The staff were good, helpful and friendly. Location is the best with river Lech and few minutes walk to old city and Lech water fall. Love this place, stayed here for four nights have a magical view of the river and mountains. Staff really good too. Only thing is that the hotel dosent have a restaurant but old town is very near.

Rooms neat and tidy but very outdated, mainly caters to Asian tourists who are loud and rude. Easy walk to the town centre, quiet location on the river.

Economic hotel. They are also doing business with a Japanese travel agency so at breakfast it can be somewhat crowded. There can even be a lack of free tables at breakfast and still they work with reserved tables for some guests using space. Parking place (garage) was good.

This is our second 2 nights stay. We choose it mainly because of the location. This is a very nice hotel situated, conveniently close to the Altstadt of Füssen. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing, and the breakfast buffet was great. We had a great stay at this hotel! It's super cute, and the location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the main downtown area. I killed two silverfish in my unit upon arrival. There is no air con, there is just an air cooling system which may or may not work. The water drainage in my shower took a long time to drain, so the tiles in the whole washroom ended up being wet. Fortunately, it dried overnight. The set dinner was better than I expected with generous portions.

Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. But please note that there's no air-condition (even fan function) when outside temperature is under 20 degrees. I was told that I have to open the window if I need fresh air. So I opened the window and heard cars passing by the street all night long.

Beautiful hotel with great service. The breakfast buffet has a chocolate fountain and champagne! The variety is more like a cruise ship breakfast. My room is large, comfortable and the A/C works like magic. I slept well. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants since it’s centrally located in the town. We loved staying at the Schlosskrone. It's luxurious but in a nice low key way. The rooms were very nice with wooden decor and baths and balconies, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfasts were amazing and in an atmospheric dining room. Our family has a really great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it. It's the only one that we've stayed at that had a mini fridge to keep our beverages cold. The beds are very comfortable and after two nights of sleeping on them, the backache I had for the previous week was gone. The room was large by European standards and very clean. We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the shift work, and we found the dinners there to be rather uncomfortable feedings.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the town center and train station. I just walked it as the weather was nice but taking the bus or a taxi would be sensible in bad weather or if you have a lot of luggage. Nice dinner and breakfast. AC would have been nice as it got warm in the afternoon but not necessary.

They had nothing against mosquitos and insects and didn't bother to solve your problems. Some waitresses were really not so friendly. This is a beautiful hotel tucked away behind the city. Speaking with the hotel staff that easily spoke English they explained the incredible history of the hotel. When I came down for breakfast in the morning they had a table set and reserved for me. This was a wonderful experience.
