We visited the restaurant only and didn’t feel particularly welcome. The waiter was rather patronizing and somewhat cold. Food and drinks were pretty alright. No credit card payment. Wouldn’t visit a second time.

Beautiful view from the outside tables under the old linde tree. Signature rotisserie chicken are a must but everything is yummy.

Very beautiful location, friendly staff, wonderful views and large rooms. Internet service is also very good. Would recommend to anyone traveling to that area.

We were guests in the restaurant. The food was excellent. All dishes were freshly prepared and were spot on: vegetables, steak, fish, salad, schnitzel ... totally delicious. More is not possible! very good food, great selection, ample portions. we were with 11 people, everyone was very satisfied. If a lot is going on, you have to have a little patience, the controls are very nice.

What a great restaurant. Lovely Allgäu ambience and prompt friendly service. My steak was cooked to perfection. Our 4 year old had a great time playing in the pirate ship out the back after dinner and we enjoyed looking at the herbs and vegetables and getting ideas for our allotment garden. Highly recommended. Make a reservation just case.

Der Magnushof liegt sehr idyllisch im Allgäu. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr großzügig. Für unsere Fahrräder war auch genügend Platz in den neu erbauten Fahrradhäusern. Der Check-in ist einfach und selbstständig durchzuführen. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Die Gastgeber/Angestellte waren jederzeit zu erreichen. Were on the weekend with the E bike and passed the Magnushof, it looked good. In the middle of the upcoming 4th Corona wave 🌊 we took a very relaxing short vacation here. A nice hotel with very reasonable prices and motivated staff. The food in ¾ Pension was very good 👍 The room was large and with a beautiful view. The fact that the bathtub under the sloping roof was not suitable for standing shower could be tolerated due to the large swimming pool and sauna 😄

I would love to give a 5 star review as the hotel was beautiful, location was breathtaking, and breakfast buffet / dinner also of extremely high quality. Sadly there are some employees here, specifically the younger blonde woman at the front desk, who simply should not be working in the hospitality business.

Had a very nice stay with my daughter, very friendly ladies of reception and the restaurant. The food was good and the rooms are very comfortable, with view on a meadow with cows. During our stay we got a tourist card to take part of several local activities, like rafting, biking etc. Overall, a very pleasant stay, so we plan another holiday in this hotel during Xmas.

Courteous service with beautiful window views. Situated right besides the Steinach train station it is the easiest accomodation in Pfronten. Resourceful dining area and meticulously decorated place. Clean and well maintained rooms and common area, Wifi, hot water, Hassle-free entry. Gave me a Pfronten Stadt card to travel in trains and buses of the area, very useful. Room have amazing view, though the size is bit small. Rooms are clean and have sufficient furniture. The service provided by the people of this hotel is amazing.

The service was fast, friendly, and had like a sense of Humor I have (arrives but maybe for all the guests). From the terrace I had a beautiful view of the mountains and took the proposed dish of the day beef goulash. Taste, class, and price is absolutely OK. It might have been still stewing a bit longer, but this is the only small point of criticism I have.

Typical Bavarian restaurant with a nice beer garden. However, the house does not seem very inviting to us at first glance from the outside. You should not be fooled by that. The menu offers a large selection of regional and international dishes (Balkan cuisine). The food was nicely presented, large portions at reasonable prices. Tastes great, fresh and delicious.

Pretty place in Allgäu style, rooms with balcony. Very friendly and helpful personal. Breakfast with local fresh quality products. Only negative is the missing shades on the windows so rooms cannot be made dark for late morning sleep.

Great place to stay! Family business at its best. Extremely friendly and nice staff and we had a cozy & big room. When you step outside you have a breathtaking full view onto the nearby mountains. Rooms of rather low standard, all parking spots occupied, friendly personnel

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The young man was nice when we got there around 2:30am and let us in. The hotel is not far from Neuschwanstein Castle.

We had a wonderful weekend. The Hotel has a great location and enough Parking. The rooms are completely sufficient. It is important that the Hotel is in family hand, what strikes one everywhere positive. The food there is also top-of-the einfch. We will come back.

Popular destination. There is a lot for children to discover. Value for money not ideal. I had the deer goulash for just under 20 euros with 5 pieces of meat and a little spaetzle and lots of sauce. So I later treated myself to a pizza at the olive farmer.
