Good hotel. The room was nice and modern. Breakfast was ok but I expected something more. They didn't have olive oil in the kitchen. The restaurant was closed. 10 EUR - parking fee.

Built in 2020 the IBB is modern with beautiful rooms and common space. The bathrooms have heated floors which is a nice ammenity in the winter. My room was booked on a "Black Friday" special so the rate was excellent value but wouldn't represent normal pricing.

Hard to fault this hotel, great location with quiet room overlooking the town and river. Super facilities and the friendliness attentive staff. Car parking. Comfortable room with probably the best air-conditioning I ever encountered in a hotel, fantastic walk in shower, this is how all hotels should be. Breakfast was excellent.

We came onto this place by chance and we loved the view over Eichstätt and its castle from the sunny vantage point. Service at this well positioned wellness hotel was prompt and friendly. The food was plenty, well prepared and very tasty. We'd be sure to come back to this very comfortable and pleasant restaurant & hotel. Highly recommended!

On a lovely bike ride along the Altmühl we passed the Hirschenwirt in Eichstätt (district of Wasserzell). Franconian/Bavarian dishes are served. Vegans and vegetarians also get their money's worth. Our food was very good, the service very attentive and friendly, the beer garden invites you to linger. Lots of cyclists and Altmühl boaters visited. We'd love to come back again

Location is good, being right on the square, but Eichstaett is so small it's hard to not have a good location as everything is central. Wifi kept cutting in and out (but that seems to be a problem endemic to all of Europe). The shower was okay. The pillows and bed were standard European. Nice place to stay friendly staff with knowledge about English language wich is very good help.

Rooms are modern and nice size. Mattresses not very comfortable. No fridge nor tea coffee facitilties in the room. We paid 200 Euros a night for double room. Nothing around the hotel, so a car is a must have to get basics. They provide two water bottles in the room for 2.2 Euros each ( which are normally free in most of the hotels) The hotel is cosy overall but not worth it. Nice new thing to see...

We had booked a program as a family over the Pentecost holidays. Everything was super organized. The entire staff, including the hostel management, was without exception courteous, helpful and approachable. SIMPLY relaxed holiday, food freshly prepared and delicious.

Very clean youth hostel that is getting a bit old, the reception was very friendly. We had a 4 bed room on the 2nd floor, the beds were quite small and uncomfortable. Since there were only showers and toilets on the floor, the price of €112 seemed excessive to me. The breakfast was ok. We will no longer stay in youth hostels in the future.

The DJH in Eichstätt is on the outskirts of the city, in a quiet location. Walking distance to the center approx. 20 minutes. The house is clean and well run. Some single rooms are also available for older people and those traveling alone. A booking requires a valid DJH membership card, which can be purchased at the reception.

5 stars for this CENTURY. The staff is friendly, accommodating and flexible, the rooms were clean, the food good and healthy. We will come back!!

Families are welcome here. Very friendly staff with good advice regarding leisure activities, ect. The hostel itself makes from the outside already a great impression, and is located directly at the foot of the castle. Recommended.

The food is very good and inexpensive. Unfortunately the service was quite slow. The rooms are very spartan and in poor condition. Breakfast should be served from 6:30 a.m. In 6 days there were almost 4 times with delays and 2 times not at all. Since I use this hotel for work, such delays are not acceptable.

We stayed at this hotel one night on our way south in europe with family and two dogs. I only have positive to say about the hotel, nice newly renovated rooms, nice spa/pool and a lovely garden to have breakfast and dinner at if the weather admits. The only thing to think about is to ask for a room not facing the church if you are easily disturb as the church bells rang during the night.

The room is quite comfortable and exeptionally big. Breakfast buffet is not Bad but no big surprise. The Hotel offers a big relaxing zone including massages, a 'natural' outdoor pool and Sauna. E-Bikes are available to the custers (with the Kind of landscape normal bikes wouldn't do). The Restaurant is pretty good serving local cuisine.

We stayed in the second building named the Witches House (never bothered to ask why because we loved it). The room was absolutely wonderful....king size bed, ornamental woodburner/fireplace, extra cot/couch and a bathroom up stairs in a separate alcove. We loved it! Where there for an 70s Birthday, the Chef brought us our drinks by hisself. The atmosphere was cosy and typical bavarian. The food was fresh and really delicious.

The rooms are fine and the breakfast was good as well. And maybe three stars isn't being fair but the hotel was closed until check-in at 5 pm which gave us about 2 hours of wandering through an empty town. Again, this is partly on us for arriving early, but it kind of put a damper on things.

Yesterday we spontaneously went to the Gasthaus Oberer Wirt after being in the area and reading the many exceptionally good reviews and we can only agree. The food and service were fantastic! Altstadst Hotel Ingolstadt is located at the good location in Ingolstadt town, walking distance to the heart of Ingolstadt. It has two buildings, which is right across the street to each other, the staffs here are very friendly, gives you the feeling like staying at home. Room is clean and neat, while space is economy.
