We were lucky the weather was so good we used the rooms only to shower and sleep

Direct on the beach. A lot of gift stores and places to eat. Restaurant was excellent, staff was excellent location is 6 stars. Live music, parking and very pleasant air. Pool area has something for the entire family. Sauna area has 3 different temperatures. Bar and Restaurant has outside terrace facing the beach. Couple of kilometers long beach coastline. Absolutely loved the place. The access to the Grömitzer Welle was a nice extra and the food was amazing as well. They even had a nice selection of vegan food. The rooms were spacious enough and had everything we needed. We even were upgraded to a more beautiful view by the nice staff at the front desk. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice hotel with a huuuge spa. The rooms are small and got no air condition so it can be quite warm to sleep. If you open the window it can be quite nosy depending on time of course. Sea gulls can make a ruckus if you didn't know. Beds are firm and the extra bed for children are super firm, so guess hwo gets to sleep in that one. Perfect service, good breakfast!

The hotel was fine, but the photos are kind of misleading. The swimming pool isn’t part of the hotel itself but is part of a indoor swimming complex. However it is free to go so that’s a plus. When i visited the outdoor swimming pool was closed and we hadn’t been given notice about that.

NR 35 Disaster in Small! One week in Grömitz. Apartment booked over the Internet. Hotel is good. Friendly and nice. Vacation homes are brokered. We were / are in apartment number 35! Small disaster. Minimal lighting, old carpet, loose faucet, etc ..... On request in the hotel then additional light sources (floor lamp) by the caretaker .... Welcome to the 1980s ... But only in apartment 35! A super nice place, since 2019 after our first vacation here we feel very comfortable again and again. Swim in the pool in the morning, take a sauna in the house and even jump into the Baltic Sea in autumn. Super good kitchen and very friendly staff. Eating with a view of the Baltic Sea, what more could you want (Meer🏊). We are always looking forward to our vacation here in Grömitz at the Hotel Strandidyll

Really lovely rooms, newly renovated with a beautiful view over the beach. Rooms are big, and you also get a fully equipped kitchen

Best experience I've had in Germany so far. A must do if you want to get your feet wet and whistle as well :). Food was absolutely .........Amazing! I recommend eggs and cheese in the morning. Whoever is cooking behind the scenes deserves a big thumbs up!!!!!!! well done!

You won't find a better hotel at the eastsea. Fantastic place

Definitely my recommendation for the next visit to Grömitz. The rooms are really well equipped, the staff incomparably friendly and the breakfast very tasty. Even the owners personally ask the guests about their well-being in the morning - service is still very important at the Hotel Cammann!

Booked spontaneously, arrived and quite simply: WORLD CLASS. Small family run hotel. I felt very comfortable and relaxed very well. Nice rooms, great service, great location, and for the first time in 2021 you could have breakfast on the wonderful terrace. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. The sink in the bathroom is perhaps a bit small, but otherwise everything is fine. The food is really good and the breakfast is varied. There is a 3-course menu every evening (costs around €32). The hotel has a truly fantastic view over the Baltic Sea. The roof terrace is a dream! We will definitely come back!

Our expectations were far exceeded 👍👍 We got a double room with a dreamy "sea view," including 🌅 Our breakfast buffet on the terrace with a Baltic Sea view deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The staff, especially the ladies in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet 😋, fulfilled many of our wishes ❗️We didn't lack anything. Our recommendation is 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣% We will be guests at this "romantic hotel" again in September...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and the location and view were excellent. But, as has often been mentioned here, the hotel is simply outdated, and it shows everywhere. A lot of work needs to be done.

The Hotel is in a desperate need of renovation. The rooms and building are really old and in some parts dirty. However, the staff are very friendly and do their best to keep you happy. The breakfast was also good. The location is Perfect with sea view from the room and a 2 min walk to the beach.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and the long bridge on the promenade in 10 minutes. Externally, it is not that well-maintained and does not make a very good visual impression. The staff was friendly. We stayed in a double room and had a dog with us. The room was, like the entire hotel, a bit old, but absolutely okay. The division of the room was not so advantageous...

We were there for 1 week, in the apartment room. The room is a good size. The hotel is getting a bit old but it was enough. The cleanliness should be significantly better. It's a bit impractical with a stroller. The food was good, we were told that it was even better before the corona time! On the whole, you can spend a couple of days here. It's just a spa hotel.

The sea breeze is always worth a visit! We were there again after a long time, wonderful! You are welcomed in a friendly manner and every day asked how you are and whether everything is good! Of course, Corona does not stay "outside" here either, the sea breeze did a great job! Everywhere there are dispensers for disinfecting on the wall, breakfast is served in 2 stages, partitions between the individual...

We had a great weekend, clean room, great breakfast, very nice staff. I'll be back next year.

Relaxed Baltic Sea vacation. The hotel is in a prime location, just a few meters from the beach. Rooms are appealing! Boss and boss very friendly and courteous. Can other hotels take a role model. Family-run hotels are more welcoming. Many thanks for everything

Quiet clean good beds all good.

Nice reception on arrival! 70s charm, but clean and partly renovated room. Quite loud, since the toilet flushing could be heard in the neighboring room and various noises.... So we didn't think the price/room was appropriate!

Cleanliness great. New bed/mattress and we slept great👍 New bathroom. Hotel is small but more personal and no crowds at the breakfast buffet. We want to come back

The room was much bigger and nicer than on the pictures. A really good location and a cute boutique like hotel. Service was friendly and breakfast very nice and well organized. Short walk to the beach and center of down, really enjoyable.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach and therefore also in a quiet location! Great quiet yet central location, well-organized staff, good breakfast and elevator with barrier-free access to the street. Rooms with a nice balcony. Room furnishings very old and partly very worn. Beds in room 39 very hard, could use a new mattress.

Nice girls who take care of the great breakfast in the morning. To recommend. Close to the Baltic Sea. Although I was here for H@rdwork, staying the night is a kind of short vacation.👍

Great location. The furniture in the room was completely outdated but not shabby. Everything was always very clean. There was even an elevator and free parking. The breakfast was great. However, I missed coffee specialties, there was only filter coffee.

We had booked one night through Booking and then spontaneously thought about booking one more night. During the phone call everything went great and uncomplicated. It was a great stay and we will be back in August. ❤. It's a great team. Finally friendly people in a hotel. 👍 Keep it up and an extra compliment for your great breakfast. Nice staff, good location, great breakfast. Rooms a bit thin, that's stupid if other guests are loud in the hallway at night, but that's not the hotel's fault. There were still love messages from the previous guests on the shower wall, but we're not that great... Absolute plus point: you can arrive very early compared to other hotels.

Great atmosphere with American dîner ambient. Clear to see, all the staff are enjoying their work.

Cool place. Yummy burgers and a large buffet! Nice staff. Just a bit too crouded around the self service area. My tip would be to extend or move the buffet away from the rute to the bathrooms.

Stunning interior, friendly and competent personnel and an authentic American menu. A lot of attention put into all the details of the venue as well as the food. The wings were perfect and the Cesar Salad as well, even the restrooms were styled in a very nice way. Food: 4 stars Service: 5 stars Interior: 5 stars
