Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn

Love this place. Would easily go back for a nice comfortable stay. A little bit of a walk to the train station but it wasn't terrible. Front desk young guy, I forgot your name, but just want to say that you were amazing. Would revisit just to see you and thank you.

We stayed here for a week and during our stay, Adrian L made us feel very comfortable. He addressed everything and would talk to us when we came ba k and check up on us. Breakfast is amazing! They have everything!

My new favorite hotel when I'm in town on business.

Five stars for location because it's right next door to my office, but you may feel differently if you're looking for something close to downtown :)

They only serve breakfast though - no lunch or dinner - so be prepared to either have something delivered or go and find something, with limited options on Sundays.

Good hotel close to the centre of Eschborn. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

I recently stayed here with my two cats as a way to take a break from being stuck in the apartment for so long. Firstly the staff and the facilities themselves were outstanding. They truly are a pet friendly hotel and we’re very accommodating to my two kitties! The rooms were quiet and the surrounding area did provide me with my much needed reprieve from the day to day. I will definitely be staying here moving forward when we need to do work within four home. I highly recommend coming here if you are new to Frankfurt as well, because they are close to many stores and cafes. Plus it provides easy access to downtown since the train and tram run nearby. Also if you tend to travel with your pets they are by far the best I’ve come across so far! They truly are super welcoming and it was nice to have access to the front desk, convenience store and unlimited coffee and hot chocolate 24/6. The breakfast were included and the scrambled eggs and yogurts were one of the tastiest I’ve had in any hotel stay I’ve had over the years! Also the rooms were larger than expected and the suites come with a stove, small refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and cookware as well as cutlery and plates. Definitely don’t hesitate booking here if you are in the fence because this hotel has met and exceeded all of my expectations!

We only stayed here one night before leaving from the Frankfurt airport and my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

We stayed in a large room with kind bed and sofa pull out. Room was huge (in comparison to other hotels we stayed on our trip), beds were comfortable, breakfast was included, parking was easy, and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Will definitely stay here again.

What an absolutely fabulous stay! From the moment we arrived, they kindly recognized my Hyatt status with an upgraded room and fruit plate. The agents at the front desk were very helpful describing breakfast and the 24 hour tea and coffee station. They also gave us two giant glasses of ice cubes.

Parking was free and easy.

The room is spacious, well designed, and comfortable. Beds and pillows are soft but still offer support making both me and my husband happy.

We were in the middle of a heat wave advisory, but the air conditioning worked very well.

Breakfast has a good offering including several options for vegetarians. The people keeping the breakfast station stocked were working very hard and quickly.

Don't hesitate to stay here.

Nice business hotel. Rooms are good and service as well. But needs more attention to cleaning. I hope they add a bidet to the toilets.
