We stayed here for a weekend friends trip and had a great time. We had a very big room, nice couch and a bathtub and shower seperared. The bathroom was a little older but nice

We had buffet dinner- pretty amazing with high quality fish and meat, vegetables from their own garden…This region is great to explore by bike… Small downside: EV charging station at the hotel is not HPC and also unfortunatel does not accept LogPay

better living conditions do not exist. Service and staff received the highest marks. A quiet place with lovely surroundings. Delicious food at all times with accompanying wines at reasonable prices

We were told there is cooperation btw hotels, unfortunately at Robinson they were clear it is only for hotel guests and only 3 stations. Simply by looking outside 3 stations is not reality😉

There were small signs of hospitality ( wine at arrival, chocolate and water at departure), so you feel there as welcomed guest and not just a number

It would be nice to see some comedy or poetry slam and involve guests 1-2 in the evening shows and see some hidden staff like kitchen, office etc to participate as well. DJ at night was not at his best this time

We enjoy coming here all year around. The team is always friendly and helpful. The moment you are greeted by security you already feel like coming home. Highlights are the shows at night

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in in Germany. Service is outstanding, really friendly and attentive staff. Food was excellent, really good selection and always plenty available

Drinks selection also amazing - even the table wine was nice! Great activities and location - also love that the staff put on shows in the evenings

3 nights same music and as later it got it louder it went. Once again, we had a great time with yummy food and lots of sports

Great private lake access with comfortable loungers and beach towel and bathrobe plus carrier in room make for a perfect beach holiday. I like the fact that you can opt out of daily cleaning in lieu of a drinks voucher

Asking him to refill items on the buffet (well before 11am) seemed too much for him and when one guest asked him to prepare a fresh egg dish he said that they are understaffed and that there is plenty of egg options already cooked and she needs to choose from them

The well-kept rooms, the restaurant and the spa area have remained almost unchanged since the hotel opened. This is certainly also due to the quality standards of the previous operators Iberotel and Tui-Blue

The next morning saw more kitchen staff around and a dedicated chef cooking fresh egg dishes. The chef from Monday morning was still around and still grumpy. That aside, everyone was friendly and welcoming

We stayed here for 2 nights and we felt comfortable. The wellness treatment we booked was excellent. The 3-course meal in the evening was delicious. Only the breakfast was not worthy of 4*

The hotel is very nice, our apartment has a lake view and a fireplace and a large balcony. Here you can feel comfortable. There is also a wellness area with a heated pool. The landscape is worth seeing

Once again my wife and I had a fantastic weekend at fleesensee resort and spa. Extremely friendly staff, exellent food in the restaurant and a really relaxed atmosphere. We love it and look forward to visit again.

Personal welcome, you feel warmly welcomed. Great location on the lake, everything high quality, stylish and dignified. We have relaxed really well, are happy to recommend the house and will definitely be back!

It was a very nice time in a quiet hotel. All employees were super friendly, especially for our dog it was a perfect place. The food was just delicious! We had a very spacious suite, nothing was missing

Other benefits: - You get free access to the Fleesentherme (indoor public pool) right next to the compound - Your kids can spend a lot of time safely riding scooters or other vehicles in the compound since there's only foot-traffic - The lake is close by One thing I didn't like was that the apartment we stayed in had a narrow and steep staircase leading to the 2nd bedroom and main bathroom and that...

The compound also offers a huge playground, a carousel for smaller kids, two restaurants, and a small souvenir/gift shop (there may be more, that's just what I saw). The staff was very nice and welcoming

I would vacation here again with kids, because there are tons of other kids and the ruckus kids cause doesn't bother other parents. I would not vacation there if I was single or as a couple

There's plenty of space, but an additional 50 cm here or there would have made a huge difference for the overall appearance and feeling

If you want to watch YouTube on the TVs you best bring a laptop + HDMI cable, because the TVs are not WiFi-enabled

There's a huge shower that's level access, a fridge, an oven, a stove, and two big TVs

A great little hotel in a beautiful location. The beautiful garden ends at a lake. The beautiful rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very rich and varied. We would definitely like to come back.

A really nice hotel, I felt very comfortable on my short vacation. It's a shame that the Corona time and the 2+ rules, hotels and restaurants bring few guests

The Inselhof is operated together with a Greek restaurant. Rarely have I experienced such great hospitality in Germany. The rooms are lovingly and harmoniously furnished and in very good condition

Some of the rooms face the busy street and might be a bit loud, so they put earplugs next to the bed. Breakfast is always extra and need to be ordered at the connected restaurant which is not a part of the hotel

All rooms are different but ours was really huge. They have a sauna on a platform moored at the lake plus a relax room with a glass front facing the lake. Huge fun to use and jump in the lake afterwards

The three starts are for the breakfast, that is quite scarce in choices for a contintal breakfast and the service is not the best

Also there not enough parking places, although they indicate that there should be enough for most of the guests

The rooms are clean and big enough for two persons. The location is good as well, as it is in the town center

My complaint was met with a slight eye roll at reception and the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. There were 10 cars in the parking lot, but it had space for 100

The apartments were really nice. Expected juat another hotel room but was greates by a full apartment with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room (living room & kitchen combo)

The only drawback was that we hade an apartment towards the road so we heard the cars if we had open windows

The outside temperatures were very high, and the apartments aren't air-conditioned, which is a drawback, although I have to admit that the temperatures inside were bearable

The outdoor areas are a truly unsightly sight; after a hot summer, they consist entirely of burnt lawns. Given the quality of the facilities, it would be appropriate to install a permanently installed irrigation system

Breakfast was great but the evening buffet was, hands down, terrible and completely disconnected from the cost (40 EUR per person) for a few sausages and a non existent salat bar…

We were greeted very warmly, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is a dream and the staff very, very friendly. The distances to the thermal baths and the city center are short

I would just say, it was very well organized, fully furnished apartment. Although it wasn’t mentioned earlier in description about kids utilities. The Suite was furnished with Baby-bed, child-stool, Nappy Bucket etc

We stayed in the hotel for three days and really enjoyed the time. The room with kitchenette was well furnished, we didn't expect that, so we would be very pleasantly surprised

It just made my life easier as I have one and half year young baby. It’s situated 20 Meters away from main road, so although very good location, it’s away from road noise

It's just 'youth hostel charm', i. But we can rehearse there undisturbed with our choir and also use the kitchen and we are among ourselves

The pool was splendid as well as the jacuzzi, I really enjoyed the saunas, so much to choose from, outdoor sauna with a view, indoor saunas, steam room and so much more

Great Spa, located at the lake to enjoy a cooling dip after a sauna. Steam Room, Finnish Sauna and inside Swimming Pool all inclusive.

We are not guests of the holiday park, but have been guests in the restaurant twice in the evening. A small but very fine menu and a really great kitchen conjure up dishes from the old days

The houses are simple but very beautiful and everything you need is there. If you need a little more comfort, take the lake view houses. We feel really comfortable here

Every day pony rides, petting zoo and occasionally animal walks and horseback riding lessons. Very good breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant

We love coming back here every year, in summer or fall. Direct access to the lake with a private beach where there is always enough space

Unfortunately, we were unlucky enough to have fish in the restaurant in the basement on Friday evenings. The kitchen smells then moved through the whole house to the room on the 2nd floor

It was a very nice stay in the hotel and in Plau am See. The hotel is just a few minutes from the port. Booked bed and breakfast. From check-in to check-out everything was great, nice, friendly service.

Hotel with simple facilities but sufficient. Unfortunately, the location is right between the main road and the entrance road with significant noise pollution

House is ok. Staff could be a little friendly, parking the bikes is a disaster (outside without a roof) in a simple bike rack.

We went to Vila Vita for the day and spent some time at the little beach and had a nice dip in the water. Nice resort and good restaurant ambiance. They made a big fire while having supper

We have been here for the 2nd time for a few days. The staff nice and very helpful. You don't have to go somewhere all the time, you have almost everything on the site

Sports hall, sauna village with a great natural pond, goats, chickens, bicycles, boats, a beach, etc. the accommodation is also really nice and clean

We went to the bistro for the first time today. Super nice service, my wife's tarte flambée looked very good. My sour meat with fried potatoes, both homemade, was awesome! Was even asked if our little dog needed water

We were there by bike from the Labussee and stopped at the Fleether Mühle. Top for bike and boat hikers. Nice dock. My recommendation. Very good.

We hiked from Mirow to Fleether Mühle about 9 km. Once there, we took a break in the beautifully situated holiday park and ate something. The two large Mühlenbergs are interesting

You can also go back with the bus that is behind the holiday park

Average camping place, stayed for a night during our bike trip in seenplatte. the owners were not too friendly. Location is great, Kano rental is in next door and it's very beautiful.

Everything is very, very tidy, the room, the garden, the cute rabbits, and above all the varied, delicious breakfast buffet served by a really, very friendly breakfast fairy 👍❗️ Due to Corona, there was a lack of socializing in the evening with possibly the other guests

We stayed at Pension Hess for 6 days. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The family is super nice and responds to the wishes of the guests. Unfortunately we have to leave tomorrow

I've seen many hotels, but this one is very lovingly designed with many small details. Very clean and best bedding. Children felt very comfortable, very friendly waitresses...

Restaurant got a very good atmosphere. Food also delicious and nature.

We arrived in the evening after the reception had closed and, after a telephone agreement, the key was left in a safe outside for us, which worked well. The room was super nice, the bathroom was very large

The extra breakfast to be paid was good, but not cheap (18 - €)

Lovely cosy and spacious room with a small lounge area ! Couch was particularly appreciated after a long long day on our bikes. Nicely renovated old warehouse with a good selection at the buffet.

Very nice hotel, very clean. Worm atmosphere and good position. They have a closed room for bikes and very good breakfast. I would not really suggest the restaurant for dinner which is anyhow separated
