Great staff. Friendly and accommodating. Nice bar and restaurant. Food a bit on the pricey side but is amazing all the time. Breakfast is well worth it too. Rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. Very luxurious.

Maximum score from us!! A pleasant experience. A very welcoming staff, the room gives you a sense of luxury and has everything you desire. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath, separate wardrobe and toilet. Everything very clean, so it is no problem to stay in hotel in these Covid times! Breakfast is a dream, enjoy delicious dinner and breakfast here. Repeat for sure👍😄

No AC means the rooms are warm when it’s warm outside. Heated bathroom floors are awesome, but not when it’s hot outside. Mostly it’s annoying that none of the rooms have outlets or USB chargers near the bed. The hotel is very clean though and has a really good restaurant and suitable gym. Location is also convenient across the street from a train station.

This is a good business hotel at a good location, but no electric outlets in the rooms. Needed to unplug a lamp to charge the phone, tablet, tooth brush. If you don't have a multi plug, you are running out of lamps very quick.

The hotel's decoration might not be everyone's taste but is an amazing piece of art. The level of detail is beyond the usual. On top of the great rooms and location, the Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Loved it!

The staff was great, check-in was a breeze, family owned business got a chance to meet the son and his girlfriend. They were both a delite, also gave me and my friends great recommendation. 5 min drive to downtown with plenty shops and restaurant. Quirky hotel. Feels like a ripley's hotel.

A very nice place with fancy interiors. Outstanding service. Only lack of the swimming pool makes it not a five stars hotel.

Our last trip to Design hotel was splendid! We stayed two days there and it was amazing! The room itself was clean and tidy, the only think is that the pillows are really soft, but if you ask the stuff they are more than happy to give you harder. The breakfast was amazing! The atmosphere, the plenty of food from a different variety is just amazing . The stuff there are friendly and helpful, smiling...

If you are looking for a fancy and modern 4-Star hotel, this is not the place for you. Artistic rooms full of paintings and many designs which was different to me and I liked it. However, in terms of amenities and cleanliness it is 4 star. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is closer to the Euskirchen city center. They have a sauna, a gym and a laundry service.

Hotel is very central located, close to the railway station. Nice and clean room. I'd arrived very late to the hotel, however the host answered on the phone straight away and came to open me a door and check me in. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night. All was perfect, I certainly will stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Sorry again for a very late arrival and thanks...

I have stayed here many timed over the past 4 years. I can highly recommend this hotel. Extremely welcoming, really really clean, unbelievable staff, great breakfast, I'd give it 12 out of 10 if possible. I've already booked for 2 other stays as I write. We came here for the nearby therma, this hotel is a great plce for a short stay. The rooms are indeed a bit old fashioned and the bathroom is tiny, but for this price and a small town like this, I don't think it's fair to complain. Everywhere is pretty clean and cozy, staff are very friendly. Breakfast is much nicer than we expected, many options to choose with fresh fruits. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean rooms. TV inside, nice hot water for the shower, and the restaurant was amazing for the food. We ordered two times because the first meal was so nice.

Modern hotel rooms with squeaky clean and new bathrooms. Excellent breakfast and good location, friendly staff too. Would recommend this hotel for people looking to stay overnight for the Thermal bath & Spa. Much better value for money than the "officially" associated Parkhotel.

nice hotel. good Argentinian restauran. Restaurant is seperate from hotel so have to pay seperatley, and can not put to the room. My room was very nice and clean, but on the road side so from 6:00 there is traffic.

Good Hotel near the city center.New big decorated room with great beds and mattresses.Big size bathroom with Grohe type showers.All the amenities in place. Hotel parking without charge and Wi Fi. Friendly and professional staff, competitive rates. It is a very good choice to stay if you are in the area.

Excellent food. I ate a meal with geese meat and it was good. The interior of the restaurant is very appealing.

Very nice dinner for a very good price. Quality of the steak was excellent and the service was pleasant and courteous. Really one of the nicest restaurants in the area. It pays off to reserve seats!

Standard facility. Unfortunately a bit old. Water stains on the wall and cheap plastic roses as decoration. Acceptable for business travel. Room otherwise clean.

Because of the wedding of our son the hotel did everything well but we only stayed there room really nice breakfast great staff great we'll be back

Nice, small hotel with only a few rooms. Super nice privately run. Clean and orderly. With breakfast and dinner. Delicious! From here beautiful tours on foot and by horse.

Very friendly welcome, double rooms have their own toilet, some a little larger with a sink, some have the sink in the room. The mattresses are comfortable and not saggy. The cleanliness is average, you can see stamens/cobwebs here and there. Breakfast is rich and pleasant with panoramic views over the countryside.
