The service was very good. The facilities were okay, a bit dated but adequate. The shower being in the bathtub is a sign of the age of the place. The breakfast was very good, everything you could want.

Our second stay. But still the service is not up to standard. At the breakfast you are met with tables with reservations on them and you have to look for a table that is free. They all looked reserved. No help from the staff Toilet paper is a cheap fabric. The photos make it look like there’s a nice bar. But that’s not the way it is when you are there

A Nice hotel but really simple rooms

Okay hotel in the middle of nowhere

Hidden in the forest just outside Gifhorn, this hotel is an ideal place to stay over night if you have a meeting in Wolfsburg or Hannover. At busy times of trade fairs in Hannover, this could be your next best accommodation at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Buffet table breakfast is included in the price. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My stay was unpleasant as during the night they turned off the heat and nighttime is when it is coldest. There is no staff at nighttime so if you need anything (like if you lock yourself out of your room) you have to wait until morning. I would not recommend staying here.

I thought everything was great. The rooms are furnished without these useless frills, but it feels more like sleeping with grandma. And at Omma's you always liked to spend the night comfortably. Accordingly, there is nothing to complain about. Gladly again.

We had a small, clean room with a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the mirror cabinet hung much too high, so I had to use the mirror in the entrance area to get ready in the morning. The breakfast was very good, especially the rolls!

The hotel is ok for a business travel or for a short stay. Unfortunately it only has a shower and due to covid the sauna is closed. The rooms will need to add a plug space next to the bed because it only has it next to the TV. I wanted to charge my cellphone next to my bed but I couldn't. The lamps are fix, so there was no chance to even unplug them to plug the cellphone. The breakfast is good.

When I book a cheap hotel, I know what to expect. Small and rustic, but everything is nice and clean. The shower seems pretty new too. A great place for a sunday breakfast, hidden away in a light industrial area. We came for a family anniversary, and enjoyed all the treats and delights, from salad to fish to a great selection of flavored honey. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we everything was easily accessible.

If you are looking for a simple and modern hotel for an overnight stay before a meeting in VW, B&B won't disappoint you. The hotel does not go too much beyond providing the basic amenities the rooms are small the furniture is minimalistic as is the breakfast but the staff are friendly and everything runs smoothly. Ideal hotel before a meeting at VW's R&D centre.

Perfect choice for overnight for transit travel. Totally independent arrival/departure. Comfortable beds, clean and equipped bathroom. Our first experience with that chain and I am very happy to discover this option for long transit travel. The hotel is alright, it's just very visible that it has been established decades ago. The carpets are everywhere. Pretty old furniture, very small shower and the hair dryer from 80's couldn't really dry any of my hair. The refrigerator in my room didn't work. Other than that, all clean, nicely prepared, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Back to the basics: Very simple and clean rooms. Waiters/Reception (one person) very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is simple, however you can ask if you think something is missing and you get. Maybe some soap in the rooms and a better WiFi connection could give you at least a standard service.

I fell down in the bathroom in the bathtube, the concave bathtube is really dangerous. The noises coming from the high way were to much loud i had to change room for that, I advise to change the windows as the car passing from the vicinity of the hotel they make too much noises.

The Hotel was clean and pleasant, but sadly the restaurant, sauna and wellness could not be used because of the Covid shutdown.

The room was good but the breakfast was terrible. Standard breakfast price (12€ or so) for 4 slices of discount cheese, 5 slices of discount ham and a few cereals. Not any trace of eggs or anything at all for sweet breakfasts lovers, aside some (good) mini croissants. No one came at my table to serve coffee, juice or anything else, I've been left alone. This is a main hotel to stay if you visit VW plant. Room quality is very good, I like these "tiny" things in the hotel, like a VW matchbox car attached to the celling or a VW show car in the lobby. Breakfast is absolutely superb, there's a lot of things to choose from, in general a very nice place to stay while in Wolfsburg.

Room was clean and with sufficient space, double bed was comfortable, dinner in the restaurant also was great. We travel with two dogs and wasn't any issue to stay in the hotel. Fully to recommend from my end.

A really pleasant hotel. The room and the bathroom were a good size and very clean. The reception by the owner was very friendly. All requests and concerns were dealt with immediately. There was tea and coffee in the room included in the price. Ample free parking nearby. A clear recommendation.

The hotel is not located at the center. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good and had a good selection. I did not like it, we had a room on the lower floor, while the main sewer was right next to our room. That was very disturbing in the evenings. Our room was a bit noisy. The cleanliness is good to very good.

The hotel in general is situated in a great spot . The room looked very organized and luxurious for the price. In the assessment for the Hotel Goldene Henne have I done to me as a business traveler heavy. It is very centrally located (to the road on foot about 6min from train station, about 5min to the VW gateway South), but it is also very noisy right on the main. Google Maps or BMW couldn't navigate there right (tried to guide via Volkswagen factory), but it was quite easy to find although there were not too many signs. From the first step to the property, the staff were attentive and tried to help in every way. I loved everything about our stay. We especially enjoyed the live music at the bar (we even canceled our restaurant reservation to relax to the live music).

Anyone visiting the Autostadt Wolfsburg should definitely consider this hotel. It is very classy and comfortable. The restaurants in the hotel are all of high quality. The SPA area with the pool set into the river is phenomenal.

Right in Volkswagen City, it is one of the best hotels in the area. Whether it is the semi-circular appearance of the hotel or the interior restaurant design, it has a sense of technology.

The room is very nice. The location is right around the Wolfsburg train station. It is very convenient. There is a Thai restaurant next to the hotel so it is convenient to eat. You can walk to the city's Autostadt attraction.

Visited VW, the largest car manufacturer in the city. First of all, we chose this hotel because of its great location. It is right opposite the station and we can check in at zero distance! The living facilities near the hotel are also good, and the hotel is very clean and stylish. I will choose this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.

Quantity service everyday room is cleaned and refills juice beer and water. Breakfast given but Indian vegetarian food was not there that was the main problem rest is fine. In side in 5th floor there is a sky bar

The parking lot is not clearly marked on the map. It was difficult to find the correct location by car. I drove around for 30 minutes.

We always stay at Limehome. You have everything you need in the apartment. Downstairs is Aldi and 5 mins walking distance for the bus stop. Staff are very friendly and nice.

Had to move rooms which was inconvenient; booked 2 nights, was not able to change booking after I booked the first night. Had to do a separate booking and they insisted that I move rooms. Did not make sense (since they had to clean twice) but what do I know.

You will just love the place, no disturbances at all.

Basic hotel in the heart of Wolfsburg. I would skip their breakfast, as there are cheaper and better quality options right below the hotel. WiFi connection is not very good, so may not be the best for folks working remotely. If you want a central location though, this is definitely very central

The location is in the city center, but there isn't much going on there. I got a room with a broken heater in the room. After 4 hours of trying and waiting, I went to reception and explained the problem, after which I got a different room. Breakfast was OK, not particularly good. Before I booked, the description said there was a sauna, but then I was told that the sauna had been completely closed...
