Rooms, services and food are very good

About 1km from city center. Clean rooms. Great friendly staff!!! It is very quiet around which is always great. The sauna was good as well. The check in was nice. We checked in 1 hour before, no problem

The place was nice.. we came early around 12pm but the check in was at 2pm. So be mindfull of that. They took our bags at the main entrance for safe keeping. There was help even at 3am when we came back to check in, which was nice. The breakfast was amazing a lot of variety of breads jams sausages cheese eggs and so on. One could see a lot of veterans enjoying their meals. Checkout was also smooth...

Great staff. We were allowed to use a parking spot in the garage for our 6 bicycles. Thank you. Nice beds, but a lot more noise in the rooms facing the front/river. Garten view is way better. Splendid breakfast. Please install electric outlets near the beds. My 2m cord was not able to reach any outlets from the bed!

Very nice atmosphere. Spacious and modern rooms. WiFi was perfect. Covid19 has reduced the breakfast buffet but it was still very plentiful and delicious. I can definitely recommend this hotel. I would love to go back.

Excellent top-quality service. Great place to wind down and relax. The experience of breakfast alfresco with birds singing around you - unforgettable! Lovely cycling route around the lake (bicycles to rent at the hotel). It was a perfect stay. We will definitely come back there, more than once I hope!

Very nice location near the Berzdorfer Lake. No public transport so it's better you have a car or bike. It's an old farmer house that has been completely renovated. It's a great event location. Super charming hotel with spacious clean rooms, nice restaurant and bar and super friendly staff. Its located in a quiet street and, you can park the car outside or in the hotels courtyard for 5 Eur. Super for one night stay or longer.

Towels doesn't looks fresh and clean

Vorher angerufen, die Ankunftszeit geklärt und der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter hat mich auf den Parkplatz im Innenhof eingewunken. Ein sehr aufmerksamer Service auch beim Frühstück, toll. Interessant war die Weiterbildung. Zimmernamen = Städtenamen und im Zimmer die Besonderheiten an der Wand.

Great food, there was a great menu in the evening, the breakfast buffet is a real eye-catcher, it is prepared with a lot of love! Friendly staff, everything very clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, 2 days are much too short for Görlitz.

Wonderful Hotel full of historic charm! Located right off the Unter Markt so in walking distance to everything. Staff were very professional and quickly addressed any concerns or questions I had. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

Cosy historic place in lovely Gorlitz. Good restaurant. Great staff. I have stayed there many times in the past few years. Everything is predictable and high quality. The staff are particularly friendly and accommodating.

We organized a week long conference at this hotel attended by 10 people from the US and Poland. It was absolutely perfect. We were so well looked after by the staff. The conference room had a massive TV which was perfect for our needs. The Manager, Rolf, spoke perfect English and took care of our nightly dinner reservation needs. Pleasant enough quirky boutique hotel, paid and free parking available and just a short walk from the old town.

We were there last year. They turned the sauna on only for us. We also got a very cheap upgrade. To sum up, Very nice hotel and awesome staff. We enjoyed our time. Thanks a lot.

A great hotel with the best staff ever! I left my wedding and engagement rings in the room without even noticing it. The staff found them, called me and sent all back. That's a kind of services that really makes you want to return to a place. Room was nice and spacious and breakfast delicious. I can only recommend!

The hotel was very nice. It's an old hotel but that's just charming. The room we had consisted of two rooms (en suite) and a new and modern bathroom. So we had plenty of space for the four of us. Our stay included breakfast and the breakfast buffet was very nice. Plenty different food and drinks to choose from.

Great location in the city center, nice spacious room for 2, good breakfast, friendly reception (speaking DE/EN/PL/IT at least). Though I believe this price could include slippers, bathrobe, and free bottle of water.

The hotel is located perfectly in the center of the city of Görlitz. It looks like recently renovated and the rooms are lovely. I have stayed there for several times over the last one year while visiting this part of Germany for business trips. The restaurant is also amazing with delicious food. The hotel is quirk, but overall a friendly place to stay for a few nights. Ask for the apartments, they are bigger and have nice large bathrooms. breakfast is a bit static choice wise but it is extensive

We stopped in Goerlitz for a night and tried to find a place to eat. On Sunday evening it looked impossible to find anything without a prior reservation. Finally got a place in the Emmerich Hotel restaurant on an exception basis. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The menu rather short and interesting. Our orders proved to be a very good choice: fantastic sour Kraut soup, sou-vide pork with mushrooms...

Absolutely superb Hotel. Beautifully presented with spacious rooms ,comfortable beds and superb breakfast. Internet and it's central position with private parking available made for a memorable stay. Staff and management were super friendly and helpful with always a smile to greet visitors. A truly beautiful bijou hotel.
