The personnel in the bar are excellent. The lead bartender - cannot remember his name (maybe Hemet) - made sure that I got Table #1 for dinner with my wife's cousin, whom I had not seen in 45 years

Check-in was 1.5 hours late, completely unacceptable. It's a real shame since many other things are good, but a hotel is about service and such tardiness isn't such.

Good location, near a lot of restaurants. I stayed in a single room and it was big. Old fashion room but clean and new. Bathroom was big and with good ammenities. I would stay again.

This hotel is very convenience location. This hotel is 10 minutes walking from Eisenach main station. From this hotel, guests can visit Eisenach city centre. A room in this hotel is so clean and convenient

The room size was ok, but the room was having old fittings and was kept very cold when arrived. Bathroom was very small. Did not use the dining but options looked good.

4 star? It is a nice and old hotel seems got the stars in 1980... No problem at all but really oldies. Welcome in NDK. But really clean, good restaurant, nice breakfast, but nowadays it seems only 3 star hotel.

Nice place and good location. I have been a regular guest for 8 years now, and will keep comming. WIFI could be a LOT better though.

Compared to the modern air conditioning miles better and the windows open! Bathroom very clean. Only thing that was missing was a kettle. Breakfast I didn't see any toast but the selection got everything else was huge

Convenient location to downtown, the marketplace, and the train station. Almost right across from the city park where you can take a quiet stroll. The room price was a bit higher than I would have liked

The building is very old in style and Arcitecture the reception feels very welcoming lots of information and things to look at. Receptionist spoke English too and was very friendly

A decent typical German hotel. Views are nice. Parking is free, but can be hard to get if it's super busy. It's can be difficult to communicate here if you only speak English.

The location is amazing, easy to reach from the A4. We stayed on the 4th floor and woke up to the most amazing views.

This is such an awesome hotel situated so near Wartburg! The city center is walking distance itself, if you don't mind going up and down steep hills. The service is impeccable and breakfast provided is a good spread

This is a super cute b&b with modern and clean furnishings. The staff were very accommodating for my father and gave him a room on the main floor because he was not able to climb the stairs to his room on the third floor

The breakfast was very nice with a nice selection of bread, spreads and deli. WiFi was fast and minibar was included! Get room 44! It has a lovely terrace and is very comfortable :)

The view toward Wartburg castle overwhelming! Summary: The perfect place! Before the Corona shutdown: One week ago: Food was excellent, service pretty mediocre and not very friendly, room overheated! We were offered a really dangerous small table while the room was almost empty!

Went there for a wedding. The food and service were excellent. The location is amazingly located. WiFi coverage is also very good. The rooms are not oversized but comfortable and very clean.

Very delicious food with an awesome view to Wartburg castle and Burschenschaft monument. Specially for sunny days a nice spot to sit outside at the terrace. Medium to high price category.

Die Pension liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Eisenach (also nicht an einer Durchgangsstraße), aber man kommt trotzdem bequem zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und kann auch die Wartburg gut zu Fuß erreichen

Es gibt zwar keine (Mini-) Bar im herkömmlichen Sinn, aber man darf sich am Kühlschrank bedienen (Wein, Bier, Sekt, Chips. ) und trägt sich einfach in eine Liste ein

Das Frühstück bietet frische Brötchen und in der Vorweihnachtszeit auch Stollen (nette Überraschung). Dazu gab es angenehme Wärme durch einen Holzofen
