Leonardo Hotel Wolfsburg City Center

Hotel is conveniently located to shopping , restaurants and transportation. Staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast is good but same food every day, a little variety would have been nice. We had issues with mold in the showers and air conditioning not working. Had 3 different rooms because of this.

I stayed at the Wolfsburg Hotel for 2 weeks. I regret booking this hotel.

Pillows/Bedding - Total garbage. All polyester. All the cheapest material you can find. Bring your own bedding if you want to get some sleep over such a long time.
Bathroom - The shower set up was the dumbest shower I have ever seen installed in a hotel. A tub with a half-glass that pivots. You have to pivot the glass towards you while taking a shower, otherwise you will flood the floor. Unfortunately, only a very small person can fit in the area. Super awkward and just a bad design.
Staff - No issues with the staff.
Lobby Areas - The hotel was constantly humid and uncomfortable in the lobby areas.
Parking - Affordable, easy to use, conveniently located outside or underground.
Location - A good location to access local restaurants, train station, VW offices. Rear of the hotel connects you to Porschestrabe.
Climate Control - Wall mounted AC unit with remote control. Works okay but blasts air in your face constantly.
Pool - I dont care about the pool, but reading from past reviews, it is down for maintenance a lot. It was down again while I was staying. People interested in the pool should call ahead to check.

Overall the hotel was OK but I will not stay here again due to a lack of overall comfort during the stay. The bedding alone is cheap and does not provide any comfort. I had many sleepless nights. When inquiring about other options, I was told there were not any. 2 stars.

The hotel is not worth 4 stars. -entrance areas- from the west there is a direct entrance to the square and the terrace... of course it is open only to hotel employees -hospitality sales centers (restaurant) - as for the restaurant, they offer breakfast buffets and dinners served in the form of what they have on the blackboard they offer that evening 90% of the time it's currywurst with fries the restaurant part is open from 17-1 in the morning if you want to have a coffee there I don't recommend caffe Late you are not made by a person but by a coffee machine where you decide what kind of coffee you want and you get the kind you want the biggest job of the staff is just to press the button and put the cup on the coffee and wait, when the machine does everything well, I'm going to continue. -accommodation premises and their equipment where I started working here for 4 months, the first week we didn't even have a refrigerator except for the refrigerator, I have nothing to complain about, it fulfills what it has. -hygienic facilities and their equipment, and I'll stop here, the toilet flows non-stop after flushing (20 times reported and not repaired once), the shower is falling apart, the bathroom design is from the year of the master. -change of linen - regularly. the cleaning of the rooms zero points does not supply toilet paper, some of my colleagues do not come to clean for a week long, they should buy a new vacuum cleaner for the maids. - optional features - sauna, swimming pool, laundry, ironing board with iron available. - Staff- Discriminatory (not all). There are 150 of us Slovaks staying here as GUESTS, I have no rights as a GUEST who is German or of another nationality.
