Probably the best hotel I've stayed in in Germany. Service is outstanding, really friendly and attentive staff. Food was excellent, really good selection and always plenty available. Drinks selection also amazing - even the table wine was nice! Great activities and location - also love that the staff put on shows in the evenings. Nightclub was a cool surprise although the DJ could do with reading the crowd - techno for a group of mainly age 50+ Southerners was perhaps not ideal but the switch came eventually. Highly recommend Robinson Fleesensee - will be back!

Excellent club facility. Lots of different events and shows for the whole family. The food is very tasty and varied. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and bright!

- Food is dirty (salad is not washed for example) - Food for kids are mainly fried - Vegetables are frozen ones - Adult dinner starts at 7.30pm, very late if you have small kids to put to sleep. - dresscode not adhered to, no dinner! It happens to my husband as he was wearing an appropriate short. We were on holidays in summer, what do they expect? - staff is overwhelmed cause understaffed so service is not that good Overall not worth it and things will not change as other reviews are similar.

We enjoy coming here all year around. The team is always friendly and helpful. The moment you are greeted by security you already feel like coming home. Highlights are the shows at night. Amazing how the staff after a full day of work is able to perform on a high level. Right now 3 dance shows per week. It would be nice to see some comedy or poetry slam and involve guests 1-2 in the evening shows and see some hidden staff like kitchen, office etc to participate as well. DJ at night was not at his best this time. 3 nights same music and as later it got it louder it went . Once again, we had a great time with yummy food and lots of sports. We will be back again.

Always enjoy coming here to relax and wind down. Nice area to walk for hours and then warm up at the little cozy cafe by the lake. Especially the dance shows at night are fantastic. Unbelievable how much effort they all put into it after a long day of work! Keep it up!

much too expensive of what you get. Besides being in the middle of nowhere, the food is really good, animateurs being nice, especially Joko! Head of Hotel does not help if problems occur!

The Robinson Fleesensee is a wonderful all-inclusive country club, that offers a great location, numerous activities and specially themed evenings, and delicious buffets four times a day!
Positives:

Negatives:
•Getting a table at the dinner buffet is difficult, with a long line of people starting to form in front of the entrance up to 25 minutes before the dinner buffet even opens to try and quickly grab a table.
•Dinner is only from 19:30 until 21:00
•Keeping 1.5 or 2.0 meters from people at the main buffets is nearly impossible.
