The hotel exceed my expectations, it is very well organized, it has very clean rooms, sufficient parking and also has very helpful and polite personnel. The breakfast was also very good as it was super variated and tasty.

Can not recommend this establishment. Disorganized reception desk, chaotic organization. Refrain from giving them your credit card details - they will continue to charge it even months later. A hotel that shows where Germany is heading to. Disaster.

The hotel feels like a 5 stars accommodation. It is super new and clean. The breakfast is exquisite with fresh food and fruits.

I booked 4 nights. Yesterday my oldest son broke his foot at work. So, this morning I asked to leave 1 day earlyer as exception reason. The hotel manager said we have to follow the normal rules. I have to pay 80% or 156€ for the last night. Service and understanding 10/10 😊👍
