayed with my young family of 4 for one night on our road trip down to Tuscany. What a unique experience to stay in such a wonderful castle. We loved the food especially the spaghetti

However, as a southerner, I still like to have air conditioning. The environment is not to mention, it is a very good experience. It’s easy to find a wine shop to arrange a ride. A score of 4 or above is acceptable

No hot drink facilities but they will give you a flask if you have your own tea/coffee. Rooms wonderfully traditional (tester or 4 poster beds) and the castle is wonderful and lovely gardens to explore too

Decent hotel, in a quiet location, extra charge for breakfast, the breakfast as lots of choices and is good. Decor in most rooms dark, our friends room was wood panelled, odd! Overall good standard.

Very nice Hotel, in the middle of the forest in a sweet little town. The rooms are really tastefully designed and it should lack any of the comfort. Also, the Breakfast is very lovingly and very lush

We came with our 2 toddlers there were many stairs so it was hard for them to get up. The room was smaller than I would prefer. The hostess was very nice and tried her best to understand our English

When I first arrived I was hesident about the area. It is about a 15 minute walk into town. One concern was the shady area. We survived the night! The bathrooms are dated and the room is old but ok

If you don't use A/C, you don't have to pay for it, i liked that. It encourages guests to save energy and not to waste it, as they otherwise often do - because "they paid for it". i am guilty of that myself, i admit it

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-nights-stay here. Had booked the Deluxe Suite with Whirlpool. While the decor may not be to everyone's taste - the bed was huge and comfortable, the shower was spacious and luxurious

They are going for a boutique hotel vibe. The location is perfect; it’s right in the center of town. Air conditioning worked great which is hard to come by in Germany. The staff were all friendly and accommodating

given the time of this review, during corona, this was an excellent stay. Breakfast was served with a full choice of cold cuts and cheeses as well as eggs any style plus breads, Müslis, fruits etc

This is a wonderful family run(4 generations), hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is right in the center of town, yet quiet and peaceful. The daily breakfast is very tasty, with so many choices

We spent two nights here and had a great time. Bacharach really does look like it's out of a fairy tale - so cute! The hotel is very traditional on the ground floor but the rooms are very up to date and modern

I hope to return if I'm able to come back to Bacharach. There weren't really more than 3 vegetarian options, but I was pleased with what I ordered. Thank you for a lovely lunch on a Sunday afternoon

The pear and cranberry accompanying it was also a nice treat. The pork steak was also tender and delicious, served with vegetables and potatoes, and every thing was well seasoned and delicious

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Altkolnischer. Our triple room was very comfortable and exceptionally nice. Perfect place to stay in Bacharach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stopped here to watch the final Wimbledon 2023 game. We didn't stay in the hotel as such, but sat at the bar, ate and had some local wine. The service is great, the food and drinks were excellent

The spa area is amazing, They are in the process of building an outdoor swimming pool, so the view to the back at the moment is affected, and there was some noise until the weekend began

We stayed for two nights in a two room suite and brought our dog. The hotel is dog friendly and the room was suitable (vinyl floor). I did think however that for the price the suite, although spacious, was somewhat basic

Location was nice as it was near to Rhine river boat station. Hotel is clean. Sauna and swimming pool.is 24 hours. Staff are always there to help. Breakfast was plenty and delicious

We feel very comfortable here, it is close to the center (150m) and still quiet. the Rhine is right in front of the door. Breakfast is sufficient and delicious and the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful

Slightly irritated because the reception is not manned all the time, but it still worked out great. The light in the bathroom, or in general the bathroom could be brighter

Price-performance fully in order. Bathroom not completely free of mold, the breakfast was sufficient and the operator couple friendly.

Worth seeing is the nuclear power plant nearby, which was in operation for just 30 months. Don't worry, it's been quiet for decades

From the breakfast and diner buffet to the carefully presented Christmas dinner, spa/sauna/pool, bowling, beautiful surroundings for relaxing or sporty walks through the hills, we hardly even left the village in four days

It has become a tradition to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Zugbruecke. This Christmas was our sixth visit and I am sure we will go back again

Just a three minute footwalk from the next parking garage, which in addition is incredibly cheap, and a 4 minute footwalk from where I had to work, it was just situated perfectly

Rooms are perfectly clean, newly renovated, bathrooms are beautiful! Soft and comfy bed makes for a good night's sleep, and the breakfast table is serving every need

Having to stay in Andernach for two nights due to a customer my company had to serve, I decided to stay as close to the city centre as possible

To the Hotel, I can say nothing. The Restaurant, Victor's is excellent. Great kitchen, friendly staff, upscale atmosphere. Parking you should.dfm place the castle or at the Konrad-Adenauer-Platz

there is a good international cuisine, the quality is OK, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the prices are good, the Steak comes out AS ordered, but the map is clear

Of course, is not a resort, its a small hotel and restaurant in an old building, the kind of concept I love

Incredible stay at this quaint property. The kind owner came out as we arrived and helped with luggage and parking. We were fortunate to have a room with a view of the Mosel River and the castle

The 703 next two stops are (a) Endertplatz - the Bus station, which is a 2 minute walk to Cochem Old Town area. (b) the second stop is Cochem Mosel (the Train Station). Every day, we took the 703, over the bridge

Although the property is on the quieter side of the river from the city centre, it’s just an easy few minutes walk. We would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return

I enjoy yogurt and granola and fruit (in one bowl) as part of my breakfast - they had all 3 and more. Fresh Coffee carafe at every table. The breakfast room is a nice cozy small family type eating area

We totally enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zehnthof. Sandor, part of the family who owns Hotel Zehnthof (and his wife) were amazing hosts. He carried our luggage up 3 flights of stairs

Hotels are expensive so the hotel is a good option on a budget (paid Euro 89 incl breakfast) Rooms are standard and the buffet breakfast basic but for the very central location and price was more than sufficient for a 1 night stay

Very clean and nice hotel. Excellent breakfast! Rooms on the backside where quite with only the sound of the river and the birds. Next time I would've parked my car in the parking garage down the street.
