The place is cozy. Courteous staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Yummy. Paid parking, 17 € per day. The hotel has a Terme. They have three swimming pools. Also all the amenities for people with disabilities. Our room was standard, clean and very stylish, plus a nice smell. Exit from the room to the baths along the corridor and then by elevator. Free bathrobes. The Hotel has 4 stars. Comparing with others in Europe. They are worth these stars. The hotel has a park. We were in January. I think summer is even more chic. But we were able to walk. There are beautiful views around. The hotel has a river, many bridges and is calm. And in the center it is lively, there are many bars and restaurants. Everything is available. Suitable for both families and couples and newlyweds.

Beautiful from the outside, very old fashioned inside. The view from the room was of a wall, and it was extremely hot in there. The hotel gave us a fan from the 70s which didn't work.

Brown water in shower and sink. Disgusting. Service terrible. Did not even get the water bottles with clean water I asked for, and was promised, for my baby.

Horrible rooms and ambients. No more again. You can find dirt and disfuncional things everywhere around. Breakfast was ok.

The room was ok and breakfast good. I was here in work so i did not enjoy services such as massages or spa. Internet was really bad and rooms do not have AC.

Do you like the eighties experience? Then this is for you the place to be! Always wanted to have the most happy staff there is? Sure, go to this amazing place. You like a soggy, dirty coach in your room? Bed that is the size for a small child? Curtains that give you the impression your still standing outside? What can I say, I rather stay in a renovated, well maintained and serviced by decent staff hotel.

I had been to this hotel two times. 1st time was before pademic and 2nd was during pademic. It was very nice to spend my time there in particulary after busy day, due to my business trip. The room was very clean. Preventive cov19 measure has been implementing, you can se everywhere sanitizer, no mater where you go in the public room. Public toilete is also.very clean. If you go to the.breakfast room pls dont be suprised if tha staff ask you politely to wear handglove , just for preventive action againts cov19. I would say, it should be like this. In addition the stafs serving in breakfast room are very friendly. Btw using mask along the public room/ floor is mandatory. Pls dont forget to bring your mask.

Nice enough place. The rooms are a bit old but it's not expensive. The hotel staff are nice.
