2) the "heated" outdoor swimming pool wasn't heated at all - it was pretty freezing to stay more than couple of minutes outside and 3)there is enough space to sit in the spa, people occupy chairs/beds for the whole day even if they are not really present at all time, they might go somewhere for an hour but will leave their belongings on the chairs which will prevent other fr seating

The hotel is very nice, our apartment has a lake view and a fireplace and a large balcony. Here you can feel comfortable. There is also a wellness area with a heated pool. The landscape is worth seeing

Some of the rooms face the busy street and might be a bit loud, so they put earplugs next to the bed. Breakfast is always extra and need to be ordered at the connected restaurant which is not a part of the hotel

All rooms are different but ours was really huge. They have a sauna on a platform moored at the lake plus a relax room with a glass front facing the lake. Huge fun to use and jump in the lake afterwards

We had a short vacation and the rooms and pool were clean, the staff was polite. In terms of price, they charge 25 euros for a dog and 10 euros for parking

For example: a receptionist on a very quiet Monday morning throwing her hands up in frustration and berating us because we realized there was a problem with the bill after settling rather than directly when settling; having the same table for breakfast each morning but needing to find and carry a child's high chair over to it each morning; restaurant staff reacting with a lack of patience when our...

Breakfast was great but the evening buffet was, hands down, terrible and completely disconnected from the cost (40 EUR per person) for a few sausages and a non existent salat bar…

BUT the restaurant though is not exactly 5 stars

Cleaning fees are not adapted to your staying times and are massively expensive for a short gateway stay. You can use the restaurant for F&B which I wouldn’t recommend. Cater for yourself or use the restaurants nearby

I have never found it ethical to charge these fees without informing them anywhere before. I find parking fees unnecessary in such a quality establishment

We were greeted very warmly, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is a dream and the staff very, very friendly. The distances to the thermal baths and the city center are short

I would just say, it was very well organized, fully furnished apartment. Although it wasn’t mentioned earlier in description about kids utilities. The Suite was furnished with Baby-bed, child-stool, Nappy Bucket etc

We are not guests of the holiday park, but have been guests in the restaurant twice in the evening. A small but very fine menu and a really great kitchen conjure up dishes from the old days

The houses are simple but very beautiful and everything you need is there. If you need a little more comfort, take the lake view houses. We feel really comfortable here

It was a very nice stay in the hotel and in Plau am See. The hotel is just a few minutes from the port. Booked bed and breakfast. From check-in to check-out everything was great, nice, friendly service.

Sports hall, sauna village with a great natural pond, goats, chickens, bicycles, boats, a beach, etc. the accommodation is also really nice and clean

We were there by bike from the Labussee and stopped at the Fleether Mühle. Top for bike and boat hikers. Nice dock. My recommendation. Very good.

We hiked from Mirow to Fleether Mühle about 9 km. Once there, we took a break in the beautifully situated holiday park and ate something. The two large Mühlenbergs are interesting

You can also go back with the bus that is behind the holiday park

Average camping place, stayed for a night during our bike trip in seenplatte. the owners were not too friendly. Location is great, Kano rental is in next door and it's very beautiful.

This is a great new hotel overlooking the lake. There's a public park/beach and cycling path between the hotel and lake. It is located about a kilometer from town. Ask for a room overlooking the beach

The breakfast and restaurant are superb, with amazing morning views. Supper on the deck in the evening was excellent. The staff made us feel at home. The rooms were large with free Wi-Fi and large bathrooms

We went there for lunchtime at a normal Saturday. Place was not crowded, but still a good amount of guests. They serve a blend of Italian and German foods. The menu is not large and easy to get a good overview

We arrived in the evening after the reception had closed and, after a telephone agreement, the key was left in a safe outside for us, which worked well. The room was super nice, the bathroom was very large
