The location is a bit remote, but there are several supermarkets around 1 km, shopping and eating are quite convenient. The room is quite standard, there is no toothbrush or toothbrush, and you need to bring your own slippers. A very nice hotel, with very friendly reception staff. Many extra services, such as slippers and shoe polish. The location is ideal, close to the S-Bahn (suburban train station), and parking is easy to find. The room is tastefully furnished, with great colors and style, a comfortable bed, and very clean. It has a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. Excellent! We'd be happy to come back!

There was a worker named Emerita, has to get a raise!! She was soooo friendly although we were a huge group of people and solved all of our problems with no complications while being so refreshing and kind!! I asked her also almost midnight if she had super glue for my nail and she went to bring me some of her personal nails glue with also a mini nail filer!! 🥺🫶🏼

Clean but spartanic rooms, quiet area but thin walls. No drawers, no closets, very basic. Breakfast was on the very low end, hardly a place to sit, no fruit (except apples) and very limited choice. Would expect a lot more for that price. Not coming back.

Hotel that would interest millenial and genz's, but my sister and I enjoyed it all the same. Noisy boulevard close to hotel. Light supper was so-so. My sister had a basil,lemon, gin which was very yummy.

Location is close to the airport, a bit far from the city, but there is a bus stop nearby. Staff was kind and breakfast was good - dinner not so much, but it was ok. They have a bathroom with a shower on the second floor, which is very convenient if you want to check out in the morning, leave your luggage and come back for it later.

Easy to find right off the autobahn, in a quiet (business) area. Lidl and small shopping center nearby. Very kind staff, helpful and easy going. We opted for a late meal: pinsa, amazing! Room was sizable and clean, slightly outdated/chipped furniture- superb air-conditioning! Cold bathroom tiles, but an overhead heated lamp that's timed up to 15min at a time. Rooms were tired and quite worn but did have a coffee machine. Very limited staff on duty. The desk clerk also served meals in the restaurant and worked behind the bar. We found the hotel to be impeccably clean with comfortable beds. What truly impressed us, however, was the staff's exceptional approach. Even though we arrived just as the bar was closing, the bar staff and the receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we could still get a drink after our long drive .

The location of the hotel is in a business park so good fir business travellers more though other people also can stay. The breakfast is not very good. Fruits were soggy. Rooms are very good with very good bathroom facilities. Free tea coffee and croissants in the evening was a nice touch. I recommend this hotel.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms have a nice Nespresso coffee machine and good quality tea. You can also get a free coffee at the reception 24/7. The free breakfast is very good too.

Good hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Only thing I can out my finger on were the extremely high bed. I’m 164 cm and almost had to jump to get in bed. My tall husband found it hilarious.

This hotel is very nicely decorated, modern and not overly busy. It is easy to get to. It is also very clean. The staff are nice. We can only recommend it.

So far satisfactory, but unfortunately there were bed bugs in room no. 217. After getting up on the morning of May 1st, I had 5 bites on my left upper arm. Because of this, I had to disinfect all the clothes and objects I had in the room. I hope I didn't bring anything home. Best regards Manfred Klittich

3 minutes waking to the S Bohn station and takes around 15 minutes to Frankfurt HBf, There is a REWE supermarket nearby, 5 minutes walk, No water/drink or refrigerator in room, have to prepare by yourself. Check-in counter is only till 10pm, no room service. It's better to have breakfast in supermarket than in Hotel.

Basic B&B hotel with basic amenities but the service at this hotel's definitely much better than B & B Nurenburg

Was here with my family. The spring roll is specifically recommended by my father-in-law. Turns out it is really nice! A little bit spicy but the sauce is amazing. The apple drink is a hit!

Perfect location from our office

I came with my wife, and we booked the room through trip.com. The room selection said there was a double bed, but the hotel staff refused to give it to us because they didn't have that room, which was very upsetting. Either they lied, or trip.com provided the wrong information... everything else was great.

It was nice. View was nice, room was spacious and a lot of colors inside.

Hotel is located is a really nice business area of town. Building is new and everything you need is located within a 10 minute drive. The rooms were somewhat disappointing as the have few amenities ant the queen bed is just two tiny beds squished together. Staff was very friendly and helpful though. Would definitely recommend this location if you can do without fridge and microwave.

I don’t know the hotel without toilet and bathroom. And the bathroom was so open. We can see each naked in bathroom. Luckily. Am not go with a girl friend. I don’t think it shown in booking. Believe trip .com should made a serious announcement on that.

Check-in possible at any time via automatic check-in From everything written on the website, especially the reception opening hours, I couldn't tell that the hotel has a self-check-in. While the self-check-in isn't data protection-friendly, it's very readable and easy to understand.

Nice, clean and quiet place to stay just outside the city. Handy to the s-bahn for travelling to the city as well and plenty of parking. Super easy automated kiosk checkin. Highly recommended!

It was very quiet and calm, and the inside of the hotel was clean and nice! Also, the room was spacious and it was a great hotel to stay alone.
