Seemöwe in Gromitz

Our luxurious apartment was bright and welcoming at first glance, but furnished only in the Ikea style and already a bit dated.
The walls could have used a coat of paint, there were light water stains on the countertop, and the blind in the kitchen was stained. In the bathroom, a large piece of the wood panel behind the faucet had broken off, as had the top hinge of the shower door. The bracket for the handheld shower was also broken, and there was an ugly brown stain on the wall from its previous installation.
"Allergy-friendly" was also mentioned in the description; there was black mold in the shower, as well as in the reveal of the kitchen window.
The balcony was quite spacious, but could have used a cleaning.
The highlight, however, was the breakfast buffet: on the first day, we were served only plates of cold cuts and cheese, on the second day, there was a truly meager buffet, and on the third day, it was completely gone shortly after 9:00 a.m., and NOTHING was replenished.
When we checked out, we mentioned the issues, but there was neither an apology nor a discount.
The beautiful front of the main building is the only positive thing worth mentioning about this accommodation.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Seemöwe was far from satisfactory. We had booked a room at the hotel, but there was no one available to assist us either at the hotel or the apartment. Even worse was the condition of the building: the hallway was filthy, the windows were so dirty that we could barely see outside, and the entire balcony was covered in droppings. We are very disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel.
