Excellent service, excellent location, excellent food. We really enjoyed our stay. Fehmarn is a hidden gem and this was a perfect location for us to stay. We are a couple with an adult son and stayed in a family suite. He had his own separate bedroom with a single bed. We had a wonderful room with a balcony which had a view of the Baltic Sea. We spent our days exploring the Island and our evenings...

It is alright but I expected more. They gave us a room that was surrounded with possibilities for smokers to smoke around us. During the whole stay our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The have a Smoking area right next to our room outside, the other rooms were also smoking during their stay in their personal area. I just expected more thoughtful design or room allocation. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Ausstattung des Hotels ist super. Personal sehr freundlich. Es hat meinem Vater (er war dort mit seiner Freundin im Urlaub/ich habe die Reise für beide gebucht) sehr gut gefallen. Vom Hotel gab es sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag. We stayed two nights in a comfort room and one night in a junior suite. The comfort room had two balconies with see, harbour and lake views and was lovely. The junior suite was a little bit bigger and had a sofa, from which you look at the back of the TV, and no balcony. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Employees we were in contact with were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!! The mattress was a bit firm for my liking and housekeeping immediately put a mattress topper on my bed. Sheer heaven!

Good hotel. Good food. Friendly staff. The area is quiet, but very beautiful nature. There are no crowds on the beaches. A few Dutch. Asphalt bike paths are found mostly along roads, but there are also many sand/gravel paths that run through nature reserves.

Extremely comfortable appartment location direct at the East Sea coast. Appartments completely equipped, everything was functioning, very clean, nothing lost to wish. The hotel offers some smoker appartments and a smoker lounge. Friendly staff, nice wellness area. We will be lucky to come back sometimes.

We stayed for a weekend in a room for 3 people and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We stayed for a long weekend in November. Late check-in with the code sent by email was fantastic. Having the key left in the room was a great idea. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was perfectly fine and very quiet, especially near the parking lot. We had room 11. We were here from July 19th to July 29th, 2025. The breakfast buffet was very good, the rooms very nice, and the staff were great. The beach and promenade were just a stone's throw away, and the town was also no problem on foot. If we ever find ourselves in Grömitz again, the Seemöwe would be our first choice.

Definitely my recommendation for the next visit to Grömitz. The rooms are really well equipped, the staff incomparably friendly and the breakfast very tasty. Even the owners personally ask the guests about their well-being in the morning - service is still very important at the Hotel Cammann!

Booked spontaneously, arrived and quite simply: WORLD CLASS. Small family run hotel. I felt very comfortable and relaxed very well. Nice rooms, great service, great location, and for the first time in 2021 you could have breakfast on the wonderful terrace. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

Best experience I've had in Germany so far. A must do if you want to get your feet wet and whistle as well :). Food was absolutely .........Amazing! I recommend eggs and cheese in the morning. Whoever is cooking behind the scenes deserves a big thumbs up!!!!!!! well done!

NR 35 Disaster in Small! One week in Grömitz. Apartment booked over the Internet. Hotel is good. Friendly and nice. Vacation homes are brokered. We were / are in apartment number 35! Small disaster. Minimal lighting, old carpet, loose faucet, etc ..... On request in the hotel then additional light sources (floor lamp) by the caretaker .... Welcome to the 1980s ... But only in apartment 35! A super nice place, since 2019 after our first vacation here we feel very comfortable again and again. Swim in the pool in the morning, take a sauna in the house and even jump into the Baltic Sea in autumn. Super good kitchen and very friendly staff. Eating with a view of the Baltic Sea, what more could you want (Meer🏊). We are always looking forward to our vacation here in Grömitz at the Hotel Strandidyll
