Room is very nice,, but no hotel room slippers, shower room was not water tight so after showering water are everywhere on the floor.. looks luxury but missing the quality point there.. Location is perfect, in front of train station and direct walking access to city central

I go back many times a year because my office is in the area.
Often I forget to specify my preferred room, but in my last visit reception took the initiative to ask me what room location I preferred and fulfilled my request! Good job for being sensitive to long time clients!

Great staff. Friendly and accommodating. Nice bar and restaurant. Food a bit on the pricey side but is amazing all the time. Breakfast is well worth it too. Rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. Very luxurious.

The Reception service was ok. The room we had was ok. Not enough plug sockets if you are staying of more than one night. I found two I could use to charge my phone and the wife’s. I used the shower and almost flooded the bathroom, had to put towels on the floor to stop myself for slipping on the floor. But other than a few small faults. All in all the room was ok. Wanted to have a drink in the bar but that shut at 10 O’CLOCK !! Why I don’t know. Tried to phone the reception on the hotel phone. After the sixth attempt someone answered?

Maximum score from us!! A pleasant experience. A very welcoming staff, the room gives you a sense of luxury and has everything you desire. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath, separate wardrobe and toilet. Everything very clean, so it is no problem to stay in hotel in these Covid times! Breakfast is a dream, enjoy delicious dinner and breakfast here. Repeat for sure👍😄

No AC means the rooms are warm when it’s warm outside. Heated bathroom floors are awesome, but not when it’s hot outside. Mostly it’s annoying that none of the rooms have outlets or USB chargers near the bed. The hotel is very clean though and has a really good restaurant and suitable gym. Location is also convenient across the street from a train station.

- The rooms were always very cold. Very poorly regulated automatic temperature control
- No free parking in spite of being a 4 star hotel
- Jacuzzi was under maintenance for the whole time
- Staffs are not very polite or well trained
