This hotel is very convenient if you travel to the East. It's close to the border and comfortable. Staff is very polite and friendly. Pets are allowed. That's a very good option for us. We liked the breakfast preserved in the morning.

We spent two joyful nights here. It is nice and calm. The booking was smooth. We requested a room change to a better view and the staff was helpful and responsive. Thank you.

Nice rooms, with comfortable mattress, clean and large for a reasonable price. Sauna is nice to have on a cold day but quite small for such a large hotel. Good breakfast too with large variety of options and juices. Good tasting coffee and staff is super helpful.

Very nice, courteous and friendly staff.the Breakfast buffet offers variety and you can speak with the staff also wishes to be fulfilled immediately.in the case of late for Breakfast, the staff spread but some unrest..we had a beautiful large room (2erwachsene+2kleine children) including a bathroom with a bath tub,which has just pleased the kids ;-) we will definitely be back..

Quiet, between Neisse and the Park is located within walking distance to the beautiful Görlitzer old town. The staff is friendly and attentive.

We organized a week long conference at this hotel attended by 10 people from the US and Poland. It was absolutely perfect. We were so well looked after by the staff. The conference room had a massive TV which was perfect for our needs. The Manager, Rolf, spoke perfect English and took care of our nightly dinner reservation needs. Pleasant enough quirky boutique hotel, paid and free parking available and just a short walk from the old town.

We were there last year. They turned the sauna on only for us. We also got a very cheap upgrade. To sum up, Very nice hotel and awesome staff. We enjoyed our time. Thanks a lot.

A great hotel with the best staff ever! I left my wedding and engagement rings in the room without even noticing it. The staff found them, called me and sent all back. That's a kind of services that really makes you want to return to a place. Room was nice and spacious and breakfast delicious. I can only recommend!

The hotel was very nice. It's an old hotel but that's just charming. The room we had consisted of two rooms (en suite) and a new and modern bathroom. So we had plenty of space for the four of us. Our stay included breakfast and the breakfast buffet was very nice. Plenty different food and drinks to choose from.

Excellent top-quality service. Great place to wind down and relax. The experience of breakfast alfresco with birds singing around you - unforgettable! Lovely cycling route around the lake (bicycles to rent at the hotel). It was a perfect stay. We will definitely come back there, more than once I hope!

Very nice location near the Berzdorfer Lake. No public transport so it's better you have a car or bike. It's an old farmer house that has been completely renovated. It's a great event location. The hotel is quirk, but overall a friendly place to stay for a few nights. Ask for the apartments, they are bigger and have nice large bathrooms. breakfast is a bit static choice wise but it is extensive

Very pet friendly!! Stuff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Unfortunatly no ac and mini bar in the rooms. The way by car to the city center a bit complicated cause of the one-way-roads.

The best hotel in Gorlitz, unfortunately it is already a bit run down, and would benefit from renovation. Also came down on some standards: there's no bottles of water in the room as previously used to, and the parking is now paid which was not the case before. Good variety breakfast.

A very nice Hotel in the inner area of Görlitz. You must not be from the vicinity fool you. Of a station area, one should not expect Park facilities. The rooms are a bit small, but high quality and stylish furnishings. The shower area is hygienically clean. The staff is consistently friendly and helps with any minor Problem. The price is for the quality that reasonable.

Nice City Hotel. Directly at the main train station and 15 minutes from the city centre. Beautiful modern room. Fast and Free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Top Breakfast. Good Price/Performance Ratio. Rooms to the street side to avoid.

The hotel is located perfectly in the center of the city of Görlitz. It looks like recently renovated and the rooms are lovely. I have stayed there for several times over the last one year while visiting this part of Germany for business trips. The restaurant is also amazing with delicious food. The staff were very pleasant and inviting upon our arrival. The family room was so spacious and clean. The bathroom has a dual vanity and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is prime and the views of the town and sunset out of our windows were spectacular. Key card entry allows for 24 hour access in and out of hotel and there is a delicious restaurant on site.

Very very nice atmosphere ! Mega large rooms, ultra-modern bathroom .. Everything is super clean and well maintained. The Breakfast is super delicious and you will be well fed. I am looking forward to the 20. August to finally be there.

We stopped in Goerlitz for a night and tried to find a place to eat. On Sunday evening it looked impossible to find anything without a prior reservation. Finally got a place in the Emmerich Hotel restaurant on an exception basis. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The menu rather short and interesting. Our orders proved to be a very good choice: fantastic sour Kraut soup, sou-vide pork with mushrooms...

Absolutely superb Hotel. Beautifully presented with spacious rooms ,comfortable beds and superb breakfast. Internet and it's central position with private parking available made for a memorable stay. Staff and management were super friendly and helpful with always a smile to greet visitors. A truly beautiful bijou hotel.

We were just here for having breakfast. The food provided was quite good but it was lacking a bit of variety in my opinion considering the price. All things considered we did enjoy it.
