Very nice hotel! Nice big rooms with luxurious big bathroom. Situated near the center of Euskirchen, right opposite the train station, from where you can easily get to Cologne and Bonn.

Excellent hotel for business trips. The room was well equipped, of a high standard and beautifully cleaned. The hotel restaurant offered fine dining at a reasonable price. The breakfast was plentiful (buffet) and of good quality. The staff were friendly and competent. I would stay here again at any time.

The staff was great, check-in was a breeze, family owned business got a chance to meet the son and his girlfriend. They were both a delite, also gave me and my friends great recommendation. 5 min drive to downtown with plenty shops and restaurant. Quirky hotel. Feels like a ripley's hotel.

Our last trip to Design hotel was splendid! We stayed two days there and it was amazing! The room itself was clean and tidy, the only think is that the pillows are really soft, but if you ask the stuff they are more than happy to give you harder. The breakfast was amazing! If you are looking for a fancy and modern 4-Star hotel, this is not the place for you. Artistic rooms full of paintings and many designs which was different to me and I liked it. However, in terms of amenities and cleanliness it is 4 star. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is closer to the Euskirchen city center. They have a sauna, a gym and a laundry service.

Hotel is very central located, close to the railway station. Nice and clean room. I'd arrived very late to the hotel, however the host answered on the phone straight away and came to open me a door and check me in. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night. I have stayed here many timed over the past 4 years. I can highly recommend this hotel. Extremely welcoming, really really clean, unbelievable staff, great breakfast, I'd give it 12 out of 10 if possible. I've already booked for 2 other stays as I write. We came here for the nearby therma, this hotel is a great plce for a short stay. The rooms are indeed a bit old fashioned and the bathroom is tiny, but for this price and a small town like this, I don't think it's fair to complain. Everywhere is pretty clean and cozy, staff are very friendly. Breakfast is much nicer than we expected, many options to choose with fresh fruits. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice owners and very friendly, a trip is worth it to switch off. Unfortunately, Bad Münstereifel was badly affected by the flood, but the people there still need any support. I wish this place that it will feel better again quickly.

Very friendly, courteous and attentive hosts, clean rooms and a rich breakfast. We also used the pool and sauna extensively. We didn't lack anything, we were able to leave our everyday lives behind and came home relaxed and satisfied. We would love to come back again!

FC lost to BMG, but the restaurant can't do that. Was there as a tourist and found the location very comfortable. It's probably more of a local meeting point, but if you're nearby, you can have a cold drink with a clear conscience. Beer garden available. Didn't eat any warm food, so no idea what the kitchen is like.

This is a few minutes from Mechernich but gives a quaint small village feel. Each room has a shower and bathroom. The gasthaus has meals that will not disappoint with any selection.

We felt very comfortable! Super starting point to the city center. The room was large, and the laundry smelled good-really feel-good. In addition there was fruit and water in the room and a minibar, which was affordable. Breakfast was very varied, of good quality and very sufficient with nice and attentive service.

Very friendly welcome, double rooms have their own toilet, some a little larger with a sink, some have the sink in the room. The mattresses are comfortable and not saggy. Staff was very welcoming. Plenty of parking available in the underground garage. The rooms are 50/50 split facing the park or the motorway, so you might not get lucky with a regular room.

For an amusement park hotel this accommodation is pretty good. Just like phantasialand it has wonderful theming and the park entrance seemingly melds into the hotel. The price is doable and you get a great deal for the park(quickpass) if you book a couple of nights with them. For children and family a great stay with plenty to do. We have been a night in the Hotel, because we wanted to get into Phantasialand. The Hotel has plenty of Parking. The women at the front Desk were pretty disorganized (they didn't know which room we get, although we had reserved weeks before), The inner life was more consumed than renovated. We were kind skeptical due to all the bad reviews, but decided to give it a go. We were very surprised. Yes, the rooms are a bit old (and so is the hotel), but it a was very clean and comfortable. The hotel owner is extremely kind and helpful. No bad words for that man at all. The location is amazing. I would recommend it.

I stayed here for one night. It is advantageous in the sense that it is close to all touristic areas (by car). I enjoyed the balcony especially in the morning! The receptionist guy was very nice and informative.

Nice clean rooms. Staff helped me nicely when I couldn't pay my parking ticket due to machine malfunction. Rooms are very hot though, no air-conditioning unfortunately. The beds are also not very comfortable.

Nice little cozy restaurant with a wide range of food that also tastes wonderful, I've always had the pleasure of trying others. The innkeepers are very nice and you are greeted very warmly and it doesn't matter how you're dressed because we work nearby and usually still have our work clothes on.
