The room is large, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. I recommend staying here if you come to Wartburg. The surrounding environment is good, there are many restaurants, and it is very convenient. recommend!

The other things are fine, but the strange thing is: I live in a room on the first floor, my phone has no signal at all, and I can't connect to the hotel's wifi, but I can connect to it in the lobby. The service attitude at the front desk is relatively indifferent and can't help solve any problems

5 hours walk from Eisenach station. There is a small gate at the entrance of the city, and after passing through it, there is a small square and a bronze statue of Luther. behind it. It is a hotel where you can feel the history. Breakfast was satisfying too❗

As in all Penta hotels we visited, excellent mattresses, clean rooms, nice young staff. Breakfast is very good, very varied... overall good👌 The only downside is far from the center. We couldn't get out of the car. But still stars... because the hotel is good👌👆🤣

I can only speak for the guest management - my husband was staying here recently and it was his birthday so I called and they prepared a lovely surprise in his room for me and even sent me photos of it by email! Thank you to the team for going above and beyond normal customer service!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The receptionist took the extra time to carry my luggage to my room. Die Pension liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Eisenach (also nicht an einer Durchgangsstraße), aber man kommt trotzdem bequem zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und kann auch die Wartburg gut zu Fuß erreichen. Awesome Experience! The Food was Great. (30.9.2021) The Service ..Not so good. We and fellow patrons..were "never" checked on during or meal. We had to Finially "Stand Up ! (Embarrassing) to get Attention of the wait staff.. Specifically the two males .."Not" in Uniform. Wait staff were found to be "always" directly out front of the hotel.. smoking ..leaving many dining patrons frustrated ! We hope...

I was twice in the restaurant before coming in the hotel. The restaurant was famous. Now it is Covid time and thanks to be open. Rooms are fine. And they where making the restaurant for people of hotel. Thanks, it is not easy. People are pleasant and you are welcome. I hope the best for the restaurant and the hotel in this difficult period. Found this by chance on the internet,If you are arriving by train you'd be best advised to get a taxi(if you have a serious amount of luggage). I booked a room with King bed and in the request I asked for a room in a high level. I was given a room with two single beds and in the first floor directly on the main street. The toilet was not clean.

I had a very great stay! Really couldn't fault anything. It's not super modern, but that's a matter of taste. Very clean! Is located in a side street. We had unfortunately the bad luck that during our stay the road was rehabilitated. Otherwise the rooms are probably quiet. The Hotel is functionally furnished and you can reach all the shops within a few minutes walk in the centre of the city.

we stayed in the "Landhaus" part of the hotel and loved every minute of our stay here and regret a little bit that we did not stay longer. The hotel and the room was lovely decorated, it was warm, very cosy. We slept really really well. It was quiet despite the street close by. We anjoyed a lovely dinner and a wonderful breakfast. In general, the stay was successful. The staff speaks little English. There was one incident at a children's attraction. The animator couldn't take control. Parents and grandparents took over and as a result my children were made to cry three times. It was sad.
