If the price is low, it’s acceptable—but considering it’s an Accor Mercure, I was expecting better room conditions.
There were visible stains and scratches throughout, which gave a worn-out impression.
That said, I have no major complaints beyond that. The staff were friendly, the air conditioning worked well, the rooms were quiet, and the location was convenient.
However, if you're particular about cleanliness, be prepared for some unpleasant surprises.
This may not be entirely the fault of housekeeping or maintenance, but both teams could definitely step up their game—assuming management isn’t cutting corners in those departments.

Easy to find right off the autobahn, in a quiet (business) area. Lidl and small shopping center nearby.
Very kind staff, helpful and easy going. We opted for a late meal: pinsa, amazing!
Room was sizable and clean, slightly outdated/chipped furniture- superb air-conditioning! Cold bathroom tiles, but an overhead heated lamp that's timed up to 15min at a time. Nice water pressure in the shower, too. The hallways are spacious, and the surrounding area (apart from being in a business district) are corn fields.
Breakfast had a nice assortment of bread/rolls, cold cuts and hot breakfast items. Juices, teas, and a coffee machine, too. One couple came to collect breakfast in takeaway trays, so that's an option, too. Breakfast was said to close at 10, but at 950 the kitchen staff was replacing fried potatoes - nice to see there's food available to full time breakfast is open.
We like to stay until checkout, which is 12, and went for a quiet walk right after breakfast. Being in a business district there isn't much "touristy" stuff, but there's a café down the street. We could also see lidl behind the hotel.

Rooms were tired and quite worn but did have a coffee machine. Very limited staff on duty. The desk clerk also served meals in the restaurant and worked behind the bar. Meals were not of a good quality. Buffet breakfast was ok though. The hotel feels out of the way but there is a train station about a 10 minute walk away. If you’re on a limited budget this hotel would suffice but I’d prefer to pay a bit more for something nicer.

The hotel claims to be of 4 star but having amenities of 2 star. Small room, Worn out furnitures, no electric kettle, refrigerator does not make a room 4 star. Not recommended.

We found the hotel to be impeccably clean with comfortable beds. What truly impressed us, however, was the staff's exceptional approach. Even though we arrived just as the bar was closing, the bar staff and the receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we could still get a drink after our long drive .

Location is great for the convention Center. Short walk over to the street car and then a couple minutes to the convention Center (Frankfurt Messe). The personell is lovely. The rooms are clean and good, even though a bit small.

This hotel is in a great location. Not far from the highway to Frankfurt and close to a business park with DM, Aldi, Lidl and other shops. You can go for jogging around the hotel or for a nice Thai dinner in a walking distance. The staff is nice and attentive in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but not too rich. The rooms are small but well equipped. The bathroom is nice as well. Free Wifi at a good speed is available and several programs on TV. The bar/restaurant looks also nice. The offer a wide range of dishes. It is not a 5 star hotel, but for this low price it is worth to stay here. What I missed was a fridge or minibar and a fitness room or swimming pool in the hotel. Parking spaces are available in a garage direkt next to the hotel and in front of the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room had major heating issues—it was too hot when I arrived, and even after switching off the heating, it remained uncomfortably warm. It felt like the temperature was completely out of my control.
Additionally, despite booking as a single guest, the room was set up with two single beds instead of a double. To make things worse, there were two single duvets instead of one proper double duvet, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
Overall, the room setup and temperature issues made for an unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

“Basic” is the correct word to describe this hotel. Although the rooms are clean, as they should be, they should get an upgrade and be renovated, especially the bathroom which is small and outdated. Personnel was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and the waiting time is a bit too much.

The room was dirty, not prepared for 2 even though it was booked for 2. We mentioned it, but it wasn’t cleaned correctly. Next day we wait 10 mn to see a guy at the reception. On day 3 the coffee cups in the room were not cleaned ! And we found a dirty tissue just below the mattress…
