The hotel is clean , and the room is spacious. It is not extraordinary but everything is fine

Very clean and organised place.

Overall good experience, except that A/C is not available in all rooms and the room gets really hot during day. Other than that great breakfast options, nice location and friendly staff.

Everything is great. Internet seems to be not so stable.

Former Paprika Turm, was used as a dormitory for Hungarian workers. Center at short distance, parking available. I do recommend

Nice, modern and nicely furnished hotel. The room was big, clean and tastefully decorated. On the 10th floor we had a great view. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was also very good, everything you need was there. The price and quality are good, parking is 3 euros a day, we will be back.

Superb location of the hotel. Karl Marx monument is just 50m from it. When you book a room on 23rd floor you expect a great view, but unfortunately, it is ruined by a rather high and small window. However, breakfast is on 26th floor and if you are lucky enough to pick the table near window, you won’t be disappointed.

Comfortable accommodation close to work Stay here every time there is an event here. And I have advised my colleagues to stay as well.

I stayed in a single room. The room has even a sofa. Nice view. Really great value of money spent per night (about 53€) However, it was too warm during that night and I needed to open the window a little. The noises from clubs and pubs around there then got inside the room. Bed was too soft.

Amazing view over Chemnitz from 17th floor. I much enjoyed the stay in the remarkable hotel, knowing the building from my childhood days, it's always been a small dream to stay there. Breakfast in the Panorama restaurant in 26th floor was awesome, too. Thumbs up! I'll be back 👌😁

It was ok. Average breakfast. Room was nice. Nice view and location. To small parking place in the front of the hotel. Beware of birds - parking is under the trees.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Chemnitz, and is convenient for going everywhere. There is a bus stop at the door. The front desk has English translation and is welcoming. The room is clean. The bedding is comfortable.

The breakfast is good, I will come again next time!

Super friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at the reception. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the parking space allocation, so they waived the parking fee for me.

The rrestaurant offer very delicious food for dinner, the waiters very friendly and doing a very good job. The breakfast is really good and the start at 6.30am perfect for business travels.

The room is really very clean and beautiful. The entire hotel looks very high quality and tastefully decorated.

Very nice staff and nice rooms! Despite arriving very late, there were no complications. There was even a small gift. Breakfast is plentiful and good.

They are a 3star hotel. But the services they offer are most definitely 4star services,they have different themes restaurants aaand every week on Thursday italian night buffé,also brunch es and many more Also thematically designed rooms for one to 4 persons room :)

Good venue for a workshop! Good food good service!

Lovely little hotel a bit far from the city center. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Arrived a bit after the reception closed (19:30), but luckily the owner arrived in no time. Parking was free, breakfast wasn't.

Rooms small but ok. Clean and functional. Bathrooms very well-maintained. Parking in front of the house.

Hurry comfortable, the people inside are very warm; the weekend also will ask do you want to go, on the way can bring you; from the railway station and 10 minutes from the bus station is 5 minutes away; if it is in Hohenstein near to work, can stay here.

Good hotel! Good hotel. Very clean. They did not clean the room during the stay. And we had to ask for new towels. Which were provided. Nice hotel. Good location, and possibility of free parking directly in front of the hotel. The food was excellent. And the breakfast was high quality!

Great Stay Stay was amazing except the swimming pool was not open due to maintenance issues.Top floor Air-conditioning was not working only the bottom section of the room was.

Ok for 1 night Rooms outdated. Def need renovation! Public areas nice. So is breakfast. Prices in the hotel shop to high.

Thought I had walked in to the set of a 1980s film production. There are always pros and cons to a hotel so lets start with the pros: Just off the A4 and 10 minutes walk to a large shopping centre. Large car park which you have to pay for (Why?). Lift available Medium size room did have a bath tub which is unusual. Mini bar. Wi-fi was good. Breakfast was very good with a large buffet selection. Hotel Amber is situated in an industrial park and is mostly visited bij business people. It serves An outstanding breakfast but the rooms nead an upgrade.

Good hotel for business or pleasure. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is buffet style and restaurant has good evening menu. Recommended.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean.

Great value for money, good option in Chemnitz. You need a car to get anywhere from here, and at night there may not be sufficient parking available. But overall good stay!

staff are nice who let me do laundry, also they came to fix the outlet issue very quickly. In general, they are friendly.

Good service Very good place, good access from highways. Went for one night. But the day after we decided tondrive a bit more and to go there again.

Nice comfy hotel to crash few nights. Spend almost a week until I find a long term accommodation in Chemnitz. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and the friendly staff.

It was a nice and pleasant experience

Hotel doesn’t have AC and the church bells ring every 15 minutes for 5 minutes sometimes longer. Overall okay hotel but tough to sleep with open windows and extremely loud church bells in the early morning hours.

Lovely historic 1930s hotel, convenient central location, helpful staff. Our room had a view of the beautiful gothic church just behind the hotel.

We came for the MotoGP Race and enjoyed our time in the area. The hotel was at a great location for the race (easy train ride and walk to Sachsenring.) Hotel staff was friendly and helpful!

The hotel is located on the 5th & 6th floor of this centrally located building directly at the tram stop. Very convenient, quiet and modern. The breakfast was good and service super friendly.

The Biendo was perfectly placed for the conference I attended and most attractions in Chemnitz are a short walk away.

Pretty good Hotel from inside but very hard to locate parking, for those who stay here, Parking for the hotel is on first floor of Johannesplatz, Rooms are good. Breakfast has pretty nice collection of food choices. I would book again

Very nicely located in Chemnitz . Only stayed 1 night but wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms was lovely, with very nice bedding and nicely laid out. Bathrooms very clean with a towel warmer which was a nice touch. Hotel has an excellent restaurant which is worth a visit. Staff were very helpful and made sure we had a good stay. Claim to care for the environment but the filter of the bathroom extractor has probably not been cleaned since it was installed, should be done twice a year.

Great Family Bunk Bed Room The kids loved the bunk beds and plenty of room for 4 of us. Everything was clean and an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was plentiful and reasonably priced, the only negative was that there was no sausages at Breakfast, as advertised.

Best recommendations. Quiet location with good possibilities for biking - running walking. Breakfast was very good.

Fantastic hotel set in the hills the staff are both polite, professional and very friendly. The restaurant is also superb both evening meals and breakfast was perfect. The rooms have just been upgraded and very comfortable.

Nice place for having dinner or a party. The meals are good but maybe a bit expensive. The Forsthaus for sure is worth a visit.

We celebrated our wedding in this locality. Despite a rough start, as the planning is still in its infancy, we were at the end very satisfied. The staff was always friendly and engaged. The Buffet in the evening and at Breakfast was faultless. Our Suite was extremely spacious and clean. Conclusion: gladly again!!

We have on 26.09. our wedding at the forest house celebrated. Already in the preparation were very advise expertly and to our needs. The wedding was a dream. We had a all-Round carefree package. Our waitress was very attentive, accommodating and very polite. The rooms were excellent! All round, we can recommend the Forester's house in Grüna.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is around 20 km from Chemnitz. Easily accessible from the highway with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel rooms are clean and functional. The bed is very small - very unusual. I didn't think the kitchen was really good. The entrecot was a real disaster (size, Taste, quality), and the breakfast buffet wasn't good either. Overall, there are better places in Chemnitz

Beautiful grounds, huge wonderful room, great staff fantastic atmosphere. That sums it up.

This is the place where you wanna celebrate your wedding for sure. I would. Is so romantic and a special place. Close to the medieval castle. I love the garden and the open space available here. Architecture is also awesome, medieval style.

Great Place to relax, no Air-conditioning was the only down side

I have been staying at this wonderful hotel regularly since June 2024. The rooms are just great, the breakfast is top notch, the buffet is lovingly prepared and there is a great selection, everything you could wish for. There is also everything you need for a nice, relaxing vacation, especially if you want to do sports in the hotel's own facilities. I can highly recommend it and will come back again...

We ate here in the beer garden and it was delicious. Service is friendly. Location is currently under renovation, that's why one point less, because toilet use is only possible to a limited extent.

Nice location in Chemnitz to practise tennis, table tennis, bowling, ... all equipment can be rented there and no subscription are needed. The personal is also nice and helpful.
