A lovely place! I'm coming back. I only wish there were more vegetables for breakfast.

Rooms, services and food are very good

A nice business trip experience.

Stopped in while on a road trip and it was absolutely worth it ! Staff were exceptional (all multi-lingual) and food was epically delicious! Parking was accessible on the street as well as in the rear lot. Well worth a visit if it is your last stop or your first stop in Germany.

What a beautiful hotel in a very special city. Extremely clean, historic but up to date and in a perfect location to walk to sites and restaurants and Poland!

We loved our stay at the Tuchmacher. The area is very lovely in the old town of the city and everything is within walking distance. Housekeeping was on point. Please note, that no coffee machine or ironing board and iron were in the room. We would definitely stay again at the Tuchmacher.

Excellent top-quality service. Great place to wind down and relax. The experience of breakfast alfresco with birds singing around you - unforgettable! Lovely cycling route around the lake (bicycles to rent at the hotel). It was a perfect stay. We will definitely come back there, more than once I hope!

Very nice location near the Berzdorfer Lake. No public transport so it's better you have a car or bike. It's an old farmer house that has been completely renovated. It's a great event location. Beautiful hotel, great restaurant , in ideal location, with big rooms. We arrived late at night. Our agoda booking had apparently never been processed (our fault.. we never got a confirmation from agoda.).. the restaurant staff helped figure everything out for us with the manager who was there even though the reception had closed.

The room was beautiful. The restaurant served lovely food and the staff were very friendly.

We stopped in Goerlitz for a night and tried to find a place to eat. On Sunday evening it looked impossible to find anything without a prior reservation. Finally got a place in the Emmerich Hotel restaurant on an exception basis. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The menu rather short and interesting. Our orders proved to be a very good choice: fantastic sour Kraut soup, sou-vide pork with mushrooms...

Super charming hotel with spacious clean rooms, nice restaurant and bar and super friendly staff. Its located in a quiet street and, you can park the car outside or in the hotels courtyard for 5 Eur. Super for one night stay or longer.

Towels doesn't looks fresh and clean

Great food, there was a great menu in the evening, the breakfast buffet is a real eye-catcher, it is prepared with a lot of love! Friendly staff, everything very clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, 2 days are much too short for Görlitz.

We organized a week long conference at this hotel attended by 10 people from the US and Poland. It was absolutely perfect. We were so well looked after by the staff. Pleasant enough quirky boutique hotel, paid and free parking available and just a short walk from the old town.

We were there last year. They turned the sauna on only for us. We also got a very cheap upgrade. To sum up, Very nice hotel and awesome staff. We enjoyed our time. Thanks a lot.

A great hotel with the best staff ever! I left my wedding and engagement rings in the room without even noticing it. The staff found them, called me and sent all back. That's a kind of services that really makes you want to return to a place. Room was nice and spacious and breakfast delicious. I can only recommend!

The hotel was very nice. It's an old hotel but that's just charming. The room we had consisted of two rooms (en suite) and a new and modern bathroom. So we had plenty of space for the four of us. Our stay included breakfast and the breakfast buffet was very nice. Plenty different food and drinks to choose from.

We only stayed one night here, but the room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself is located in an impressive former apartment building. The breakfast was in their own restaurant and offered a good variety and lots of cheese selections.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Görlitz with nice rooms, free internet and a decent breakfast for extra charge. We had some spiderwebs in our room but the staff cleaned them directly on our request. The reception desk is closed after five.

The photo/address on this page is misleading. You check in at the main hotel in the Obermarkt, if you pay an extra 20€ you may stay here; otherwise, your actual stay is on Plattnerstraße. A stay without elevators, but all in all, it’s a very clean and well-kept stay.

Interesting building and nice service Historical place with some limitations. The layout of room and bathroom bit strange: room enormous and bathroom very tiny. Too few sockets, no place for cosmetics in the bathroom while just a shelf would make a change. For more then a week we wait for refund of overcharged payment. Breakfast awfull- bad organisation, cold food.

We spent three nights at this centrally located hotel. The reception was friendly and uncomplicated. We had actually booked the 3* guesthouse a few meters away and were able to stay in the 4* main building for only €10.00 per day. Furnishings have a typical Italian flair, our room was very large and faced the market square. There is a lot of activity there, but you can't hear anything with the windows...

Centrally located, with some parking spaces behind the house. Beautifully renovated old building. 2 floors, due to the structural conditions without an elevator. Lots of service and friendly staff. Clean rooms, tastefully and functionally furnished. Only negative neighboring building in need of renovation. We liked it in this hotel and will come back.

A hotel run by young people, we loved it. The room was big enough, there was a parking space in the yard, everything was clean and the breakfast was sufficient and always topped up. The tea counter was awesome.

The hotel is centrally located and everything from Görlitz's old town to the border crossing into Poland can be easily reached on foot. The Hotel Meridian is a small, nice and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great too, with something for everyone. Staff is very friendly. A camera-monitored parking space in the City-Center parking garage for 6 euros per night is also acceptable

A great newly renovated townhouse in a prime location. Very nice rooms, which were very clean and completely refurbished. The staff is very friendly and responds immediately to customer requests, if these are possible. The breakfast is very rich and freshly prepared with a lot of love. All in all worth a recommendation. We were guests at the hotel as part of a vintage car tour. An extra parking space in the enclosed courtyard was provided to us. I was very touched by the simplicity and trust of the hotel owners, as I booked a room by phone call. Simple to handle, easy to communicate: and voila - superior hotel, where you feel like at home. Very convenient location for seightseing, going out in the evening, parc at the corner for my dog. A lot of love and respect for human and building history

Service was good and although the courtyard and entrance area shocked me at first, the room was clean and sufficient. Parking in front of the hotel is stupidly regulated because of the parking space management and the actual hotel parking lot is around the corner but you need the room chip for it. Where things could definitely be improved would be breakfast, the selection is limited and only one person...

5 stars because you just have the feeling of being with friends. Rooms are very clean and still have the old-fashioned charm. Breakfast is made with a lot of love and there is something for everyone. There is a separate parking lot but given the location everything is within walking distance. The staff and service are very polite and accommodating.

This is an excellent hotel. Yes, it has a three star ethos, but the rooms are huge. airy and sunny, the beds are comfortable and everything is as spotless as you would expect. Traditional breakfast to enjoy. The location is just below the ramparts of the old town and a very short stroll to the bridge over to Poland. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel - outstanding quality and service...

It was ok, nothing special, parking is paid and so is breakfast and i did not get any shampoos or body wash in the room, so i had to wash my hair with handsoap, which was not ideal. Front desk closes at 20:00.

Price performance ok, Staff friendly and accommodating. Boss unfriendly and sullen, not even on a wish, The bikes are not treated like his own bike.

great hidden gem in gorlitz, on a weir on the river with a lovely dining area outside, well appointed rooms and good breakfats, off road parking and cycle parking, will definately use again and have no hesitation recommending, upon arrival the waitress wrote out the entire menu into English by hand in order to be helpful, that really is going above and bbeyond great service
