Stayed for 5 nights in May had a lovely time blessed with great weather. Nice sized room good breakfast. Beautiful views all around with some very nice wines to be tried from all the vineyards around the area. Would definitely go again.

Host was really helpful answering lots of questions we had, for example where we could hire bikes etc. They were also super helpful in allowing us to arrive late at night.

We had a wonderful few days in a studio. Similar to a hotel room, no kitchen unit; pay attention when booking 😉 New, complete and clean! At the neighbours, hotel St Georg, you can eat delicious. 20mt behind the RömerStube is a bakery for breakfast or "café mit kuchen".

Nice service. Goulash soup very tasty, crazy salad something different, potato soup well. What wasn't so nice was that the waitress called after cars while the guest was ordering.

The Römerstube has been completely renovated and will be open to guests again from summer 2021. We offer 7 new apartments with kitchen for 2 or 4 people. With a beautiful view over the Moselle or the vineyard. A warm welcome!

I have been in my fair share of hotels during my life, but this hotel has been one of the finest I have ever been to. The rooms are perfect, nice modern bathrooms, good beds, and very clean. I stayed here with my parents on the way through. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean, tidy and modern.

Excellent fuss free hotel, the host were accommodating when we ask for late check in at 6pm and waited for us as we needed to use the parking garage. Super clean room. Beautiful scenery from the room and the rooms are equipped with almost everything you need. We were handed the gate key so that we can drive out the car anytime we want and the host even let us use the parking way pass check out time...

Wir hatten eine ganz schöne Zeit. The swimming pool was so nice with the wall decorations and bubblestream. The sauna as well. Very nice stay. Restaurant offers very good and local food. Breakfast is just fantastic and the staff is very helpful. The rooms were clean and cosy and we even had a terrace. There are facilities like sauna hammam and a swimming pool. It was lovely, especially the bar where you can stay during the evening and play some game with your friends on a table. The hotel is clean and nice with an attached restaurant, but there were quiet a few things which i didnt like. For some reason the blanket was small, which for a 6 footer was quiet problematic. The food had Dry vegetables in salads, breakfast choice was very limited, bad wifi connection, WiFi stopped connecting at 10 while the checkout was at 11. Overall not value for money.

Stayed 2 nights on a motorcycle road trip from the UK . This hotel is lovely ! Immaculately clean , well thought out , very quiet area , beautiful gardens , lovely breakfast ( fine for me as a vegan as well ) and in the most lovely setting , over looks the beautiful castle on the hill and vineyards at the back . We were there over the weekend and I can say that it was a very nice guesthouse. The room was very large and comfortably furnished, and very clean. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. And now, during the Corona period, breakfast was not offered in buffet form, but served on the table. A super good breakfast. We felt very well and will definitely come back again.

It's a family-style hotel with its own restaurant and lounge downstairs, and across from the cruise ship terminal and ticket office. When I came up to Cochem, I did not know before how excellent all the things should be in Brixiade and Triton hotels. Every day starts with a delicious breakfast. The dinners has also been super! Lots of choices and more than enough. The beautiful brand new wellness has been the cherry on the top of my four days stay. Thank you all members of the team!!
