Amazing view of Cochem from the room. Private balcony to stay up at night and sip the Cochem wine. Location alone makes it one of the best choices. Breakfast options were also good. Staff was very helpful. They allow you to leave your luggage with them after checkout. So you can explore the beautiful town hassle free.

Room not the stipulated 12m2, more like 14m2, plus the small shower/toilet. This time we were lucky: Without asking we got a room facing Mosel, with a terasse. Silent, in spite of traffic. A little problem was 20 steps from reception to our room. Service friendly and competent. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Cochem. Be prepared to pay if you want to park just outside. PS. In Germany now more and more hotels has followed the trend from France/Spain, and put moneysaving plasic covers on the mattrasses. Sweaty for me. Perhaps a Corona-issue?

Made reservation for 4 and our family dog. When we arrived the hotel had given our reserved room to someone else. So had to drive back 2.5 hrs back home and to find a pet sitter. When we asked the front desk person what happened to our reservation, the front desk person got aggressive. No customer service at all. They said they emailed us about the change of reservation but we never got an email. Wasted 5 hrs driving back home and back because they changed our reservation.

Was quite nice with a comfy seeming restaurant that has a small crowd well into 1 am. Also seemed to be the only place open at that time

A fantastic hotel with much better service than you can wish for.
We wanted the room with a large balcony and looks fantastic on the river mosel. They staff was very nice and gave us beautiful hiking trails pointed out that we could walk in it. The breakfast is super with many kinds of toppings and if you have something extra want then that is no problem. The rooms are also spacious enough. around the corner you walk directly into the centre. Ideal, especially for people with babies is the balcony ideal!
I recommend everyone to get the rooms with the largest balconies on the front.

Despite the nice location of the hotel makes this hotel very to be desired. We were there for three days with a group. Most members of this group had a tiny room at the back of the hotel overlooking a narrow alley and white buildings across the street. Despite the fact that they have no problems with a booking of assumptions for three adults per room turned out to be a disappointment. Upon arrival, this was a double room with a seat that was meant to serve as a bed.
The staff was understaffed and not very friendly. The breakfast was not replenished, from 7: 30 am, you could start with a breakfast and at 7.50 a.m. there were no croissants more. So We have never had a croissant eaten in this hotel. The evening meals were greasy and cheaply prepared. It was a big disappointment, especially since I made this trip to my mother a gift for her 75th birthday!

We stayed at the Hotel Noss in may. The rooms are very nice and clean. The Breakfast is very good. In the evening we ate in the Restaurant. Very friendly service staff, who can advise a good and extremely attentive. you should book in advance as the Restaurant is well attended. There is a tageskatuelles menu or just the menu. In any case, no sparrows port ion, you will be well fed.

Very well maintained Hotel.
Despite its size, the Hotel Noss looks cosy and personal.
The cleanliness in the whole Hotel (rooms, Restaurant and in the Bistro ) is very good. The guest structure is in the Bed "cross" from young to old, from low countries by the Russians, everything is represented.
The rooms are also very nice.
The equipment is good and Complete.
The rooms are clean and Quiet.
The Breakfast is super.

The Hotel is located in the best location in Cochem. Some of the rooms have a great view over the Moselle. The equipment of the rooms is exellent. Everything what you need.
The Service at the Breakfast buffet is great, good selection. All the staff are very friendly. The Restaurant is very recommendable, particularly the Burger was really delicious.
Overall, it has pleased us super.
